Catherine's POV.

"Yes, Zeus. You and Darrien can join me. Afterward, we will go to the baby shower. If our relationship does not work, we need to discuss our relationship with the pups. I know I have agreed to think about moving back to the pack if we move forward. Since they will be young I will stay in your pack to share responsibilities. I want to do one week on and off until they become old enough to shuffle between the packs. Does that sound like a good plan 'B'?"

"Cat, Both Darrien and I want you in any form we can and the same goes for our pups. Of course, we want more but will accept this as a plan 'B'. Please can we try plan 'A' fully before we call for plan 'B'?"

We almost arrive at the pack hospital. I stop and look at Darrien's face. "Zeus & Darrien, you need to know that Athena is okay with moving forward. However, I still have a hard time as the pain still keeps me up at night. As much as Athena pushes happy memories I still felt it. I have nightmares that I would lose these pups, or that you would do it again, or that you would lose your memory and just cheat again or use it as an excuse. I was hurt badly worried that this would kill them or worse that I would cause harm to myself to stop the pain." Zeus rubbed my cheek.

"Cat, What happened will not happen again. I will get Darrien and I each to write a letter to ourselves to prevent the memory-forgetting issue. As for the cheat again willing will never happen Darrien's words, not mine. Please have faith in us over your fear. We both promise to never cheat or be with another ever."

I grab his hand "I will try." I was dragged into the hospital and after checking in we waited. Once my name was called we walked into the room. I sat in the labor chair due to my size. The Doctor walked in and asked the standard questions like anything new had changed.

"Yes, I am cold all the time. I use a heating blanket and it is not working. Also, the heartburn is harder and the skin stretching is painful. Athena said I should get beaucoup de sperme dans une crème. It is something I can buy?" I saw Zeus go bright red and the Doctor blushed. I know I do not speak French but she has just walked me into a joke.

"Um, Catherine, Yes beaucoup de sperme dans une crème can help with the stretching skin but so can coconut oil too. As for you being cold are there any male wolves that you trust to lay in bed with you? You need 4 hours or more of body heat sharing due to the twins." Growls flooded the room.

"Sorry Doctor I will try to keep my human under control," Zeus said with an apologetic smile.

"As I was saying. The pups are taking your heat more than any other pregnancy because there are two. You need two wolves or the sire to lay with you to regain your heat. Now I do not mean little touching, I mean spooning or light romantic petting. It will change your temperature to rise. The best result is sex but that would be again two wolves or the sire. As for the crème ask the one that gives you the body heat as I ask the sire would be best. As for the heartburn here are a few food choices that will help also no sleeping on your sides it can make it worse or hurt the pups." He handed me a little book. "Pregnancy foods for Shewolves' I handed it to Zeus. "Ready to lift your shirt" I nod as I lift my hem to show off my huge belly.

The Doctor started the machine up and rubbed the wand on my belly. It was then I felt Zeus at my arm almost leaning over to see the machine. "See here that is pup 'A'." Zeus was tearing up. "See here is pup 'B'. Still not wanting to know the gender?" I shook my head no.

"So pup 'a' is up here" As he points to the upper left side of my stomach and the lower right "Is pup 'b'?" Zeus was just so amazed.

"Sir, the pup 'B' is breech which means upside down, and is on the upper left side." He took Zeus' hand and placed it on a spot "This is the pup 'b' ass. Pup 'a' is in a great spot as a vertex as the pup does not need to move."He moved his hand and lifted my belly a little. "This is pup 'A' ass."

"Catherine, We will have to keep an eye out for the next few weeks. Your pups can come early as for your temperature I recommend you lay with a wolf soon as if you go into labor now the low temp is harmful to you. You could pass away before the second pup is due or you will pass just after. Please speak to some wolves soon. I know that even a singles club has a few wolves that will just keep you warm. Or as Zeus? To help. As for pup 'B' in breech may be an issue we may have to do a procured call ECV external cephalic version. Where we manually turn the belly outside of the body and I should let you know it will be painful"

"Thank you, Doctor. I will find myself a wolf for heat." as I walked out of the room.

"Cat. Are you telling me that you will look for another wolf? I could help no strings attached." Zeus said with a bit of sadness and I knew Darrien would be losing it.

I stop at the bench outside of the garden beside the hospital. "Zeus, I agreed to try again for this relationship. I am uneasy with the sex part so early on. But I may be interested in the light petting?" I raised my eyebrow.
