Chapter 21
Sitara.

Dad opens the door, and all the blood from my body rushes to my feet, it'd a little boy covered in blood. He looks to be the age of nine.

Das let's him into the house and he runs straight towards me, he grabs me by the arm.and I see men dressed in black, wolves in a field readying for a fight and then Travis and Tristan protecting me from someone I'm not sure who.


I look down at the child, and I notice him give. He is walking through the forest, calling me to follow him, and u do.


we walk for what feels like hours until we come to an old abandoned house. There is a picture of a man, woman, and child. The child looks to be the age of ten and happy.

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked the little boy

"Because she told me to show you how to find them before it's too late."

"She, who is she?"

"I don't know her. She just told me I need to guide you and guide you. I did. You have to save them Sitara before he kills them, but know this, be careful.of Who you touch your power is powerful, and many will want it when they learn that it once more exist in the world."

"My gift?"

"The wolf's eye."

A loud banging wakes me from my slumber along with Kyle and Mariah. Mom comes into the room and tells us to stay upstairs while she and dad go down to see who it is.

We didn't listen, and all went down with them. When dad opened the door, Beta Daniel was standing outside he was holding his arm that blood was dripping from.

His clothes were all torn, and his face had a brush.

"Daniel."

I headed Mariah shout as she ran towards him, but he stopped her and told her that he was alright.

"I have direct orders to have men protect you and your family as the orphanage was just attacked."

He said.

"What, what happened are the kids ok is anyone hurt."

"That's the other reason I'm here. When the attack happened, the children ran, and we found most of them but need your help making sure everyone is there."

Daniel says to mom and Dad.

"OK, let me grab our coats." Mom said.

She ran upstairs and grabbed her and dad's coat.

"Mom, were coming with you. Maybe we could help settle the children, and I could probably take a look at them and make sure their ok,"

"OK, but once they are taken time, the hospital you return home."

"ok."

we all bundled out the house and into the car with my mom and Das. When we arrived at the orphanage, it was crawling with Warriors.

The children were sitting in a room with blankets dropped over their bodies. They had tears in their eyes and were trembling.

"Where are the nannies?"

Mom asked, and the children began crying.

Alpha Daniel pulled her aside, and mom dropped to her knees in tears. My dad looked at me and spoke his head, indicating to me that they had all died.

My mind wondered back to Kelly, and I wondered if the same people that did this were the same people that took her.

I needed to get some fresh air and tgat I did, I sneaked out to the back of the orphanage and sat on the bench in the little park the Alpg
has had made a while back.

"Not many of us could handle this typ6of situations. After all, they are children and didn't deserve this."

Daniel said

"How did this happen? Weren't there warriors guarding the place?"

"It happened when the warriors were changing shifts . which means that someone either I formed them of the tune the warriors would xhange or they would have been watching them for a very long time."

"But why would they attack an orphanage? They are just children."

"We believe it was the same person that attacked the hospital,Alpha Kane. "

" Why is he doing this ?"

"Because a while aback he came to the Alphas with a business proposal to purchase shares in his night club business and they rejected. He didn't seem to be happy with the rejection and decided that he would teach us and the others that did the same lesson.
He is the reason the Alphas are in Paris. They would rather seek help from a man who doesn't like them than to start an all-out war."

"Did they succeed?"

"No, they were turned down. Luckily, they have a plan b that includes you and your gift they would explain more when they return."

Just as he took a seat next to me, a rush of wind past us by followed by the cry of a young wolf, Daniel jumped to his feet and shifted before taking off behind them.

Unsure if I should either run inside and alert the others or follow him, I do the latter and follow Daniel on feet. I follow his scent, and it leads me into the forest.

I hear tree branches snapping and wolves howling, I could also hear the little she wolf crying out. It is so dark and I could hardly see anything so I have to depend on my ears for help.

Daniel choice booms loud as he shouts, "Run to someone," I hear the little footsteps coming my way, and ince they came close enough, I grab her.

she screams at the top of her lungs as I pull her behind what feels like a very large rock. she is fighting against me, kicking and pelting her hands all over.

"It's me Sitara, you need to be quite ok."

Just as I spoke, a wolf jumped in front of us, and I fell back and pressed my body as far into the rock as I could, holding the little she wolf at the side of me.

"Give me the girl or I take yiu both, and trust me, you wouldn't like where you would be taken."

"No, leave us a lone she is just a little girl why are gou doing this?"

"Because I get paid to do it, so I don't have to starve, and I could have a roof over my head. Now let the little girl go, or I take you both to my master."

"Then you would have to take us both."

I say as I feel around the forest floor for anything big enough or hard enough to hit him over the face.

"Please, please just leave me and my friends alone now, I didn't know what he wanted he said if I did what he wanted that he would set me free."

"Shut up."
.I could hear his sharp claws scrap against her flesh before she screamed. As he pulled away, I picked up the rock on the floor and smashed it against the side of his head.

He whines and cries, and I pick her up in my arms and run as fast as I can. Within seconds of running, I could gear him coming.

I couldn't sense his anger, and I knew I wasn't a match for him, so I screamed for help, but Faniel didn't reply, he didn't answer.

The wolf jumps and pills me down by my coat, and I fall flat to the floor along with the young she wolf.
she vegins crying, and I couldn't help her in any way. The most I could do is try to keep her safe.

"I don't have time for the games, and you ate lucky I am spearing you. Now give me the girl or ill......"..His words got cut short as Daniel drags him by the neck into the dark of the forest.

Thus time I didn't wait for him to tell me to run, I ran straight out the forest and into the arms of warriors heading our way.

Mom and Dad both ran outside with Kyle and Mariah to see what all the commotion is about. They were all shocked to see my standing there with a child in my arms.

"Luna, are you ok?"

Daniel asked as he came out of the forest, dragging the now nake man over his shoulders.

"Yeah, I'm fine, the child. I think he is hurt and may need medical attention."

A warrior takes her from me and runs in the direction of the packs hospital. Daniel then walks over to me and drops the man in front of me.

He is unconscious. He then stands next to me and nods. I already know what he wants me to do. He wants me to see if I can get a glimpse of anything.

so I get down on my knees and take the man's hand in mine, expecting to see a vision of something, but I see nothing.

"It's ok, Luna. we have different ways to get them talking."

He says then orders one of the warriors to take him away.
