A favour that turned out badly

His loud roars made Eve frightened for the first time after so long. She gulped in fear but not a single word came out of her mouth. Seeing her like this, Ayden went berserk. This was his end of patience.

All of a sudden, a slap echoed in the room. The impact was so strong that everything around her turned blurry. She repeatedly blinked her eyes to stay intact.

"I think I was too lenient with you before!"

Holding her chin roughly, he made her face him and slapped her yet again. Tears sprung out of her eyes in pain. He continued his torture while she kept on stopping him. But today all he could think of was to punish her.

"You should know what to expect when you defy your husband." He roared.

She wanted to cry out loud but no words came from her mouth. She wanted to get up, but her knees felt weak. She tried to fight the thoughts inside her mind by not thinking about them, but couldn't.

Every day was a new type of torture for her. He was successful in breaking her. She felt more and more pathetic everyday. Feeling helpless, she just thought of disappearing somewhere quietly but knew it wasn't possible.

Once you enter this hell, it isn't in your hands to get out.
