Her mind became a blur. It took a long time for Daisy to regained her composure and conduct an online search for the man Mr. Scott from Legacy Corporation that Felix had mentioned. Although it didn't directly mention anything about his family situation, Mr. Scott bored a strong resemblance to Justin. Moreover, a search online revealed that this Chinese man owned over a hundred companies, and the majority of these companies' major shareholders was a person named Jim. In an instant, the woman named Quinn Du popped into Daisy's mind.
She immediately found her former colleague Sarah on Instagram and asked if Quinn Du was married and who her husband was. Sarah seemed confused but replied earnestly, "I heard she's already married, and her husband seems to be the son of her dad's business partner."
" It seems like a marriage between wealthy families. I don't know if it's true or not. Why are you suddenly asking about this, Daisy?" Sarah questioned.
As Daisy looked at Sarah's response, she felt that her soul had left her body and lost all her sensation. She even had difficulty breathing and felt suffocated. She slowly moved her body, and took out the marriage certificate from the nightstand. Tears flowed down from her eyes and dropped onto the certificate like raindrops. She was truly foolish. She couldn't understand these documents, so she entrusted everything to Justin, blindly believing him without ever questioning the authenticity of these certificates. Her pregnancy due date was approaching. If Felix's words were all true, what should she do? What should she do!
Justin returned home at night and found the house in complete darkness as none of the lights were switched on. This made him uneasy, and he quickly walked to the bedroom, and opened the door. He saw Daisy inside the room with her swollen body, curled up on the edge of the bed, holding something in her arms. Justin's heart skipped a beat. He immediately walked over, embracing Daisy, wanting to find a more comfortable position for her. Daisy gently pushed him away, turning her body to create some distance. Justin's brows furrowed even more, but he didn't make any further movement, and just looked at Daisy.

"Is your wife Daisy, or is it Quinn Du?"

Tears uncontrollably flowed from Daisy's eyes again, "Is this marriage certificate real?"
"Is your father named Mr. Scott?"
"Why did you lie to me? Why did you hurt me like this?"
She asked numerous questions in succession, and Daisy's emotions became uncontrollable to the point where she clutched her stomach, feeling pain but unable to pinpoint the source. It seemed as if her whole body ached.
