Sofia's POV

"Arhhhgg." The moment Mr Alaric began closing up to me, I yelled.

"Shut it you bitch." Gritting his teeths in anger , he used his hands to cover my mouth making the noises I make become muffle.

I turned around to look but no one was coming out then I knew I was doomed.

"What do you want from me?" I asked him immediately but he just looked at me and smiled.

"I want nothing from you but your body, I truly deserve you. If not for Alexander, you'll be mine." he said in your hoarse voice.

Someone tell me what he means by that please.

I looked at him and when he got distracted looking at my face I hit him on his groins.

The moment I hit him, he shouted fell to the ground. I used that opportunity to punch some passwords on Alexander's elevator and it opened.

I went inside but, before then I noticed someone was taking a picture of me I didn't have the time to wait and see who the person was I ran into the elevator.

I got to Alexander's office breathing heavily.

" what took You So Long Sofia?" He asked.

I had no words to tell him, I was tongue tied because I didn't know what to say.

"N—Nothing..." I stammered. "I just got hooked in the elevator." That's obviously a lie.

" Are you sure." He asked me searching my eyes.

"Of course I am." I answered acting oblivious of what happened downstairs.

"You know you can tell me whenever something goes wrong?" He mustard touching my hair and placed a kiss on my forehead, I felt a tingling sensation in my body.

"It's just that Mr Alaric will not let me rest." I confessed and immediately the smile that was in Alexander's face changed into a frown.

" Since when did he start disturbing you?" Alexander asked trying his best not to let his anger erupt.

it's been a while now." I stated truthfully.

"Why didn't you tell me about it?" It seems obvious Alexander was angry and I needed to calm him down so he wouldn't do anything stupid to Mr Alaric.

"Okay I think it's time for us to stop talking about Mr Alaric, I will deal with him later but before we proceed on anything , Marie came here to report on y you." Alexander stated with a proud smile displayed on his face. Thought I expected to hear him say that.

"What did she say I did to her?" I asked him but he used hands to cup my face and placed a light kiss on my lip.

"Whatever you did to her doesn't matter as the day goes by." Alexander wouldn't stop acting sweet.

"You know I'm not a bully and I can't do anything to Marie if she didn't make me angry... It's just that, she goes around bullying other workers because she feels she's superior." I complained.

"I understand what you mean but whatever you do be careful, Marie is a very dangerous person I've been hearing some rumors about her it's just that I don't want to dig it to her matter now as I have other important things at hand to handle." Alexander stated and I hugged him.

This man is so hard working.

"Okay, the reason why I called you is because I wanted to spend quality times with you and I needed you to help me work on some files." He scratched the back of his head as he talked.

This man is really funny.

" You could just tell me you want me to be with you, you know....?" He has a way of making you do things for him.

"All right, all right, you caught me. Yes, I really want you to be with me at the office I'm sick and I want your body. "He pouted his lips and made funny faces making me chuckle.

"I and Alexander worked on the files and in due time we finished. I helped Alexander to stack up some files that were littered on the floor and we talked along. But then, the door flew open and Marie barged into the office like some mad dog.

"Seriously? I've been waiting for you to come back to the office because there are some works there and here you are doing nothing!!!"She yelled but Alexander immediately gave her a deadly gaze.

"Is that how you barge into your boss office without permission? And you're spitting rubbish even in my presence.... Don't you realize you're speaking to my wife? He thundered.

All colors washed from Maria's face when she hear the word wife. I expected that from her though...

"I know she's your wife sir but she can't disobey the company's rules and regulations." Sh began speaking while acting coy.

" There are no limitations or rules and regulations when it comes to my wife! I fixed those rules!!!!" If Marie doesn't shut up I guess she'd be strangled.

"Sir how certain are you she's your wife and she truly loves you?" Maria asked out of the blues.

What nonsense is this daughter of a b**** trying to cook up?I thought to myself.

" One more word from you Marie, I would sack you and today would be the last day you'd work in this company!" That warning was enough for her.

"And now, if you know you have nothing better to say get the hell out of my office!!! Alexander shouted making Marie scurry away in fear.

The way Alexander stands up for me now makes me feel very happy. I looked at him with moist eyes and he smiled. Gratitude erupts my whole being.

I wish this could last forever.

"Don't worry and don't think about anything." he assured.

I checked my time, I realized it was already 6:00.

Oops... I needed to be home.

"Would you come home with me?" I asked.

"No, I will be attending a meeting so I'm going to meet you later. Take care of yourself." He kissed me goodbye, with that I left his office and went in search for Raven.

"Hey girly, how was it?" Raven asked.

"How was what?I muttered. She winked at me and hopped away grabbing her bag.

"Okay, okay I don't think there's anything to tell you since you are so naive...let's go home, I would love to meet your mom."

We got into the car and drove off.
