Dragon God's Reject Has His Heir

I pinch myself in hope that I am dreaming, that I am not actually laying n*ked beside the god of Edlin, in his regal bed! I, a lowly servant of the Princess he is about to marry, I shouldn't be here. The punishment for my reckless actions will be death! A soft groan leaves his luscious lips before his eyes open, clear of drunkenness. "Who are you?" he questions. * * * * * A night with a drunken god leaves Taya with a burden that was never meant for a human to carry. Emperor Namon of Havenswood is thought to be a god because of his formidable powers and the dragons that guard his palace. After a contest of the most beautiful princesses to be chosen as his Queen, Taya had escorted her mistress to the great palace, but on the night before the ceremony, she stumbles into the insanely gorgeous god, drunk with the Kingdom's finest wines and shirtless. His seduction is irresistible, even for a servant who doesn't want to risk death. Taya ends up in his bed, but the next day brings in the shock, especially to Emporer Namon. He slept with a human servant. She is his mate, but nothing could disgrace his name more than such a shameful bond. He angrily forbids Taya of ever speaking of the intimacy they shared and goes ahead to marry her royal mistress. Weeks later, that forbidden night bears the ultimate consequence. Taya is pregnant with the Emperor's bastard child. How long can she hide the child at a time when the survival of Namon's Kingdom depends on him having an heir and his chosen wife has turned out to be barren?
