Chapter 106
He is here.
Ryan's POV
A harsh knock on the door woke me up from my nightmare, I sprang up from the bed, my whole body soaked in sweat. It was a terrible dream, one I hoped wouldn't happen. In the dream Tasha was dead and I didn't find her alive. I found her dead body.
"It's time." Elsa Informed when I opened the door.
"I'll be there." I shut the door, went to the bathroom, washed my face, and the water relaxed my nerves.
After that I joined them in the basement, Elsa's hair was now tied up making me discern her features properly. She had a striking resemblance with Tasha but I waved the Institution off.
Irene sat in a corner as she watched Elsa draw some lines and arrange some pages of books around the line. I went over to Irene's side and sat on the floor and watched since there wasn't anything I could do to help at the moment.
"Whatever you do, don't distract me or try to wake me up." She said in a serious tone, before turning her back on us.
Elsa took Gabriel's jacket, sat down with her legs folded on eachother, she picked up a knife wrapped with a blue clothing and started cutting Gabriel's clothing into small pieces, it took about thirty minutes for her to be able to cut the whole thing into tiny fabric.
It was then she started muttering words, it wasn't a language that we understood because Irene was giving me the same confused look which I had on. The place started vibrating and shaking forcefully. Irene held my arm for support when she lost her balance.
I looked at Elsa and saw that she didn't move from all the chaos, her eyes were now shut, her head jolted to the back facing the ceiling.
"CATA!!!" She screamed and the window of the basement opened with force.
Irene's grip in my hand tightened, she murmured and shit her eyes. She was scared but I wasn't. The scene was quite interesting to watch.
"FLEKIA…SKELSTCHA…ARA.. ARA.. find GABRIEL FERNANDEZ…WHEREVER…HE…IS!!" The fabric of Gabriel's jacket on the floor rose up at Elsa's words.
They flew through the window and buzzed out, the window shut after that. Everywhere calm Irene then let go of my arms. We waited for Elsa to open her eyes but her head was still up.
I bowed my head on my lap as I waited for Elsa to say something.
"Is.. she?" Irene tapped my arm gently.
I looked up and saw Elsa who was now shaking, blood trickling out of her nose and ears. I stood up and Irene did also, I was about to launch forward and check what was wrong with her when Irene blocked me.
"She asked us not to distract her, we have to wait, Alpha."
"You are right." I went back to my seat.
Elsa's clothes were already stained with her own blood and her eyes were still shut. I bit my finger as I watched how she whimpered in pain, I hope this won't kill her. Tasha won't forgive me if Elsa died.
Elsa's eyes opened widely and we stood up.
"She isn't back." Irene shook her head when she saw that Elsa's head was still up.
"Where is he!!" Elsa screeched and Irene flinched.
After the statement that she made Elsa fell to the ground, her body went limp. Irene and I rushed to her side. We feared the worst as we both called her name worriedly.
Without thinking twice I scooped Elsa in my arms and rushed out, Irene ran behind me clutching tightly on Elsa's book and the tools she used.
"Get water and a towel." I told Irene when I laid Elsa on the couch.
Irene bolted out and I watched Elsa, she was burning hot, her face was pale, her lips were now blue. Irene came back with a bowl of water and a napkin.
"Let me." Irene Insisted when I wanted to take the bowl from her.
I stepped aside and went to the other couch to sit, watching Irene Intently as she tried to calm Irene's temperature. After she was done she went to dispose of the water before calming back to sit down.
"What should we do now?" Irene asked me as she took her seat.
"Honestly…I don't know." I told her.
"We just have to wait, hopefully she wakes on time and tells us what happened." I added.
"I hope she knows where they are now." Irene peered at Elsa before laying on the couch to sleep.
Sleep went from me as I dreaded what was happening with Tasha, my wolf kept calling that our mate might be hurt or sick.
"Elsa?" I rushed to her side when she sat up.
"Are you fine?" I help her sit and rest her back on the couch.
"Gabriel.. is …here." She coughed and that woke Irene up.
"Here?" I looked around, not getting a grasp on what she was saying.
"He…"She coughed and Irene gave her a glass of water.
After drinking, Elsa breathed in mad out before opening her mouth to talk.
"Gabriel is here in the silver claw." My eyes widened.
"What!" Irene gasped.
"Get me a piece of paper, I can sketch the house and path we can take there, I saw your mate." Elsa's eyes landed on me and my heart skipped a beat of what she was about to say.
"Is …she?" I choked on my words.
"She is still alive but we have to hurry." I breathe a sigh of relief at her words.
Irene came back with a piece of paper and a pen and passed it to Elsa, Elsa took it, placed it on the table and muttered a word, the pen by itself started drawing a sketch and soon there was a painting.
"Do you have any idea where this is?" Elsa asked Irene when she was done.
Irene took the paper and checked it, her eyes shut as if trying to remember where she had seen the house from.
"I know where it is!" Irene's eyes widened in realization.
