Chapter 120
"What are you doing here?" Asked Gavin who had been standing behind Nina and caught her alone in the parking area with the president director of this company. 
Gavin looks calm, even though the situation around him is very unusual and suspicious. But Gavin is not a person who likes to get involved and meddle in other people's affairs. 
"C-Captain?" 
"Captain? Did you ask her to call you captain Gavin?" 
"You think so?" 
"Hahaha...you're so cold, aren't you? Relax a bit. So, you want to go home? No more overtime today?" 
"My job is done!" Gavin said while opening the car door which was right next to Victor's car. 
Sure enough, Gavin didn't care at all about Nina's situation who was clearly caught red-handed with Victor. If it was someone else, there would definitely be new gossip that would spread tomorrow. 
Nina was rooted to the spot, actually the pain and embarrassment of having been humiliated in front of everyone still hadn't gone away. But now, it looks like she will have a new problem. 
"Why are you silent? Come in quickly!" Said Victor. Gavin who was still standing beside his car, looked at Nina with a flat expression. 
"W-where are we going, Sir?" 
"Why are you still asking again? I already said that I would take you home!" 
"T-that-" Nina glanced at Gavin nervously. She was really worried about her fate tomorrow if what happened today became known to her other co-workers. She still doesn't know whether Gavin can be trusted or not. 
Having no choice and not daring to refuse, Nina entered Victor's car hesitantly. Her heart was beating fast and she still had no news from Aiden who had gone with Samantha somewhere. 
"You planning something?" Asked Gavin when he saw his subordinates as if they were going to be involved in Victor's scheme. 
"You've always been suspicious of me, haven't you? Trust me a little, Gavin!" 
"I don't care what you do to her. But remember, if you act carelessly, your reputation will be ruined!" 
"I understand, Gavin. I just wanted to ask her out for dinner and test her out a bit. That's okay, right?" 
"Up to you!" Gavin said while getting into his car. 
Victor chuckled at Gavin's somewhat unusual reaction. From his appearance, Gavin knew exactly what Victor would do to Nina. But, why did Victor do that? That's what Gavin doesn't know. 
Victor got into his car, his eyes glanced at Nina who looked very nervous and even kept looking down nervously. Seeing her reaction made Victor even more excited. Images of Aiden's face flashed through his head, as well as the reason why Aiden had chosen this woman over Samantha whom he adored so much and dumped him like trash. 
"Why do you look so uneasy? Are you afraid of me?" 
"T-that's not it, Sir. I'm just confused why you suddenly gave me a ride?" 
"No reason whatsoever, because you were crying earlier, so I thought you were in trouble. That's why I gave you a lift!" 
"I-is that so? Then, thank you very much!" 
"Are you hungry? How about we eat first?" 
"N-no need, I'll just go home!" 
"Why? I'm not always so kind as to invite my employees to eat together. So, it would be very impolite for you to decline my offer!" Victor made it clear to show that he didn't want to hear a rejection. 
Nina felt confused by the situation she faced. She really wanted to refuse, besides being uncomfortable, she also didn't want to add new problems if someone saw her with Victor. However. Nina is in a can't say no situation because she is an intern who has only been working at the company for a few days. 
"How is this? What should I do? Someone, please contact me so I have a reason to refuse!" She thought. This was the first time that she really hoped that someone would call her, even if it was Courtney or Jennifer. Whoever is most important she can escape from this arrogant man. 
Seeing Nina closing her eyes with her mouth muttering made Victor try to hold back his laughter. This girl was really cute, was what he thought. In fact, there are many women who wish to sit alone with him in this car. But this one girl actually looks very depressed. 
However, it's not Victor if he can't reverse the situation. He is a young CEO who inherits his father's business empire. Handsome, smart and charismatic, that's what people think when they see him. However, there are times when Victor can get frustrated with what happened to him, namely when Samantha dumps him. 
"Why am I remembering that again? No, somehow I'm going to make this girl fall to my knees and leave that guy!"

 
"What would you like to order?" He asked. He looked very relaxed and seemed to really enjoy the expression on Nina's face, which was suffering so much. 
Nina looked down, she really couldn't lift her face and looked around her. This is a very famous restaurant, it's not impossible that there are friends or colleagues at the TV station who saw its existence. 
"Erm...I'm not hungry, so-"

Her stomach growled. What she said was completely different from how she felt. Nina didn't have time to eat lunch because she had to prepare for the event and this morning, she also didn't have breakfast and only finished a glass of milk. 
"No need to hesitate, just order what you want to eat!" 
Nina felt very embarrassed, the sound of her hungry stomach reaching the boss's ears was really embarrassing. However, being treated to meals was what Nina loved the most, so it seemed she couldn't let this opportunity go to waste. 
"Okay, then I'll have beef steaks, grilled chicken, spaghetti carbonara, pepperoni pizza, custard ice cream and orange juice!" She said very clearly. Victor and the waiter standing beside her were surprised to hear the number of orders she uttered. 
"I like this, you don't need to be shy!" 
"Since you asked for it, I won't hesitate!" 
After 15 minutes, all the food that Nina ordered was served on the table. There were so many that the table was filled with plates of food. 
Victor was shocked by the sight before his eyes, it was impossible for a small woman like her to eat this much food. 
"You can really eat it all?" 
"Don't underestimate my stomach's ability to digest good food, Sir!" The embarrassment and anxiety that she had felt a few minutes ago, disappeared when her mouth was filled with food. 
Not only Victor, but the people in the restaurant were also shocked to see the food served on the table for two people. Seeing Nina eating so heartily made Victor feel full and all he did was watch Nina busy enjoying her food. 
During the 45 minutes that she spent making the plates in front of her clean. Now, her heart felt relieved because her stomach was so full. 
"Ah...full, thanks for the food!" She said while sipping the juice in the glass. 
Victor couldn't hold back his laughter after he witnessed how this girl consumed everything in 45 minutes. This was the first time in his life he saw a woman as strange and cute as this. 
"So, are you full?" 
"Ah...yes, the food is very delicious. Thank you very much, Sir!" 
"Then, after this you can go with me, right?" 
"W-what? Going with you?" 
"Yes, I want to take you to a good place!"
