Rence also noticed this, especially in the early stages of treatment, which had to be conducted every five hours.
“Doctor Gilbert, you can arrange for me to be admitted to the hospital.”
Jeromy declined the idea and explained, “Ms. Jackson, this is a private clinic. We don’t have an inpatient department.”
Renee’s eyes were full of disappointment. She finally had the chance to stand up and there was no way she would give up because of such a small problem.
“Doctor Gilbert, what I’m going to say next may be a little presumptuous. If possible, you can live in my house and I will pay all your lost wages for the past six months.”
Renee stared at Jeromy. Seeing that he was silent for a long time, a hint of disappointment flashed in his eyes, “I’m sorry, I was abrupt. You are a doctor and there must be more than one person. I shouldn’t be so selfish.”
As soon as Renee finished speaking, Jeromy said, “I am willing to live in Ms. Jackson’s home and help you with your treatment.
“But I am a man after all, what about Miss Renee’s mother?”
Renee immediately said, “Don’t worry, Doctor Gilbert, I will explain to my mother. Thank you very much!”
Jeromy raised his lips and answered shortly, “Anytime.”
After Renee went out, she told her mother the whole story.
In order for Renee’s leg to recover, Renee’s mother agreed without hesitation.
In the Jackson Family villa, Renee sat in a wheelchair, watching the servants help Jeromy move his luggage.
Renee’s mother stood beside Renee and whispered, “Renee, why do I feel that this Doctor Gilbert seems to be very different to you?
“He said he knew you before and now he moved into our house for you. Could it be that he likes you?”
Renee was shocked when she heard this and quickly retorted, “Impossible!
“I am a disabled person now. How could Dr. Gilbert, who is young and promising, like me? I guess he helps me because he thinks I am too pitiful.”
Renee’s mother was an experienced person and understood some things better than Renee.
However, Renee had just returned and her mother was reluctant to see her leave so soon, so she did not say anything else.
For three whole months, Jeromy stayed almost inseparable from Renee.
Renee’s legs gradually regained feeling and she could use a cane to walk for more than ten

That day, Renee went to the company.

Renee’s mother intended to slowly hand over the company’s affairs to Renee, so many recent cooperation projects were approved by her.
Three months later, Renee heard Felix’s name again from someone else’s mouth.
“Ms. Jackson, among this group of partners, the proposal provided by Pearson Group is the most suitable. If there is no problem, you can sign the contract.”
Renee took a look at the plan given by Pearson Group, closed it and threw it aside.
“Change to another company, any company except Pearson Group will do.”
A flash of panic flashed across Manager Sterling’s face and then he looked like he was lecturing again.
“Ms. Jackson, Pearson Group is the most suitable partner among these partners. You have just taken over the company’s affairs, so you should listen more to the advice of us old people.”
After three months of training, Reneewais no longer the timid girl she used to be.
She exuded confidence that time.
Renee raised her eyebrows slightly and asked back, “Suitable? How did Manager Sterling know that Pearson Group is the most suitable candidate?
“In terms of scale, Pearson Group is not the largest. In terms of experience, Pearson Group cannot compare with several established companies in Country Z. In terms of company stability, Pearson Group’s listing has been delayed again and again, which is enough to prove that they are not strong enough.
“Manager Sterling, I may be young, but I am not stupid. I can still judge whether something is good or bad.”
After he finished speaking, Renee stared at Manager Sterling and smiled faintly, “Moreover, the price quoted by Pearson Group is 3% higher than that of other companies of the same strength. Manager Sterling, can you tell me why this 3% is higher?”
