Chapter 59

Lain came back to the house and looked everywhere for Elvira but seeing that she was not there, he went to the rooftop. As he came there, he saw Elvira who was breastfeeding Lael. Lael was still drinking milk from her sometimes when he got in the mood to have milk. Feeling his presence behind her, Elvira turned and looked at Lain. Lain smiled at her and stepped towards her. Letting Lain sit on the bench beside her, Elvira moved away and looked at him with a smile on her face.

“You are back so early…” She giggled. Lael stopped drinking milk seeing Lain. he giggled and moved to Lain’s body. Giving him to Lain, Elvira fixed her dress back and let out a deep sigh looking at Lain who was cuddling Lael. Elvira carefully scanned Lain’s face and saw that the pale look he had on his face was not there anymore. She felt relieved. She hoped that he’s all okay and he was healthy without any problem in him. But she had decided to take him to the hospital if he bled while coughing again. She would not listen to him again.

“I should stop giving him milk now because of my pregnancy but I can't say no to him while looking at his face.” Elvira muttered. Lain could completely understand the situation here. Elvira should probably stop feeding Lael. cuddling him on his lap, Lain looked at Elvira’s face and sighed. He didn’t know what to say. He didn’t know how to give an answer for Elvira’s problem. As he stayed silent, Elvira got up from the bench and stepped towards the balcony as she looked down from it.

“Umay, let’s go on a date tonight?” Elvira’s eyes widened, she turned and looked at Lain with confused eyes. Go on a date? When did they last go on a date? No, they didn’t go after Lael was born. They were always busy with Lael all the time. Even though Lain had the chance to go out of the house because of his work, she never had a chance. She was always at home taking care of Lael. As Elvira watched Lain, she saw him smiling at her. Elvira nodded at him. She would love to go on a date with him after a long time.

“Let’s go.” Lain hummed, getting up from the bench. Then he walked out of the rooftop and Elvira also followed him. Elvirq’s heart was beating so fast. She couldn’t wait until it became evening. She wanted to go on a date with him so badly and she couldn’t be patient about it. While Lain was holding the little boy and playing with him, Elvira took that chance to run into the room and look for a dress. Entering the dressing room, she looked at all the dresses in the wardrobe. There were countless dresses in it.

Walking in front of the mirror, Elvira looked at herself. She kept her eyes on her belly to see that it was still so flat. That means, she can wear a beautiful dress. She giggled while looking at herself and started to choose a dress for tonight. She knew that Lain was always wearing black and he would never change his color. It was obvious. Thinking about it, she looked at the party dresses and finally her eyes stopped at a red color gown. She took it out and looked at it but she didn’t feel like wearing red tonight. Placing the dress back inside of the wardrobe, she moved to the other side of her wardrobe.

There were so many clothes that she hadn't worn yet. Lain would always fill this wardrobe with clothes but he didn’t even take her out to match all these dresses. While her eyes were sharply scanning, her eyes stopped at a black dress. She took the dress out and looked at it. The dress had a long slitted skirt along with deep v neckline and long sleeves. It had a beautiful silver colored belt and the dress would expose her body shape perfectly. Since Lain was also wearing black, she decided to wear this. After she selected the dress, she kept it in the wardrobe and left the room to see Lain.

“Lain… are we taking Lael?” She asked stepping towards Lain who was watching his little son playing on the ground with a ball. Turning to elvira, Lain thought about it for a while and clenched his jaws. They are going on a date and they should be alone, it will be good if they ask Aunt Maria to take care of Lael for tonight. He will not be mad for leaving him, with that thought in his mind, Lain shook his head. Elvira came to him and wrapped her hand around his arm while looking up at him.

“Aunt Maria will take care of him for tonight. I just want to be alone with you for a while, we always have him between us. Let’s just give him to Aunt Maria only for tonight.” Elvira’s lips parted. She wanted to say something but she didn’t know what to say. Leaving Lael alone at the house is really something so hard for Elvira. She’s used to being with Lael everyday in every single minute but what Lain was saying was also the truth. They didn’t have the time to be with each other. Ignoring everything, Elvira nodded at Lain.

“Alright then..” she agreed with him.

It was the evening. The time was already six in the evening, Lain asked Elviria to get ready saying that he wanted to leave the house at six thirty. Elvira grabbed a shower and came into the dressing room as she changed into the dress she picked. After she was done wearing the dress, she wore her low heels and went in front of the mirror looking at herself. The dress was perfectly fine and it was so fitting to her body. It revealed the curvy body of Elvira’s and she found herself really beautiful in the dress.

Elvira brushed her hair and tied it into a lower bun hairstyle while leaving her short pieces of hair fall through her face. After she was done with her hair, she applied pink lipstick on her lips and walked out of the dressing room to see Lain was sitting on the bed after getting ready. She was glad that she put his clothes on the bed before going inside of the dressing room. Lain knew that it would take so much time for her to come out. Feeling her coming, Lain lifted his head and looked at Elvira.

Lain’s heart skipped a beat seeing her. His wolf also went crazy seeing Elvira. Howling inside of him, his wolf acted like a lovesick puppy. She was gorgeous, she was just so fucking gorgeous. He couldn’t manage to take his eyes off of her. She was that gorgeous. She was gorgeous beyond imagination. Letting out a deep sigh, he got up from the bed and stepped towards Elvira. Wrapping his strong arm around her slim waist, he pulled her to him and kissed her neck possessively.

“Who asked you to be this gorgeous tonight?” he whispered huskily against her ear. Elvira’s body stiffened with his hot breath on her skin. Placing her delicate hands on his chest, she looked at him and smiled. Her smile made his heartbeat go crazy over her. Lain chuckled and kissed her forehead. Without waiting, he walked out of the room with her. Coming out of the room, Elvira stopped and walked towards Lael’s room. Lain also followed her. Looking into the room, both Elvira and Lain saw that Lael was happily listening to Aunt Maria’s stories. They knew that Lael would be okay.

Leaving the house, Lain opened the door of the car that he had for Elvira. Getting into the car which was always in Lain’s car park but never used before, Elvira looked inside of it. It was such a comfortable car. After that, Lain also got into the car and drove away. While he was driving, a heavy rain started to fall down. Elvira was looking out of the window of the car and seeing the heavy rain, she turned to Lain. She was worried. She felt their date would be ruined because of the rain. Biting her lower lip while stopping herself from crying, she stared at Lain’s calm face.

“Don’t worry, this will not ruin our date” Lain comforted Elvira’s heart. She accepted what he said and looked out of the car again. They traveled for almost twenty minutes and finally arrived at the place. Elvira looked at the beautiful wooden cottages a few meters away from them and sighed. As she saw the place, she couldn’t help but feel that the rain was not ruining their date but also making it so beautiful and so memorable. The rain added so many unknown feelings to her heart. The place was inside of a forest and huge trees were all around the place.

While they were waiting inside of the car, two men came towards the car with umbrellas. One man went to Lain’s side while the other one came to Elvira’s side. They were there to pick them up. Getting down from the car, they went to the cottage which was at the end of the place. It was beautiful and it was way too beautiful than the other cottages. Entering it, Elvira held Lain’s arm. There were people inside of it. Everyone was waiters and the workers in the hotel. It was such a beautiful hotel.

“Welcome Alpha, Welcome Luna” Greeting them, everyone lowered their heads. Lain smiled at them and led Elvira towards the table beside the glass wall which revealed the deep forest. The lights were everywhere in the forest and Elvira could see the way raindrops fell down from the sky. So mind healing and so peaceful. Pulling the chair out for Elvira, Lain helped her to sit down on it. Once she sat down, he also sat on the opposite side of her and looked at her.

“It’s so beautiful, Lain… how do you know about this place?” Elvira questioned Lain. he remained silent but he was scanning Elvira’s happy face so carefully. Watching her stunningly gorgeous face which was painted with a captivative smile, Lain smiled at her. He knew about this place all the time but he forgot to take her here. He was just thinking about going on a date with her and he found this place is the best one for it. So he took her here. And he wanted to give her the things that he got for her.

“You like it here?” Lain asked. Elvira strictly nodded her head and giggled. Lain couldn’t help but smile looking at her. She looked like a kid who was so happy after receiving something so tasty. Moving his hand, he caressed her smooth cheek and looked at the menu on the table. He ordered food for them and waited. After some time the food was served to the table. Every single food on the table was Elvira’s favorite.

“You got these for me?” while taking her fork and her soon, Elvira asked Lain. Lain hummed and continued eating. After they were done having dinner, Lain led Elvira to the upstairs of the cottage. There was a beautiful view. Elvira stepped towards the window and looked outside at the beautiful nature before turning to Lain. it as autumn. She loved the rain when it’s autumn because nature was so colorful and beautiful. And the place Lain had chosen for their date was flawlessly wonderful.

“Why did you suddenly want to go on a date?” she asked Lain. stepping towards elvira, Lain pulled her to a hug. He just wanted to be with her for a while. He’s spending the last few months of his life and he wanted to die with so many memories. So he was collecting memories for it. Kissing elvira’s marking spot, Lain broke the hug between them and put his hand to the pocket in his trench coat. Taking a deep breath, he took out the red box and looked at Elvira.

Elvira’s eyes fell on the box in his hands and she moved her eyes back to him with confusion. Lain didn’t waste time anymore, he opened the box and showed it to her. Elvira’s eyes widened. She parted her lips wanting to say something but no words came out. Lain placed the box on the counter top of the window and took the ring. He put it to Elvira’s finger and sighed. As he put the ring on her finger, the diamond of the ring turned red for a few seconds and then turned black again.

“You are the owner” He whispered as he wore her necklace and earrings. After he put everything on Elvira, he looked at her. She was so gorgeous with those jewelry. Her dress was also matching it. Smiling at her while looking at her still shocked face, Lain caressed her face.

“For you… so beautiful” He complimented her beauty.
