Chapter 34 Alex is allowed to go home from the hospital.

Chapter 34 Alex is allowed to go home from the hospital.
Gerald, who was staring at the sky through his son's window, turned and smiled.

Gerald slowly walked towards the person who entered Alex's hospital room.

"Oh, it's you, Doctor Moore! I wondered who it was!" Gerald's smile widened.

Meanwhile, Jennifer looked at her son, who was slowly waking up.

"Was Mr Williams expecting someone else? Well, I've come to do an examination!" said Doctor Moore.

Meanwhile, Jennifer stood up slightly and was about to speak, but Gerald shook his head and approached Jennifer, whispering in her ear.

"Let him do his job one last time! I'll talk to him later!" Gerald said softly.

"All right...!" Jennifer finally moved aside a little, giving Dr Moore room to do the examination.

"Hmm... it seems that his condition is much better! Just continue the treatment at home as I said..." Dr Moore was about to speak again, but was interrupted by Gerald.

"Ah... we understand, Doctor! We just want to know if Alex can go home now?" Gerald asked quickly.

"Yes, of course! You can take him home! I'll monitor him for another week if necessary," said Dr Moore, smiling at Alex.

"That's not necessary, Doctor! I think that's enough for now, Doctor!" Jennifer suddenly interjected coldly.

Dr Moore frowned, but Gerald shook his head again, signalling to Dr Moore not to discuss it.

Dr Moore finally took a breath and continued to smile kindly at Jennifer.

"All right, ma'am. If that's what you want," said Dr Moore.

Dr Moore turned back to look at Alex.

"Are you happy, son?" Dr Moore asked warmly.

"Of course, Doctor! I'm a little bored in the hospital! There's nothing I can do or anyone to play with!" Alex pouted a little.

"Hahaha... All right... You'll definitely be happy staying..." Dr Moore was about to continue his sentence.

"At their house!" Gerald quickly interjected.

Dr Moore frowned again. 'What's wrong with Alpha Gerald? Is he fighting with his wife? Ah, I'd better just go along with it.

"Well, that's what I meant... at your house!" said Dr Moore.

"Alright, I'll prescribe Alex..." Dr Moore spoke again, and once more his words were interrupted, this time by Jennifer.

"I don't think my son needs any prescription, Dr Moore! He'll be fine! Because I intend to transfer him to another hospital, with a different doctor." Jennifer finally uttered the words she didn't like.

Dr Moore was a little surprised, but he looked at Alpha Gerald's expression and realised that something had happened here before he arrived, although he didn't know what. Dr Moore just nodded politely.

"All right... in that case, can Mr Williams take the documents that need to be signed regarding Alex's discharge to my office?" Dr Moore looked at Gerald.

“Alright! Doctor Moore, if that’s the case, I’ll go to your office. Shall we?” Gerald was about to escort Doctor Moore out, but then Jennifer spoke up.

Gerald exhaled heavily, ‘What else does she want to say now?’

"Wait a minute! Dr Moore, you have been treating my child even though I am changing doctors, but I cannot ignore the fact that you helped save my child's life. Thank you very much." Jennifer bowed slightly.

“Ah, that was actually my duty, Madam! Mr Williams has helped me a lot before, so this is nothing compared to his help! But I appreciate your thanks, Madam. You’re welcome, Madam!” Dr Moore smiled gently before turning and leaving Alex’s room.

Gerald breathed a sigh of relief, turned around and approached Jennifer.

"I'll leave you two for a moment, I'm going to Dr Moore's room. You can get ready. We're leaving this hospital! Do you need my help to pack?" Gerald asked again.

"No need! We didn't bring many things with us. My things are at Captain Bryan's house. I'll pick them up after I take Alex to another hospital," said Jennifer.

"Another hospital?" Gerald frowned, slightly confused.

"Of course! After we leave here, I plan to have Alex examined again! This time by a doctor who is... more sane!" Jennifer said firmly.

Gerald sighed wearily, "Oh, that's what you mean. We'll talk about it after we leave here! As for your things, I've already ordered my men to pick them up! So you don't need to go there just to meet your ' Captain Bryan' !" Gerald said with an annoyed expression.

“But, Gerald…” Jennifer tried to object. But she fell silent, closing her mouth when she saw Gerald’s angry, flashing eyes.

'Ah, those eyes again! Why do I see those scary eyes every time he gets angry? Is he really mad at me? I just wanted to see him one last time to thank Captain Bryan. Why is he angry? Oh well, it's better to just do what he says if I don't want any trouble later! Anyway, I can contact Captain Bryan later!' Jennifer thought to herself.

"Good! Do as I say or we will never change doctors!" After that, Gerald slowly walked out of the room.

"Aish! You're a threatening jerk!" Jennifer said irritably after Gerald left.

Alex, who saw his mother's behaviour, could only smile and say to himself, 'It seems... Daddy... really managed to shut Mommy up this time.

"Hey! I heard that! What did you just say? Huh?" Jennifer walked towards Alex.

"No! I didn't say anything! Hey! Are you reading my mind, Mum?" Alex exclaimed in surprise.

"If not, how did I know, huh? You're such a kid..." Jennifer tickled Alex's stomach playfully.

"Hahaha... sorry, Mommy! Okay, I won't read your mind again!" Alex exclaimed, still giggling.

After the joking stopped, Jennifer looked at Alex seriously.

"I think we need to be a little careful about this, Alex! I don't want other people to find out and get the wrong idea, or go crazy like that Doctor Moore!"

"What do you mean, Mummy? I don't understand."

"Never mind, it's nothing. We'd better pack up now. Before your Daddy comes back."

Meanwhile, in the same place, only about 300 metres from Alex's room, Gerald went to Dr Moore's room.

Gerald knocked softly on Dr Moore's door.

Knock!

Knock!

"Come in!"

"Dr Moore! It's me. I'm sorry about what my wife said earlier... and it seems we need to discuss this further, perhaps over the phone, or I can come see you in person with Alex for the next visit without Jenny knowing!" Gerald slumped weakly in the chair in front of Dr Moore.

“I’m fine, Alpha Gerald, but what exactly happened? Is she dissatisfied with my service, Alpha? If… that’s the issue… then… I will…”

Gerald shook his head, “No! It’s not your fault, Doctor Moore… It’s just that… my wife thinks you’re… crazy! Because you told her that Alex… is a werewolf!”

“WHAT??”
