Chapter 61 Completely Falling Out
As soon as Olivia spoke, the guests were visibly taken aback.
Nobody expected her to be so straightforward.
The Johnson family members frowned.
"That's incredibly rude. Ms. Brown is an esteemed guest."
"Unbelievable. How can she act like this?"
"Is this the behavior of Mrs. Johnson?"
Everyone was clearly displeased with Olivia's conduct.
Amelia and Hayden were furious, their expressions growing colder towards Olivia.
'Olivia, you disgraceful fool!' Amelia cursed in her head.
But Olivia didn't care at all.
If it weren't for making sure Bianca had a good birthday, she wouldn't have even bothered to engage with these people.
Michael was visibly angry as well.
He struggled to keep his cool, whispering a warning, "Olivia, everyone's watching. Are you doing this on purpose? Are you trying to ruin Bianca's birthday party just to satisfy yourself?"
Olivia looked at him coldly, her expression mocking. "This hypocritical party shouldn't even be held! You never care about Bianca on normal days, but you're quick to use her to win people over and create a good dad image for yourself."
Michael's face turned dark, his eyes flashing with anger. "Olivia, shut up!"
Olivia's tone was icy. "Since we can't stand each other, Mr. Johnson, why don't you finalize the divorce quickly? Then I'll be sure to stay quiet in your presence."
Michael was furious but still believed that Olivia's mentioning divorce was just a tactic to get his attention.
She had worked so hard to marry into the Johnson family; he didn't believe she would let go so easily.
"Olivia, I've told you before, whether we get divorced or not is up to me. You have no say in it!"
"Then we'll see about that!" Olivia withdrew her confrontational gaze, not sparing him another glance.
The cake was already being brought out, and she planned to let Bianca make a wish, cut the cake, and then leave.
As for gathering evidence and contacting a detective, she could do that later.
Determined, she took a few steps forward with Bianca.
Bianca was too short to reach the four-tier cake, so Olivia picked her up.
Unexpectedly, Michael strode over and blocked their way.
He turned to Aiden on the ground, saying, "Aiden, since Bianca can't reach the cake, you help her cut it."
"Yes, Aiden, you're taller, you can definitely do it," Amelia encouraged from the side.
Hayden also smiled approvingly.
Aiden's eyes lit up. "Can I?"
"Why not?" Chase smirked nearby. "Aiden, you're older than Bianca; it's normal for you to help her."
Olivia couldn't believe Michael would treat Bianca this way.
Her anger flared instantly, and she ignored Bianca's stunned expression, demanding harshly, "Michael, what do you mean by this? Letting someone else cut our daughter's birthday cake?"
Michael's expression remained indifferent. "Bianca can't reach it. Aiden is the right height. What's the problem?"
Without giving Olivia a chance to respond, he pulled Aiden over and handed him the knife.
Aiden pretended to hesitate for a moment before happily cutting the cake.
Although it was just two symbolic cuts, it felt like two slashes across Olivia's heart.
She was trembling with rage.
Bianca had been so looking forward to cutting the cake.
Michael just gave it away without hesitation.
What did he take Bianca for?
Michael didn't see anything wrong with his actions.
He even handed the first piece of cake to Aiden, "Thank you for helping Bianca cut the cake. This is your reward."
The second piece went to Bianca.
Michael said blandly, "Bianca, happy birthday. I hope you have a great day every day."
Bianca held her small piece of cake, still in shock.
She couldn't understand why someone else had cut the cake, leaving her expression stiff.
Michael didn't spare her another glance, busy distributing cake to Amelia, Hayden, and even Sophia.
Sophia, secretly delighted, put on a sympathetic face and approached Olivia. "Olivia, today is Bianca's birthday, and also a tough day for mothers. You should have the first bite of cake."
Olivia could see the hidden mockery in her eyes.
Her rationality almost snapped!
Parading his mistress around was one thing, but treating Bianca like this was another!
'Michael, how could you? How dare you?' Olivia thought.
"Evelyn, hold Bianca for me!" Olivia's voice trembled with controlled fury.
Evelyn, equally enraged, seemed to guess what Olivia was about to do and took Bianca, stepping aside.
Olivia, seething with anger, glared at Michael. "If you didn't genuinely want to celebrate Bianca's birthday, then this cake is pointless. Nobody should eat it!"
She stormed over, grabbed the cake cart, and with a forceful push, flipped the cake over.
A loud crash echoed!
The luxurious four-tier cake, along with the cart, smashed to the ground.
Being so close, the Johnson family members, including Sophia and her son, were splattered with cream!
The guests gasped.
They hadn't expected anyone to disrupt the Johnson family event, staring in shock.
The Johnson family members were stunned.
Amelia screamed, "Olivia, are you crazy?"
Olivia's eyes were bloodshot.
She knew how she looked right now!
Maybe in others' eyes, she did seem crazy.
But she didn't care!
She could endure their cold treatment but not their bullying of Bianca!
Her gaze was icy as she gritted her teeth. "Yes, I'm crazy, but you drove me to it. Using Bianca's birthday as a gimmick to show off, yet not even letting her cut the cake. You disgust me!"
The Johnsons had never been spoken to like this.
Amelia's face twisted in anger. "Olivia! You... you're outrageous! Look at you, where's the dignity of a Johnson family daughter-in-law? Are you determined to disgrace us?"
Olivia stared back coldly. "Dignity? When you don't care about your own dignity, why should I?"
This family, publicly humiliating their own granddaughter to favor outsiders, had they ever cared about the Johnson family's dignity?
"As for being the Johnson family daughter-in-law..." Olivia sneered. "I never cared about that title. Whoever wants it can have it! I've already filed for divorce, and the hearing is scheduled. I hope you will be there on time!"
Amelia's eyes widened in disbelief.
What did this little witch say?
She had already filed for divorce?
How was that possible?
She thought Olivia was just bluffing to scare them.
Michael's face turned dark, his cold eyes like blades.
He thought his attitude tonight would teach Olivia a lesson.
But not only did she disrupt the event, she showed no remorse.
Olivia met his gaze, her eyes filled with cold determination.
If they were going to tear each other apart, might as well do it thoroughly!
If he dared to humiliate Bianca, she wouldn't give him any face!
The guests were stunned, feeling like they were witnessing something huge.
Michael's wife... had she really gone mad?
She actually initiated a divorce?
This was the Johnson family!
A prestigious family that others couldn't reach in ten lifetimes, and she was just giving it up?
The happiest person there was Sophia.
Her eyes sparkled with hidden joy.
She hadn't expected Olivia to announce the divorce in public.
With such a declaration, there was no turning back!
