Chapter 32 Low Growl
Mia’s lips parted as she stared at Alara, forcing a hard gulp.
She slowly turned to Chiron, and seeing the wry smile etched on his face, she took a deep breath.
Her breath quivered, her hands shaking slowly.
“He is right.” The words pushed themselves out of her mouth before she could realize it.
“I knew it!” Chiron sniggered, turning to Ethan who stared with wide eyes.
Olsen scoffed, returning his gaze to Mia.
“Now what is Darrell’s mate doing in Black Claw Pack? She should be in the Walker mansion, chilling with her Alpha."
"Maybe she is fed up with him.” Ethan teased, holding onto his wry smile.
“I heard Darrell is very popular with the ladies.”
Chiron laughed, and Olsen joined as well.
Mia felt a quick rush of sensation crawling into her nerves.
Her chest tightened as she looked at Alara, still oblivious of what to say to her.
“How are you Darrell’s mate?” Iris asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Hayley took a deep breath, her eyes sparking with surprise.
“How are you Darrell’s mate and Russell’s mate at the same time?” She asked, her voice losing its grip.
Olsen huffed, and then he snorted.
“She must be a servant of the Moon goddess to be blessed with two powerful Alphas.” He mocked, staring with wide eyes.
He took a deep breath, and while his eyes were still fixed on Mia, he grunted, getting rid of his wry smile.
“I don’t think it was a coincidence that we saw you tonight.” He snarled, piercing into Mia’s eyes.
“Since we haven’t been able to get back at Darrell for what he did to me, I think you will be able to send that message to him.”
He tried getting closer to Mia, but Alara stood in the way, glaring at him.
“What message?” She asked, standing her ground.
Olsen growled at her, his eyes glowing dimly.
“Out of the way, Alara. This one is none of your concern.”
“No.” Alara shook her head, and then she folded her arms.
“There is no way I am letting you anywhere near her. You will have to get passed me.”
Olsen scoffed, and turning to his friends one after the other, he gave them the sign.
Chiron made the first move, and Ethan followed at once.
They grabbed Alara and dragged her out of the way.
Alara grunted, attempting to break free from their grip.
“You are making a very big mistake! My brother will unleash his wrath if you try to hurt even a hair on her head!”
Chiron huffed, nodding with a wry smile.
“I am sure that Alpha Russell will be happy with us for dealing with the enemy.”
Hayley went after Alara at once, and when Iris tried to do the same, Olsen grabbed her, pulling her backward aggressively.
“You know not to interfere.” He warned, causing Iris to swallow noisily.
She took a deep breath, stepping backward.
“Let my friend go, you idiots!” Hayley got very close to Alara, but she tried to grab her, Ethan got hold of her hand at once, pulling her as well.
They moved both her and Alara out of the lounge and shut the door, ignoring all their banging, their yells, and their attempts to break in.
Olsen stepped forward to grab Mia, but she was already on her feet, staggering backward.
Her eyes were wide with apprehension, her heart pounding against her ribcage.
“I don’t know what business you have with Darrell, but it has nothing to do with me,”
“Oh it does,” Olsen nodded, taking slow steps toward her.
He snarled at her, his eyes flaming with contempt.
“By the time I am done with you, Darrell will understand what it means to cross my path. You made a terrible mistake coming here.”
He turned to Chiron and Ethan who appeared close to him, nodding in satisfaction.
“She is hot!” Chiron sniggered, biting his lower lip.
“I wouldn’t mind a taste!” Ethan added, and the three of them laughed over it.
Iris stood by the corner frozen.
She heard the loud bangs on the door, but she dared not to go close to it.
She watched as the three of them got close to Mia, her heart beating faster as she thought of the many things they could do to her.
With Olsen in front, they advanced, causing Mia to continue moving backward until she got to the wall.
Then they spread, making sure that there was no means of escape.
“There is nowhere to run, Mia!” Olsen growled, his eyes burning with disdain.
“I am going to take my time with you. The same way Darrell did when he had his way with my mate.”
“But I am not his mate!” Mia cried, her breath quivering.
“Darrell rejected me a long time ago! I now belong to Alpha Russell!”
“She is lying,” Chiron said calmly, looking at Mia with a scowl.
“How come the Lycan King hasn’t claimed you yet?”
Mia couldn’t say a word, she just kept mute, and that seemed like an indication that she was lying.
Olsen had lost his patience, and turning to Ethan, he instructed, “Grab her and make sure she doesn’t scream too loud.”
Ethan was glad to make the first move, and Chiron followed suit.
They grabbed Mia, tightening their grips around her hands.
“Let me go!” She strained, pulling to break free.
But they were stronger and pinned her to the wall with ease.
Watching as Olsen inched closer to her, she trembled, her heart pounding very hard against her ribcage.
Olsen grabbed her by the neck, and sticking out his tongue, he brushed it on her cheek, wetting it with his sweat.
“You are definitely going to taste better than Iris.” He nodded, laughing hysterically.
“Hurry, Olsen! I am dying to stick my dick into her!” He cackled, sticking out his tongue.
“I bet she is going to be so wet down there.” Chiron sniggered, squeezing his grip.
Mia whimpered, feeling the pain in her wrists.
“Don’t do this!” She pleaded, but Olsen refused to budge.
He reached for Mia’s waist, attempting to rip her dress apart.
Mia winced, her heart still throbbing violently.
Olsen didn’t want to let go, still insisting on shredding her dress.
“You can’t fight it, Mia!” He snorted, tightening his grip on the edge of her dress.
“You are going to enjoy it, I promise.” He made another attempt, and when Mia moved out of his reach, he slapped her very hard across the face.
Mia’s head dropped to the ground, blood dripping from the side of her mouth.
Suddenly, a raw power surged into her, simmering through her bloodstream.
She bent her head, and a low growl erupted from her.
