The Immortal Dying Love

In the seventh year of her marriage, her husband’s ex girlfriend was diagnosed with a terminal illness. To make up for his regrets, he took the woman traveling across mountains and seas, celebrated her birthday, stole his mother’s final painting for her, and forced his wife to hand over the token of their love. He even took wedding photos with his ex and made vows with her in a church. A lifetime together. Never to be apart. In seven years of marriage, she had never seen her husband so gentle and attentive. Even their own daughter wrapped her arms around the ex girlfriend’s waist and said reluctantly, “She is prettier than Mom and more talented too. Why can’t she be my mom?” Then she turned to her and screamed, “Mom, I wish you were dead!” At last, she chose to let them have what they wanted. Leaving behind a divorce agreement, she walked away without looking back. From that day on, she cut all ties with them. Later— She picked up her paintbrush again and stunned the world. Her life should have been lonely, yet she unexpectedly found a sweet and thoughtful little angel who cared only about her. One stormy night, outside her door, a man and a child knelt in the pouring rain. Her ex husband was full of regret, and her daughter’s eyes were red. “I was wrong. Please come back.” “Mom… please don’t abandon me…” She stood beneath the porch when a tall, noble man pulled her into his arms and kissed her until she could barely breathe. Smiling faintly, he rolled up his shirt sleeves. “Sir, if you keep coveting my wife, don’t blame me for being rude.”
