Chapter 51 Lady Grey
Liam’s POV
I drove to the pack immediately.
I kept thinking about what Sarah said.
Fuck. How did they get to her? And why Sarah?
She wasn’t involved in any of this.
My mind kept flashing to the night my parents died.
No. I pushed the thought away.Sarah wasn’t going to die.
I opened the pack link. Josh, gather some of the soldiers and meet me downtown.
Okay, did something happen, alpha?
Yes, they took Sarah, someone kidnapped her. I said.
Josh didn’t say anything apart from. Then we get her back.
I nodded as I drove to the club, I had passed by it occasionally when I was around town.
I tried to make the car go faster but it was at its limit.
I kept the link open in case I heard anything from Sarah.
I didn’t even have time to think about Elena.
I pushed the call button on the car as I called Elena.
“Hello? Liam? what’s happening, what happened to Sarah?” she asked, her voice cracking.
“Someone took her.”
“You don’t think it’s them,” she said.
“I do, are you still at the hospital?”
“No I’m at the pack house, why?”
“Okay then, stay put Elena and please don’t try and do anything reckless,” I said, knowing Elena was always the type that would want to help.
“Okay, but please bring her home,” I could hear the guilt in her voice.
I knew she was already blaming herself for what was happening to Sarah.
I ended the call and focused on the road.
I finally got to the club.
I walked in and looked around the room for Sarah’s friend. I think her name was Amara.
I kept looking until I remembered what Sarah told me. She had said we.
That meant both of them had been kidnapped.
It was one thing to kidnap my sister, it was another thing to take someone who was from another pack.
I grew frustrated and I went to the person playing the music.
“Turn it off.”
“I’m sorry, what?” he looked at me, confused. “I said turn the music off, or so help me, you will see your ass in prison for allowing little kids to dance to your music in an adult club.”
He looked scared now. “Okay man, no need to call the cops on me.”
He turned it off and everyone looked at me.
I looked over their heads and saw that Josh and the warriors had arrived.
“I need everyone’s attention now.”All the kids and some other people looked at me with anger for stopping their fun.
“Does anyone know Sarah Blackthorn and a girl named Amara?”
A few nodded and I signaled Josh and the others to gather round them.
I left the stand and went down to where they were.
“Did anybody see them leave?”
“No it wasn’t even that long since they got here, I’m friends with them,” a blond haired girl said.
“And can you tell me what happened?”
“Well we were dancing and then I think Amara went to get drinks for her and Sarah, while Sarah danced with me and the others. Amara came back and said something about a blond guy getting them drinks.”
I didn’t wait for her to finish as I went straight to the bartender.
“So you give little girls alcohol now?” I said as I reached out and grabbed his shirt.
“Hey, I didn’t know they were teenagers, some guy with blond hair told me to give it to them if they asked and to tell them it was from Dylan,” he said as he tried to break free from my hold. “That’s all I know, I only did it because he tipped me, like a lot.”
I pushed him away as I let go of his shirt. “How would you like it if you had a sister and she was a little girl taking alcohol?
He paled and didn’t say anything.
I didn’t have time to waste on him.
I turned around and looked at my men.
“Move around, look for a place here or close by that has anything to do with water,” They looked confused but nodded and left.
I took out my phone and checked for the layout of the city.
I kept looking until I saw that the city had a water factory downtown but was abandoned after an accident.
I immediately knew that was where Sarah was.
I called my men back as we prepared to move to where I thought the water factory would be.
It didn’t take long for us to get there.
I turned to my men. “Spread around the building and move in slowly, if any of you find Sarah or her friend, tell me immediately.”
“Yes, Alpha,” they said as they moved around.
I thought about taking the entrance but I didn’t want to risk it.
I had a feeling that this whole thing was too easy.
I followed a small door by the side of the building.
There were no guards or anything.
I wonder if it’s really the same people who tried to get to Elena that had kidnapped Sarah because this felt different.
I refocused my mind on saving Sarah.
I kept walking until I had a sound and I moved forward immediately.
“Get away from me you bastard, I’m not going to let any of you lay your slimy hands on me or my friend.”
I never thought I would feel so relieved to hear Sarah cursing.
“Just a taste, little girl, but it’s okay, I like my girls feisty, once I’m done with you, you won’t be able to talk crap to me,” a guy with tattoos and am ugly face said.
“She said we shouldn’t touch them,” the other guy standing with him said.
“Oh don’t worry, I don’t think she would even notice.”
I saw two of my men on the other side of the room and I signaled them to wait.
“Now let’s start with you,” he said as he tried to push Sarah’s dress off her.
I saw red now and I lunged for him, he turned around with shock as I phased midair and ripped him to shreds immediately.
The other guy moved away but my men already held him down in place.
I wanted to rip him apart too but I needed him for questioning.
I moved over to Sarah. “Are you okay?” I touched her gently.
She looked at me for a while and burst into tears. “I’m sorry, I should have listened to you?”
I was about to console her when I heard someone laughing.
I looked at the man who was still being held by the guard.
He raised his head and smiled. “Hello Liam.”
I looked at him. “Who are you?”
He threw his head back as he laughed and I knew it wasn’t the same person, I saw that looked scared.
“Can’t you guess, I’m very popular, you might know me through Reggie.”
“Lady Grey,” I said as I froze.
