Pickle POV

"Give her a minute and we'll talk to her together." I say walking closer to River. She shakes her head and bends down and takes Abbott's gun. She cocks it and tucks it in her waistband and then spits on his body as she kicks him.

River looks at me then at Lucky and starts running back towards the community building.

"River wait!" Lucky yells. She stops letting us walk up to her but she doesn't let us get too closer before she starts backing away.

Lucky sways a bit "Jasper!" I yell. River quickly touches his cheek then mine "Go home and take care of our daughter. I have to go find Sheldon.. I'm sorry."

"River!" I yell.

"Get him to a hospital and get him checked in now. I'm going after them." I say as I run after her.

"Not alone your not." Nate say catching up with Marco, Stephano, Kenny and a few other guys from the crew following me. I nod and we try to catch up to her.

"Kenny get her out of here when I give you the signal." He nods.

"Baby please we'll find him." I say as I touch her shoulder. She shakes her head "You won't know where.." she grabs the wall by a doorway. I grab her around her waist and she jerks away from my touch.

"My apologies." She says bowing her head and lifting her hand.

"River." I say. She looks at me and shakes her head.

"If you want to help follow me. Some of these people are innocent so please don't shoot anyone if you don't have to." She says looking at us all. We nod as she pushes the doors open.

We hurry through a hallway. A group of children turn the corner almost running into us.

They drop to the ground bowing, then they all stick a hand out palm side up.

"Creepy." Nate says under his breath. I nod.

"Rise children. Carry on, this is just a safety drill." River says with a smile, they look at us and then her and they move quickly continuing down the hall.

"This way." She says. She moves us to a few different areas keeping us hidden from many guards or men. So far we've mostly seen a couple of women and many children.

"Is this where the children stay?" Stefano asks.

"This is the training center."

"Oh to teach fighting?" He says looking around.

"No. Training on how to be a good wife or a husband. On that side is where they train to discipline their wives and children." She says so matter of factly.

"I need to make some phone calls." Marco says. He heads back the way we just came.

"Come on hurry. We're almost to our place."

'Our place' the way she says it makes my stomach turn.

She checks a door then another "Fuck!"

She turns to me "I need to get in. Please stay back till I enter then I'll signal." I try to touch her cheek but she pulls back.

"I can't! Not yet, please." She says softly not meeting my eyes. I nod.

She drops and knocks on the door holding her hand out. After a minute the door opens.

"I knew you wouldn't leave him behind." I see a hand touch hers. "Rise wife and come join your lover your just in time to watch him get punished." A voice says. He takes her hand pulling her up.

"I decided to cut you down to one meal a day obviously you don't need any more food." He says poking her stomach. She nods.

She moves her hand behind her and waves it at me. She doesn't close the door and I can now hear Sheldon and a child maybe screaming.

"Noo please stop! He was helping me!" A loud slap sounds and as I look I can see Jenson holding her by the hair he lifts her and punches her in the face. Three whipping sounds crack through the air and I freeze. No! Fuck No! Not now come on snap out of it! I feel Carter move me back as he takes the lead.

"You are mine!!" Jenson yells.

A girl screams "Charlotte! No you promised me you wouldn't touch her till she was older!" River screams.

"And you promised me no more running if I let your family live. Guess I'll have my new little wife Annie brought in for my pleasures."

"I'll kill you!" She says.

"It's so much more fun when my cousin's not home right?" He laughs.

I slide in and in the other room I can see a little girl crying she's maybe ten with blood running down her legs and bruises all over her body.

That does it I see red and fly towards him. Nate tries to grab me but it's too late.

I gasp when I see Sheldon naked his back is shedded blood running out. He looks unconscious. A boy a teen maybe, he's looks younger then that. He's naked and tied as well.

He has a few whip marks on his back but he's bent over instead of straight up like Sheldon.

Jenson jumps as he sees us. He turns and smiles "Tell them to leave wife before I start killing them!" He lifts his phone to his ear and then pulls out a gun.

"Yes master." She says coldly turning her face to us and for a minute my heart sinks but then she turns back and shoots him in the head. She runs over to Sheldon. Nate rips his jacket off and wraps it around the girl, lifting her to his arms.

Stefano quickly works on untying the boy and wrapping him in a blanket.

"I'm here my love. It's okay I'm here!" She says crying as she's trying to get Sheldon down.

Me and Kenny quickly run over to him. We lay him on a couch on his side and I can see all the new scars that litter his body. He moans and River cups his face. His face turns in horror, his eyes filling with tears.

"Noo!" He cries pulling her head to his.

"Baby..no! Why? You were..supposed to go home." He holds her face to his.

"We're going home together my love." She says before she kisses him soft and so full of love. I can't help it but her touching him like that makes me jealous. I cough when it lasts too long.

"Holy shit! Holy shit, we're really going home!" He says hugging her tightly. I watch as he reaches down and covers her belly when she wraps her arms around his neck.

I can't help but stare at her. She's pregnant.. River's pregnant.. Sheldon's baby I'm hoping.

Sheldon catches my eye. He waves me to him and pulls me down hugging me so tight "Thank you brother." I nod and kiss his head. He tenses up so I move back. His eyes dart around, they land on the boy.
