Trouble at the pack

When they got up in the morning to get ready to leave Athena heard from her pack. That they needed her back there as soon as she could get there. They had several rogues testing their boundaries. She had a feeling that it was her father looking for her little brother.

“We need to leave now. I have something going on with my pack,” Athena said

“What is it, Athena?” Keme asked

“I have some rogue testing my pack to see what they can do. They keep running in and out of my boundaries. I think they are looking for someone.” Athena said, and they both looked over to their little brother. They got everyone into the car and started to drive as fast as they could go get back to the pack, then Athena felt great pain and knew that they hurt a few of her pack. She jumped out of the car and changed into her wolf and took off towards her pack. She knew that she would make it there before the cars. When she got there, she saw there were twenty wolves standing in the middle of her pack territory and she was not happy. Then the one she was waiting to see stepped forward, and he looked like hell. He changed back into his human form and tried to force her to change back to human form not realizing that she was the alpha. That is what she wanted him to think. Athena growled at him and he laughs at her like she was nothing. Then she heard the cars pull up and the rest of them showed up. Keme walks up next to me and looks at a so-called father.

“Keme you show up here instead of this pack's Alpha. Is this Alpha scared to face me?” Algonquin asked

“Hello to you father. The Alpha is where you’re just to blind to see it.” Keme replied

“What do you mean, son? I don’t see an Alpha anywhere except the future alpha of the elite pack that has no business here.” Algonquin said

That’s when Athena transformed into her human form and gave off some of her Alpha power that made her so-called father step back until he caught himself. Keme looked at Athena and then Aiden stepped up next to her. So did a bunch of her pack and the ones that were getting ready to join her pack?

“What are you doing on my territory unannounced?” Alpha Athena asked

“Who are you to ask me that? You're a female and luna.” Algonquin said with a sneer

That’s when Athena lost it. She will never take that from him again. She pushed some of her power out as she talked to him.

“I asked who you are and what you are doing on my territory? I will take this as an attack on my pack if you do not tell me what you are doing here and if I do not believe you, I will be a force to make you leave.” Alpha Athena said with authority

“I am here to look for my youngest son. I have followed his scent this way then we lost it just outside your territory.” Algonquin explained

“Then why not ask across my territory? Instead of acting like you are above the law of our kind.” Alpha Athena asked

“I didn’t think I have to ask to cross when it is just a woman in charge of a misfit pack and is not a true alpha.” Algonquin voiced while his pack laughed. Which made Aiden and Athena’s pack growl at them.

“Aww look she has the backing of the future Alpha. Plus, my oldest son stands beside a woman alpha. Why am I not surprised you would do that?” Algonquin said

“Get off my territory or fight me you old relic.” Alpha Athena said

“Then let’s fight bitch. I don’t bow down to no woman.” Algonquin said

Then he was back in wolf form and running at her full speed. She just looked at him and she waved her hand and he froze in place. She walked up to him and tapped him twice and watched him turn back into his human form. Then she locked his wolf up inside his mind with her having the key. Then she bent down to whisper into his ear.

“You should have stayed on the side of good and been there for all of your children even when they are not yours. I know what you did. This is just the start of your punishment. You come back here again I will kill you. You can never change into your wolf again. You will still have the abilities but your wolf will never be free because you are not worthy of having a wolf. Now go and I will talk to both councils about this.” Alpha Athena said

“This is not over. I will get you for this. Once I find out who I am looking for, I will be back to get you.” Algonquin said

“Oh, then let me help you with that father. I am Kenda and you will never be more than me or anyone else I stripe you of your Alpha title and power. Your beta will be Alpha now until further notice. Oh, yes, I have the power to do this, even the councils are behind me. This is what a true Alpha is. The daughter you abused and come to find out not even yours. I am Alpha Kenda and I no longer have to hide my true self because of you, I am strong enough now to protect those I love. Now leave my territory all of you, Beta Tom you are now Alpha of this pack let it be known you are not welcome here as long he is part of your pack. Now go.” Alpha Kenda stood strong and sent the other pack away and saved her brothers from fighting their father for now.

“Kenda are you ok?” Keme asked

“Yes, it’s something that needs to be done. I can’t hide from him forever and I didn’t want you guys to fight him. We still need to figure out what he did to our brother before we take him out.” Alpha Kenda said

“I’m glad I can call you by your name now instead of the other one,” Keme said

“Yeah, I need to let my pack know that they can call me by my real name and that training will have to become more intense since he knows now.” Alpha Kenda said

“Already done Alpha Kenda” Mia said

“You already told them, Mia?” Kenda asked

“I broadcast the whole thing to the pack while it was going on just like you showed us,” Mia said with a smile and Kenda just laughed and walked towards the packhouse. To be greeted by some of her pack. She had to check on the pack members that were hurt. When she got to the infirmary to see her hurt pack she was shocked at what she saw. He had hurt four pack members and one being Rami. She knew then that Keme would go insane over this because he believes she is his mate.

“Keme come to the infirmary now,” Kenda said

“Why what’s up?” Keme asked

“It’s Rami. She was one wolf hurt. She isn’t that bad but sees her, before she goes to surgery.” Kenda explained

Then she heard angry growls and running towards her and she knew who it was and was ready for him. He reached Kenda in record time. He was looking around for Rami, but didn’t see her,

“Where is she?” Keme asked

“She is in there, but wait you need to get under control first. Plus, he used wolfbane on her and she is healing slowly. That is why she is going into surgery.” Kenda explained

“I will kill him. I know she is my mate. I can feel it. When she turns eighteen in two years, she will know. I just want to build this with her slowly in the next two years and I almost lost that because of him. I will get him for this,” Keme said

“I understand. But we have to be smart about this. Remember, I punished him. I just didn’t kill him. He can never be his wolf again.” Kenda replied

Keme shook his head and then walked in to see Rami. She looked like he didn’t even give her a chance to change into her wolf before he got a hold of her. He would pay for this, Rami was a healer, a helper, not a fighter. Why would be the target here? He would have to talk to Kenda about that question later. Then he realized that Rami was looking at him.

“What are you doing here Keme?” Rami asked

“I had to make sure you are okay,” Keme said

“Why would that matter to you?” Rami asked

“I want to be your friend and hopefully more one day. Rami I am sure you're my mate and I want to take it slow with you. I want to get to know you and be your friend. My wolf keeps telling me your mine. I know you don’t feel it yet because you're not eighteen, but I would like you to give me a chance, please.” Keme explained

“Wow, I didn’t see that one coming from you. I can feel a connection to you, but I didn’t understand it. It’s just a small feeling, but I thought it was because of your Kenda’s brother.” Rami explained

“Well, I’m glad to know that you feel something for me,” Keme said with a smile

“I didn’t say that I feel anything for you. I said I felt a small connection towards you and figured it had to do with you being my Alpha’s brother.” Rami said

“We could test that theory,” Keme said

“How can we test that theory?” Rami asked

“My little brother is here and you can meet him after your surgery. If you have a connection to him, then it’s because we are related to your Alpha. If not, then you have to try to accept that it could be the mating bond. Is that a deal?” Keme asked

“Ok, Let’s try that after I get out of surgery and we will see. They are here to take me now so I will see you when I get out.” Rami said as they took her away. Keme watched as they took Rami back for surgery and left to go find his sister he had questions. He found his sister in her office doing some paperwork.

“I don’t think he was targeting her unless he knew she was important to you or me. Then he would only know that if there were spies here or at your pack.” Kenda said

“He didn’t give her time to change. I will find out why he used wolfbane only on her.” Keme said

“You don’t have to. I think it is our little brother and that spell inside of him. I need to talk with Tia to make sure.” Kenda said

“When can we talk to her?” Keme asked

“I was hoping Aiden could answer that for us,” Kenda replied

“Then where is Aiden? Why is he not here?” Keme asked

“He left to go see Tia see if she would come here to talk with me and to look at our brother. I hope that she will come and help.” Kenda explained

“How soon will we know if she will help us?” Keme asked

“I figured we will know in a day or two. Plus, I have been on the lookout for another wolf witch hybrid. I know there have to be others out there like here that can help us.” Kenda said

Then they both heard the cars coming into the area and she wondered why her pack didn’t inform her that someone was coming. Then she understood it when she felt Alpha Elijah and Luna Lucy get close. My pack knew they were the only ones that could come and go as they please to my territory. That is the only reason they didn’t inform me they have come. I gave them an open door pass. So I walked outside to greet them with my brother hot on my heels. We reach the front porch just as the car comes to a stop. Alpha Elijah and Luna Lucy got out of the car and smiled.

“Welcome Alpha Elijah and Luna Lucy. What brings you here today?” Alpha Kenda asked

“We need to talk about what your father did when he was here, and what you did to him,” Alpha Elijah said

“Are you here to tell me I am in trouble?” Alpha Kenda asked

“No, you're not in trouble, the council is glad you could get him somewhat under control. Can we go to your office?” Alpha Elijah asked They all walked to the office to talk in private.

“Can you tell me now what this is all about?” Alpha Kenda asked

“Your father went to the council to have you removed as an Alpha and to have his wolf restored. They told him no, and that it is your call and that they are backing you all the way and pushing to have a Queen reinstated and voting for you to become that Queen. Your father said he would see you dead before he would let that happen. I came to warn you about that and to say I voted yes for you to become our Queen.” Alpha Elijah said

“You know that is just going to cause more problems for my pack. There are so many people that still support my father and his cause. I have not made that many alliances yet. This is just so overwhelming.” Alpha Kenda explained

“That’s why I came to tell you what was in the works. There are many people wanting to meet you before they make their vote known. So Lucy and I will host a party for all the Alpha and the high members of their pack. All so they can meet you and get to know you. Even though the council will be there. We want to host it with your pack and mine to help show support. It would be good for your pack.” Elijah explained

“I understand where you are coming from Elijah. I will need to talk this over with my pack and get their opinion on this matter. It’s not just my life that will be put on display here. This is my pack and I have to make sure it’s right for them. You know that.” Kenda said

“I do and that’s why I think you being the leader of all werewolves would be the best idea. You want the best for us all. Think it over and talk it over with your pack. I need to know in a week the ball is in two weeks. Plus, be there no matter what.” Elijah explained then he and Lucy got up to leave just as Aiden was walking in.

“Mom, Dad? What are you doing here and why does Kenda look like hell?” Aiden asked

“Talk with her son? She will tell you everything I am sure. You two have become close I see. Are you guys mates?” Elijah asked

“No, we are not mates that I know of. She is still keeping herself from finding her mate till the right time. I don’t know what the right time will be for her to find her mate. So for now I am happy to be her friend.” Aiden replied

“Go talk to her, she may get ready to find her mate soon. With what I just dropped on her she will need all her friends and more soon.” Alpha Elijah said

Then he left with his mate and Aiden went in search of Kenda.
