New Admirer
Keira's Pov
"Both your father and your friends are fine. They just had a meal and are now resting. We let them out of the cells in the basement after realising that it wasn't you that ordered their ," Fenris the honestly.
"Arina ordered their imprisonment?" I ask in a furious tone. You yup
"They attacked her and she demanded that they be locked up," he answers. "We did notice that the prideful decision was unlike you. We thought that you would ask for their release after calming down. But you went for our bodies instead."
I would snap that witch's neck if she had not escaped.
"If my actions are unlike my character again, lock me up intil you're sure it's me," I order.
"Last time we were all together you were afraid of our touch, now you're not. Should we lock you up until we are sure it's you, your majesty?" Conrad asks teasingly while invading my space once more.
"I should have both of you punished for even imagining you can do that," I respond calmly
Both him and Fenris chuckle, looking a bit surprised. "Your boldness is more bewitching than the spells of that witch. But wouldn't you rather punish us yourself? I would be interested to know how you would go about it," Fenris teases.
"You will find out as soon as my right hand can hold a whip," I answer.
Angel Conrad showers my face with kisses, making my skin tickle with beautiful sensations. Fenris leans down to kiss me on the lips but the door opens right before our lips touch.
Allen, the Silverpaw's best warrior, steps in and looks surprised by the presence of my mates. He carries a transparent cup filled with what looks like green herbs.
"Your Majesties . . . I came to check on your queen," he bows respectfully before walking forward with a sweet smile.
Conrad steps aside to allow the warrior to stand by the side of bed.
"You're okay?" I ask.
"Don't worry about me. Us warriors are tough as steel, right?" he bravely replies. "This is a soothing herb for your hand. I luckily found the right plants in the backyard and immediately thought of you. It will also help with the healing if you pour it on the wound," he says.
"Thank you so much. You are a great blessing, Allen," I say gratefully while taking the cup of herbs.
Angel Fenris raises an eyebrow, probably feeling skeptical of the herbs. He doesn't say anything however.
"It will be much easier if you let me help with applying it to your wound," Allen offers.
"Touch her and I will snap your neck!" Fenris hisses, suddenly quite furious. "Did you think we were going to ignore your obvious advances because you brought a herb?"
"I expected you to acknowledge the fact that you couldn't protect her thus someone with a greater sense of commitment should take care of her," Allen foolishly answers.
Did he have to utter such words in presence of two angel kings?
"So you only did what I asked because you like our queen?" Conrad questions, sounding equally enraged. "I should have broken your neck the moment you asked to stay."
He takes hold of Allen my the neck and effortlessly lifts him off the ground.
"Stop! Don't kill the man that helped us defeat that witch!" I shout and he lets go.
Allen falls to the ground, gasping for breath. He stands back up though after a few seconds.
"We will not keep a stalker in our palace. He must leave it get punished," Debris states.
"Almost every woman in this palace desires you, yet I have not asked that they leave," I remind. "Allen helped us fool Arina and the Shaman. You cannot banish him because of a harmless mistake," I add.
My mates huff in frustration. I understand that after what Allen said they no longer trust his presence, but after what happened I realized that I need as many loyal friends as I can get. Of course I have no intention of being unfaithful to my powerful husband.
"He can have a hundred gold coins and leave. My brothers are no longer under the witch's spell so his protection us no longer necessary," Conrad states.
"Arina still has the darkstone. Friends are still necessary, especially those that have proved their loyalty," I argue.
Both Conrad and Fenris takes a long moment to consider
"We will let him stay only because you asked. But I will rip his head off his body if he ever touches you again," Fenris states.
I nod and look at Allen, "please leave us," I say.
He nods and walks out. I look at my husband's. Surely it cannot be that nothing good happened while I was asleep.
"Did you find the traitor?" I ask.
