Sofia's POV

"Well, that aside. There is a problem." I blurted out making Raven look curiously at me.

"What could that be?" Her expression changed to a worrisome one.

"Its my mom." Remembering everything that had happen today, I felt like crying.

How could she?

After how many years?

My Mom actually did got me traumatized but I was strong due to the help my grandmother and Devin offered.

"Sofia, you're crying...What about your mom?" Raven brushed the hair which seemed to be covering my face.

"She's around." I sniffed.

This isn't supposed to be what I should be doing and besides I told Alexander that I've forgiven her.

"Sofia, I'm not trying to be insultive here but you know your mom is slutty right? You have to put on more covers now." Raven looked at me with concern as she spake while she looked around to know if someone was eavesdropping.

"I understand perfectly what you mean... I dint even want her in the house." Raven bobbed her eyes out when she heard that.

"Then why did you allow it?" She asked jerking a shoulder forward.

" She begged and Alexander begged on he behalf too. " When she heard Alexander's name, she flashed me a funny smile that got me laughing.

"You're a dick head!" I couldn't control my laughter any more.

"Then you're the bestie to a dickhead." We both made silly jokes and laughed to our hearts content.

While walking back to the office, I held my stomach because it harts and I know it's due to too much laughter.

"Hello...." I and Raven turned around only to see Mr Alaric.

Why the hell id this man everywhere?

"Good afternoon ladies...." He walked up to I and Raven. Looking at Raven, one could easily tell she's irritated already.

"Good afternoon sir and how can w help you?" Don't blame her, she had a very sharp mouth and hates seeing me lurking and look at me the way Mr Alaric just did.

"Your tongue is a bit kissed woman!" He eyed Raven still given me that weird and hungry look.

"I think you're eyes are as loosed as your dick!" Raven articulated.

The hell!

How does she day out those words without stressing?

Damn this gurl would be the end of me.

"Well, i want to have a line time with Sofia." I don't need to I've him a reply for this rubbish he just said. I'd allow Raven to deal with him.

"You want a lone time with a married woman? Listen to yourself... I'm sure you have a wife at home." He looked back and forth to he sure no one was coming as he gritted his teeths.

"You can seethe in anger for all I care....STAY AWAY FROM MY FRIEND, BACK OFF!" Raven warned.

We both turned around and started walking away.

"I'd have Alexander deal with you." He threatened as all colours washed from his face and that made us come to an abrupt halt.

" You can go tell him whatever you want, but I'd male sure he deals with you firstly...." I hissed and turned away..

" He'd deal with you for always wanting to make a move on his wife!!! Raven said that quite loud making other workers giggle and look at Mr Alaric.

I turned around only to see that the man who stood there few minutes ago had already left in shame.

" Now that's a good way to shoo them off." I laughed when Raven said that.

" Sofia, Sir Alexander said you should meet him at his office." Dona informed me once I got seated in my cubicle and walked.

What could the urgent call be?

Alexander keeps saying I would soon start staying at his office with him... Well.

"Yes, he would punish you for laying your filthy hands on me." Marie came out from nowhere and blabbered.

What if she's right?

But Alexander would never do that.

" You reported to him?" A gossip worker asked her and she nodded her head making them roar in laughter.

" What's funny? Why are you guys laughing?" Helpless Marie asked.

" You disrespected the CEO'S wife and she dealt with you, you still have no shame by going to report her. What makes you think he'd scold her because of your stupidity?Huh?" Marie became tongue tied, she looked like she would erupt soon.

" You have no right to talk to me the way you want!!! Have yo—"

" Oh shut it please, your mouth stinks." I stood up and left place so they could go on and argue with them selves.

Afterall the are a the same.

They were the same set of humans that bullied me alongside Marie so I don't even understand what they are trying to do now.

"Off you go baby!" Raven teased and I winked at her.

On my way to Alexander's office, I met Mr Alaric..... Again!!!!!!

This man?

"What the heck do you want from me?" I yelled out in frustration.

Anyone who sees me standing with this man would think we are a thing

No one would understand the fact that he's disturbing the living day life out of my life.

"Lower your voice honey...." He said and tried touching me.

I slapped his hands away in irritation.

"You're stupid for even thinking of touching me." The anger u held could no longer be kept in place.

"And if you ever call me honey, I'd make sure I cut off your tongue." Mr Alaric's face changed to that of a frown.

"You shouldn't even talk when I'm talking." He said gritting his teeth in anger.

What exactly does this fool take me for?

A kid or a weak woman?

" I don't care the kind of person you think I m but you should know I'm not the type you could joke with." I stated.

" I know, that's why I'm treading carefully but it seems you're stupid and stubborn. "
