One hour earlier…

Ashina waited for Enzo and the other Hugo s to passed by before she sneaks going outside the gate.

She rushes to climb up the tree after she shifted to her werewolf form. She just realized that she was above the twin brothers.

"Asher and Dante ? What are they looking at? Are they looking for me?", she murmured while trying to keep her legs balance.

She was startled when she saw someone like her but more monstrous.

Her paws slide to the tree trunks and she falls to the ground.

Dante and Asher found the monster.

" Look up!", Asher shouted and they both defend themselves from the ugly creature when Dante saw her eyes.

Dante POV

She's not the bad one. She's my mate,

Ashina . I saw Asher's claws appeared and about to hit her neck when I push him away.

"What are you doing?", Asher growled at his brother when Dante stops him and protects the monster.

Dante saw the female creatures running from the bushes. Asher got mad at him and he almost forgot that number of Rogues are behind him.

"Look out! They're behind you", his twin roared after saving his brother from the savage rogues.

Asher turned around and swiftly raise his claws and scratch one of the rogues on his face. He whimpered in pain. The other one started to jump from his back but he managed to resist his attacker.

" Just one wound and l'll kill you all.", he growled and warned his opponents.

Dante was about to help his brother when someone passed at him unexpectedly. He didn't saw his face but he's faster than him. This was his first time to be hit by rogues.

Blood splattered everywhere.

Ashina saw the Alpha King wriggled on the ground, weak and powerless. She heard a voice inside her mind. She closed her eyes and concentrate.

"Help me! I know who you are. If you're not a bad monster, you will save me."

His deep voice echoed inside her head.

She closed her eyes to find her mate's location and she found him. She saw a pool of blood everywhere and she saw in her thoughts the bloody Alpha King.

He was crawling calling for my help.

Ashina must save him no matter what. Her senses turned active and her movement became fierce too.

She ran as fast as she can and there she found her Alpha King wounded and she saw four rogues are trying to attack him again but she attacks them in just split seconds. She used her long sharp fangs to eat their heads off. She's no mercy when it comes to killing and before Dante turned unconscious, he witnessed how savage she assaulted her foes.

Ashina tossed Dante on her back and Asher saw it.

"Hey, monster, where are you taking my brother?", he shouted while he's still busy fighting the enemies.

He can't let the monster took his twin brother so he used his full speed and attacks the rogues when another she-wolf monster appears right in his bare eyes.

He was stunned, jaw dropped, and was shocked to see another monster. He doesn't know who was the real monster outside the wall since the female wolves seem alike.

"What the hell is this? So the monsters outside the wall are not alone?", Asher mumbled while looking at them.

He almost believes but when one of them started attacking the beautiful one, he realized that this too wasn't allies hence they're rivals.

He scented someone familiar about the other one. His wolf Hari knew those scents. He wasn't sure but Hari whispering in his mind about seeing Aria inside one of them.

"No way! This monster was Ashina !", he growled while they are battling with each other.

Cora POV

She finally came out. I am right. This girl is no ordinary. She's not just a normal omega to what everyone knew.

This girl has secrets and powers and I am witnessing it today.

"See, you came here. I told you, your master was hurt! So, it's you!", Cora 's voice echoed inside her mind.

Ashina narrowed her golden eyes to her opponent. She stretches her fangs wide open and lets out a blazing fire which Cora didn't expect it.

Her eyes widened to see the real monster in front of her.

"You're no joke! Where did you come from?", Cora asked her.

Ashina roared like a dragon. Cora thought she's more powerful than anyone when the witch Astra cursed her to be an ugly monster.

Ashina set a smile on her face.

Asher saw them but he let them fight and went to his brother's location to take him back to the palace. He must cure the wounds of his brother before it's too late.

Enzo and the others heard the signal and they went outside the gate for back-up.

"My Lord, how's the Alpha King? Is he badly injured?", Enzo asked him after seeing them coming over.

"Yes, I'II take him to Laurel. Maybe she knew some cure because I guess he got poisoned!", Asher said while catching his breath.

"Don't worry. We will fight until the rogues will finally surrender!", je proudly replied and shifts his human form into a shapeshifter werewolf.

Enzo and his packs battled with the Rogues mighty packs. He's shock also to see the two-hybrid she-wolves fighting each other.

"So we have two monsters! Is the other one protecting us and the ugly one was sided with the rogues? Holy shit. This is another history." Enzo can't believe what he saw but enough for watching a great show.

He gritted his fangs and scratch his paws on the ground. He's getting ready to make his first attack.

Enzo saw the biggest rogues and he checks if his packs are watching him because he knew him. Instead of attacking Galliard, he let him attacks his kind.

Outside Shadowborn palace.

Ashina POV

"What do you want? Why do you want to kill the Alpha King? Who are you?" I whispered inside her mind.

I heard her evil laughter within my thoughts. It's creepier and full of anger.

I don't know where she came from too but she's the biggest threat to my mate

Dante . I know he rejected me but I won't leave this palace to see my mate's dying in front of me. I am planning to escape but not this time.

I set my position to attack her.

"Whoever you are, I won't let you hurt my King! I will protect him from you!", I shrieked and made a higher bounce above her.

She looked up and waited for my landing but I have a plan. I am smart and I am not a weak omega. I make myself into a ball and tossed my body above her head. She was surprised by my sudden change and I caught her off guard.

"Fuck!", I heard her mumbled before I slashed her face with my sword-like claws.

She screamed and trembled in agonies.

Blood pooled down her face.

I didn't wait any more time or giving a little chance to fight me instead I shove her belly with my paws. I make sure that I leave scars on every part of her body so if she shifts to her original form, it's easy for me to find her.

"Arghhhhh... I will come back to tell you.

You don't know him! He's evil!", the only words Cora uttered before she ran and disappeared inside the forest.

I quickly ran to hide my true self and about to shift in my human form when I scented Caleb 's smell.

I slowly pop up my head when I saw him coming to my place. He didn't saw me and I just ran as quickly as I can to avoid him. I can't believe he was here too when his cousin Dante was badly wounded by the scoundrel's claws.

"What is Caleb doing here? Why he's not helping his fellow Moonshadow s?", I murmured.

Ashina decider to sneak back to the palace and feel relieved to see that his beta Enzo is doing his best to fight and protect his kind. She went back to the kitchen when Alba 's voice called her from behind.

"Where did you go? You know that we were attacked again by Rogues outside and you're just strolling around like a princess?", she raises her brows at her as she changes.

Ashina looks down and apologizes to her.

"'m so sorry. I went to Dante 's room and he's badly injured. He told me to get medicine here. I failed to tell you since it's an emergency." She lied.

Alba 's face turned troubled. She rushes to find the medicine kit and she gave it directly to her.

"Oh my! I'm so sorry. I hope the Alpha king will be fine." She told her and gave the medicine kit.

Ashina set a half-smile on her face.

She's trying her best to hide the cuts on her hands. She was been slashed before her opponent ran away.

"Don't worry. I'II let you know about him later." She promises to Alba .

Ashina brought the medication for

Dante even she was not the one to heal him. She disguised as Laurel, the palace nurse.
