CHAPTER 158
It's been two days, since it happened and it feels like its been forever. My sister was not much of a talker but we definitely loved and valued her, we feel terrible that God decided its time that she leaves us. We've all been cooped up in our rooms, I haven't taken a shower in two days, I haven't seen Chris in two days. I don't think I want to see him, every time I think about him I just end up getting angry and crying myself to sleep. Mom and Dad have been going up and down sorting funeral plans, its going to be a private funeral. I wanted to laugh and cry in disbelief when I heard this, she was so young not to have a life like that. I just realised she had no friends, she was home schooled her whole childhood, we don't have any extended families, we were all she had.
No one has asked me anything, I don't know why they haven't yet. Maybe its because they know she threw herself or parts of their brains are telling them that I could've prevented the whole thing. They don't know that i've been beating myself up for that, i've been blaming myself so much I can't even eat or sleep. I don't know what to think, did someone get inside her head and made her do that or was she tired of living?. I have been racking my brain for the right answer but I come up with nothing and its driving me crazy. My though that I have thinking about is that Elenor saw Chris coming back to my house, she saw us leaving him behind and she fought back because he didn't want to go back to her. Elenor killed my sister for a man, a crazy man that can't even love himself why would he be capable of loving anyone else?
My mind snapped back to reality and I realized it's already dark outside, I got up and went straight to the bathroom and turned the shower on with a determined thought to avenge my sister's death. I quickly showered, I got out of the shower and wore clean clothing. I wore a black jean, purple sweatshirt and a black jacket, I am going hunting and the last thing I want is to wear clothes that will reveal my position. I finished getting dressed and stood in the middle of the room feeling a weird energy coming from outside, it's the feeling you get when someone is watching you without your knowledge. I rushed down the stairs, knowig exactly what to follow, I stopped in my tracks taken back by Tyson who was seating in the living room, fresh and ready to go.
He looked at me and gave me a small excited smile, "Tyson, you need to get out of my head." I said walking past him knowing that he used his abilities to read my thoughts and knew what I was planning. "Okay, so how do we find her?" He said as he took out the sharp dagger he had in his pocket, I swiftly took it from his hand and looked at him in disbelief. "What? Did you really think I am just going to follow behind you without any sort of weapon with me?" he asked shrugging his shoulders. "Yes and thank you for this. I am the one that gets to use it," I said closing it and shoving it on my waist, Tyson grabbed it back with a serious look on his face. "Why, I am her twin, I was born two minutes after." He said his voice breaking as he said that but he held a strong neutral look on his face.
"I saw her die, I was there when she threw herself to the floor and I failed to help her and this time I won't." I said snatching it back and walking out the door as he followed behind me unwillingly. I don't have time to be nursing him, he has to put on a brave face, acoompanied by a brave voice, I stopped and turned to give him a stern look. "Are you sure you can do this? Your voice quivered back there for a minute, you can stay if you are scared." I said reassuring him that there's nothing wrong with back out of a fight. "This is not your fight." I said placed my hand on his shoulder, he moved his shoulder and I moved my unwelcomed hand. "You're right, it's our fight and you want it all to yourself but i'm coming."
"You are so stubborn and there's actually no need for that." I said walking to the car, I stopped before unlocking the car as I felt a wave of anxiety wash on me. I turned to look at Tyson as he was already looking at me with a freaked out look on his face, "She's here." I heard his thought in my head, the damn bastard won't stay away from my head. I turned to look at the corner of our house and there was a person standing there not even moving, we also stood and watched. We couldn't see the person's face as it was already dark outside, the light helping us identify him was a few feet away from us. "That's not her, who is that?" I turned and looked at Tyson as I said that. The person strangely standing there did not seem like a woman to me, I looked at her Tyson confused why he is not answering me. "Hey, tough guy, i'm talking to you." I said snapping my fingers in his direction, he immediately grabbed my finger catching me off-guard. I should've just left him behind, he's too freaked. "Look," he said pointing me to a direction with his head, I turned and looked but saw nothing. "I don't see anything." I whispered back to him in a hushed tone.
"He's not alone,"
