Chapter 292: A Man’s Indecency
Just as Alison was plotting her escape, the door swung open.
Edward yanked her out. “Bitch! Behave yourself!”
Then, he kicked her leg, forcing her to kneel.
Gritting her teeth against the pain, she steadied herself by the car door and forced herself upright.
Her breath came uneven, words slurred from exhaustion.
In the dim parking lot, she asked Edward coldly,
“Is it Pierre?”
“Haha, Alison, you’re sharp, but no, it’s not him.” He burst into laughter.
Then he stepped forward and commanded,
“Hold her down! I’m taking her right here.”
“Let me go!” she screamed. Soon, she was pinned down, unable to struggle.
Edward’s hand reached out toward her. The dried blood on his forehead, paired with the lecherous grin on his face, turned Alison’s stomach.
“If you dare touch me, I’ll kill you,” she screamed.
“Haha! Be well—it’ll make you crave more.”
He reached for her collar and yanked it open in one violent motion.
Though only a small gap appeared, it revealed half of her ample bosom beneath the strapless top—drawing every vile gaze to her chest.
As all eyes fixated on Alison’s chest, she felt overwhelming shame and despair.
Yet Edward’s hands didn’t stop tearing.
Just as she thought her upper body was about to be completely exposed, a deep, furious shout rang out.
“Let go of her! Edward! Who gave you permission to touch the woman I want?”
Hearing Pierre’s voice, Edward froze abruptly.
“Mr. Bruce, she… she’s the woman you chose?”
“That’s correct,” Pierre replied.
“But I didn’t know,” Edward protested.
“Did I need to stamp a label on her?” Pierre smiled as he approached.
Edward stepped back instinctively.
“You’d be so much better off with me, Alison. No one would dare bully you then. How pitiful you are now!”
As he spoke, Pierre removed his suit jacket and draped it gently over her.
“Yes or no? Can you answer me now?”
Alison spat in his face, realizing the setup — he’d sent Edward first, only to swoop in as her savior.
Pierre wiped the spit from his face. Then, with twisted calm, he ran his tongue across it.
“Mmm, sweet. I wonder if the liquid down there tastes just as sweet.”
As he spoke, his hand reached between her thighs, his fingers pressing through the fabric.
Though separated by fabric, that fleeting contact instantly flushed her cheeks crimson.
“Let go of me!” she cried out in panic.
“Why? Scared?” Pierre asked with a hint of mockery.
“No… no.” Alison forced herself to meet Pierre’s gaze, clinging to her pride and dignity.
“Are you truly unwilling to be with me?” he asked.
“Yes, you disgust me!” Alison roared, her heart filled with rage and regret. She’d once thought to use him — now she only wanted to tear him apart.
Pierre’s fingers slowly moved upward, slipping through her pants until they grazed the lace hem of her panties.
His fingers slid along the edge—a slow, mocking trace that made her skin crawl.
“You… you bastard!” she screamed, unable to move as Edward’s men held her down.
Pierre chuckled close enough for his breath to scorch her ear.
“Look, your face is already flushed. Eager for love?”
Alison closed her eyes helplessly as tears welled up.
“Pierre, you promised me a night to think it over! It’s not even dawn yet—you can’t…”
Her voice caught in her throat.
“Can’t what?” Pierre’s fingers slid downward, hovering dangerously close to her center.
She sucked in a sharp breath.
“Pierre, you can’t touch me until I give you my answer. Otherwise, you’re a scoundrel, a liar!” she screamed.
“So what if I am?” he sneered.
“Stop!”
Just then, a low growl echoed — the voice was so familiar.
Alison turned her head to find Colton, who had finally appeared — her savior had come.
“Colton!” she cried out.
Pierre’s hand withdrew.
He turned to Colton, grinning.
“Hey, are you here to play the hero and rescue the damsel in distress?”
All evening, Pierre had been hunting for proof that Gabriel was the one who’d taken her.
He’d hoped Gabriel would appear — it would’ve been the perfect excuse to ruin him before their father.
Seeing that it was Colton made him feel disappointed.
A flicker of doubt crossed his mind. Had he been wrong?
“Colton, right? It sounds familiar,” he looked at Colton, his tone tinged with contempt. mocking, almost bored.
“Release her.” Colton went straight to the subject, his voice steady but edged with guilt.
If only I’d come sooner… damn Erin for distracting me, he thought bitterly.
