SCARLETT -
Keegan had still been the most frustrated man alive. He was so grumpy towards everyone and was being such a dominating and ruthless Alpha, forcing everyone to overwork since Jane went missing, that stupid bitch.
'Hey Scarlett,' Mom said in a joint link with Dad.
'Hey. Do you need anything?' My voice was very grouchy.
'Whoa, what's wrong now? Who hurt my baby?' Dad asked.
'I'm not your baby, but of course, it's that annoying omega. She's missing so Keegan is just so worried about her and is acting more arrogant than ever before.'
'How is your progress with becoming Luna? You promised that you'd get rid of the title of Luna from that mutt and be his main Luna. What are you planning towards achieving that?' Mom questioned.
'I have no idea right now. All I know is that I must have Keegan. I thought I could depend on my mate as a second option, but now he's with Jane's friends, so I'm stuck with this Alpha called Keegan. He has to be mine, but I'm so blank of ideas in how to get him as mine.
Mom suddenly cut Dad off the link. 'Scarlett, I don't know how ridiculous this might sound, but you have to force yourself on him. I had to force myself on your father in order to he his completely. You can't just sit around and expect a miracle to happen.'
'force myself how?'
'you're an adult, you should understand. If you have his baby, he'd have no other option than to accept you. Be wise. Use supplements.' She said then ended the link
"That makes sense.' Kayla commented.
'Yes, I'll just have to force myself on Keegan. Now that he's really depressed from Jane leaving him, it'll be a perfect opportunity to serve as the good girl and get him in my bed.'
I changed into my most sexy bra and panty, very last and showed off just what could make Keegan go crazy for me then wore a flimsy dress over me.
'Remember those drugs we bought earlier?' Layla reminded me.
'oh, yeah, right!' I grinned and headed to my drawer to grab the pills and kept them in my dress pocket.
I headed downstairs to pour orange juice for both of us and glanced around to confirm that no one was around me before slipping the pills out of my pockets and throwing each one of them into the glasses of juice, one for each glance.
"Great!" I grinned then headed upstairs to his bedroom.
I opened the door without knocking and he raised his fury-laced gaze from his laptop to me.
"The best thing you could do was to knock!' He stated.
"I'm sorry." I chuckled and shut the door, securing locked with its keys before heading to him.
"What do you want?"
"I brought juice for both of us." I had a warm smile and placed the tray in front of him.
"Scarlett, I'm not," he stopped talking, glancing at the drink before reluctantly picking it up. I watched him closely as he took a sip from it.
To avoid seeming suspicious, I grabbed the second glass and took a long gulp, drinking it in one draught.
'Why the hell did you have to add it to your drink as well?' Kayla scolded me.
'Because I want both of us to burn with pleasure and feel equally horny so not any of us will be holding back. It has to happen today.'
After I finished my juice, I could already feel the effect as my pleasure heightened.
He dropped his glass, gazing at me in skepticism. "Scarlett, what did you do?"
"Wh-what do you mean?"" I wore an innocent smile.
"I'm not fucking stupid." He slapped his hand on the table and made me flinch. "What the hell did you add to the juice?"
"I-I... uh... me.."
"If you lie to me, I can make you regret your decision for the rest of your life. I knew I smelled and tasted something strange but I was too distracted to focus on it and now I feel so fucking weird. What did you do? Spit the truth out!"
"I-I just... I wanted..."
"Did you spite the juice with something to make me feel sexually aroused? Are you out of your mind? Are you that desperate? What the heck is wrong with you, this silly woman?" He let out a groan, holding his head in frustration.
"I'm sorry, I just didn't." My body was feeling really crazy with desire bloating up in me. I was suddenly very desperate and touched him; hopefully, it was going to affect him.
He pushed me away. The force at which he did that made me fall off the chair and I almost hit my back on the table's leg.
"You're the most annoying woman I know. Why'd you make me want to cheat on Jane?" He was sounding breathless and judging from his bulge, it was obvious that he was clearly holding himself back. I could take advantage of that but the redness and darkness in his eyes warned me that he could kill me out of his Alpha anger if I dared to make any more silly move. "You need a mental health specialist because your brain is definitely not functioning properly. You're going crazier that I thought. I'll take a cold shower. Head out of my room before I lose my fucking temper." He barked and left for the bathroom.
Quivering, I quickly ran out of the room with tears in my ears. How the hell could he control himself? My body was flowing in so much tingles and throbbing; it made me feel like I was in heat.
'Mom, your plan didn't work!' I forcefully mind linked her.
'How? What happened? Please be calm and try again.'
'No! For fucks sake, no! I'll do what I want!" I hollered in the link and cut it off.
I left the house, still feeling so crazy, like my organs were about to burst out of me.
I needed comfort right now and I had no friend to talk to in the pack. When I had no other option, I headed over to Shane's house, knocking on the door really hard instead of using the damn doorbell
I heard loud thumps before the door flung open and Shane appeared in only his singlet and his boxers. "Ariella, aren't you-Oh, Scarlett, I thought it was Ariella that returned from coaching just after leaving. What's wrong? Please come in." He offered.
I stepped in and sat on the couch. He locked the door and quickly m sat beside me.
"What's wrong?" he asked again.
I couldn't take this frustration anymore and burst into tears.
"It's okay, it's okay." He pulled me into a hug to cry in his chest.
"I'm so fucking pissed off. Even though Jane is gone, she's still in his head and that's very frustrating."
He maintained silence for a while till he finally spoke, "I know you badly want to be Luna and neither of us wants Jane as Luna, but I'm starting to think you're trying too hard. Be calm and try to think straight. You might find a better man that likes you for the sweet person you are.
I lifted my gaze to him and the effect of the pill was getting the better of me.
We didn't take our gaze off each other and for the first time, I realized how damn handsome Shane was, he had a beautiful stubble and trim hair, he looked so great and very well-built.
I pulled my lips to him to connect with his.
He looked taken aback but I didn't want him to pull away so I deepened the kiss and held his head, running my hand along his body and ripped the singlet off him.
"w-wait Scarlett.'
He pulled away, but I was way too hungry with desire to care about anything else. The effect of the pills had gotten worse. "It doesn't have to be special. It can just be a once in a lifetime thing. I really need a man right now, so much.
He was gazing at me with uncertainty then a dark wave flickered in his eyes, a sign that I considered an agreement and pushed him to have his back against the chair while I straddled him, resuming the kiss.
More passion flooded in the kiss as I got rid of my dress, revealing my sexy undies.
He unhooked my bra and resumed the kiss while his hands rested on my boob while the other roamed around my back, causing shivers to flow down my spine.
The passion in the kiss fueled even more till we had both lost contact with our clothes. The desire burning in me was greater than ever and I wanted more than anything else to feel his already hardened bulge down in me.
We both panted, resting on the edge of the chair.
"That was so fucking amazing!" He said breathlessly.
I wiped the liquid off my lips and took a quick scan of Shane's sexy body again, appreciating the wonders he had just performed.
"Where's the bathroom?" I asked with my cheeks burning red in embarrassment.
He pointed at a door, still panting for hair.
"Thank you." I said before heading to the bathroom to rinse his juices off my body.
"What have I done?" I asked myself as I washed my face in the sink, glancing at the mirror. I ought to feel really terrible and filled with regret now that the pill's effect had rubbed off, but for some reason, I felt really great; I had just had the best moment of my life with Shane and though I had said I wanted it to be the last time, I could definitely do with more.
I shook my head to get rid of the thoughts and returned to him while he was wearing his boxers. Though he wasn't completely naked, I still felt really excited to watch him, it didn't feel like I was the same person burning with so much desire and begging Keegan a while ago.
"uh... Scarlett, I—"
'EMERGENCY! THE PACK IS BEING ATTACKED BY SO MANY ROGUES! IT'S WAY TERRIBLE.' Someone yelled in the general link.
I glanced at Shane and he had equally widened eyes. I quickly got rid of my dress to switch into my wolf form and we both dashed out of his house.
KEEGAN-
What the hell? How could anyone be attacking the pack again?
'Everyone, get to the location as soon as possible. All guards should head over and protect others that aren't close to the attack. Protect the children and pregnant women, everyone else, fight till the attackers are defeated!' I yelled general orders as I ran in Drex's form, running really fast.
When I got to the scene, many of my pack members were around and I watched a big white wolf snap the head of a pack member off while a few people in cloaks were shooting arrows at random pack members running around for their lives.
Some pack members were being lifted off their feet without physical contact so the arrows could get into them before they could run away.
'What the heck is this?' I growled and quickly ran towards them, dodging their arrows and digging my claws into the faces of any of their members I came across.
"Alpha," Mason's wolf got to me, panting. "The main attackers in control are there. Let's head over to them. If we can attack their leaders, this shenanigans will end.'
I quickly rushed as he led the way and from the white and brown furred wolves, there was no way I couldn't identify them as the Ardolfs. These wolves were one of my biggest fears, so I had vivid memories of them like the back of my palm.
They signaled to their members to start running away.
Mason, Scarlett, Shane, and I began running towards them and the members in cloaks switched to wolf forms and started running away with them.
My pace was really fast and they scattered into different directions.
I wanted to run after the main Ardolfs, Cara and Don, but a silver wolf caught my attention and I started running after her. To my surprise, the she-wolf was very fast, almost matching my speed, but I was able to catch up.
I immediately pounced on the wolf and stepped on her feet so she didn't move and scratched her tummy with my claw. I could've snapped its head off but when the familiar strawberry scent hit my nose, I lost complete sense.
'Jane?!' I forcefully linked her though she was trying to block me from linking her.
'Let me go!' she struggled to get me off her, but I was in so much awe.
'Why'd you be working with the Ardolfs?' It felt like my whole wall of my life had crumbled down.
Her scent was surrounded by a thick bitter scent, and the way her blue eyes were filled with a beam of red and black surrounding it, it made it obvious that something was definitely wrong with my Jane.
She drew her lips into a snarl and with a greater force, pushed my wolf off hers and quickly started running again.
I didn't bother to run after her. I was in too much shock to even move.
'Who was that, Alpha?' Mason's wolf caught up with me.
'J-Jane.'
"Jane?!' he asked, sounding equally perplexed.
What the heck was wrong with my Jane? How'd she work with the Ardolfs? What had they done to her?
'This is definitely very terrible. Let's head back and make sure the pack members are safe.' I ushered Mason as we headed back to pack town, while my mind couldn't stop wandering around what was wrong with Jane.
