When using Daisy Novel, you agree not to:
Daisy Novel offers virtual currency (“Coins”) and optional subscription plans that unlock premium chapters, features, or content. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable outside the Service, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Pricing and promotions may change at our discretion.
The Daisy Novel name, logo, website design, software, and all non-user content are owned by Daisy Novel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any of this material without our prior written permission.
If you believe any content on Daisy Novel infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct may harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any User Content will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daisy Novel and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
