Forbidden Mates

"I will never acknowledge you as my mate neither will I accept that pregnancy of yours." Those were the words of Alpha Kaye, my mate and Alpha of the Pack. Those words broke my heart into shreds and I could hardly believe my ears. Until one night when my house got raided; my pack members and Alpha were chasing me. My heavy pregnancy made it hard for me to run as fast as I wanted and when I stopped, I was surprised by what Alpha Kaye said was my offense. "How dare you threaten the position of Anabel? Unless you die, she would not claim me as hers." I saw the rage in his face when made me ponder who Anabel was. I was determined to find out, but how? On the verge of death? Or would I be saved?
