A Planned Trap
When she was in her bedroom, she opened the box again and took out the food. "Why didn't Jolla give it to me directly? She was so careless. How if other people know I eat food like this? It seems delicious. I can't wait to taste it." Alexandra took her spoon, then started to spoon the food into her mouth.
“What are you eating?” Jolla suddenly came and approached Alexandra.
Alexandra, who was about to eat her food, immediately changed her mind. “Your homemade food,” she answered casually, and continued to put the food into her mouth. However, before she had a chance to taste the food, Jolla immediately slapped her hand away, causing the spoon in her hand to fall. “What are you doing, Jolla?”
“Don’t eat that food! I didn’t make it.” Jolla then showed the food she had brought. “This is my cooking. Where did you get it from?”
Alexandra was quite surprised to find out the truth. She looked back at the food in front of her and compared it to the food Jolla had brought. “Strange. The food looks quite similar. Who would have made it if it wasn’t you? There’s no way another lycan would know about human food.” She looked at Jolla questioningly.
“Where did you get this food from?” Jolla looked worried. She stared at Alexandra closely.
“From the queen mother’s personal servant. She said…” Before she could finish her sentence, Jolla immediately shouted.
“What?! Have you eaten it? How many spoonfuls have you eaten? Quickly vomit all the food!” Jolla held Alexandra’s face while turning her body over, making sure that the woman was okay.
“Calm down, Jolla. I haven’t eaten it at all. Luckily, you came quickly. If not, I might have eaten it. Just look at the appearance of the food! It’s very appetizing,” Alexandra replied with an innocent face.
“Gosh! Luckily, you haven’t eaten it. If anything happened to you, I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself.” Jolla immediately took Alexandra into her arms. “And the king might be furious with me.”
“Why did you mention the king? That makes me uncomfortable,” Alexandra said with a sigh.
“Oops, sorry. Okay, I won’t talk about the king anymore. You had better quickly eat the food that I prepared. I’ll throw the food from that lousy waiter in the trash. I’m sure there’s something wrong with that food,” Jolla said, looking annoyed. She then stood up from her seat and took a box of food from the queen mother's personal servant, then took it out of the room, and it ended up in the trash can in front of the room.
In the human world, Alessia secretly went to the forest. The atmosphere of the night was so quiet, making it very easy for her to change into her lycan form. She wanted to look for prey while hiding behind the bushes. A few minutes later, a herd of deer began to appear. She began to prepare to attack. Step by step, approaching the herd of deer that were looking for food. When the situation was favorable, at that very moment, she immediately pounced on them one by one. It took Alessia half an hour to collect twenty deer.
"Amazing! Tonight I was really lucky to get this many deer. Deer meat in the human world is indeed the tastiest compared to the lycan world. I have to share this meat with my friends." Alessia started to cut the meat into several pieces, then put them in plastic bags that she had brought from home earlier.
After finishing, put all the meat into plastic bags. Alessia put several large plastic bags into the cart. "Okay. It's time for me to go to the lycan world. I can't wait to meet my friends there." She started pushing her cart through the dark and quiet forest. There was only moonlight and stars that illuminated it.
Now Alessia had arrived at the edge of the river. She sighed. The thing she didn't like the most was having to cross the river first to get to the Lycan world. Luckily, the river was shallow, only up to her calves. "Fight, Alessia!" she said excitedly. Her hands began to push the cart.
She walked step by step. The cold river water began to hit her feet. However, the cold temperature was not felt at all on her skin, until finally she began to enter the dimensional door that took her to the lycan world. The first time she found the dimensional door was when she was hunting at night after a week in the human world and accidentally fell into the river, until she finally returned to the lycan world.
"Why is it so quiet? Where did they all go?" she muttered softly when she arrived at the settlement where she used to live.
Alessia put down her cart, then went to knock on each house there. "Strange, why is no one answering from inside?" She continued to knock on the doors of other houses. However, it was still the same.
She then headed to the middle of the settlement while observing the surroundings. It was very quiet. A bad feeling began to attack her heart. "No. They must be fine." She howled, trying to give a signal to the residents there.
Not long after, one by one, the residents of the settlement began to appear. "Finally," she said, smiling with relief. However, her smile gradually disappeared when she saw their faces. "What happened to all of you? Why do your faces look sad? Don't you like seeing me here?" Alessia stared intensely at each of her friends. No one dared to look at her.
"What's wrong with all of you? Why are your attitudes so different? Not like usual. You know, I brought the most delicious deer meat, which you all like." Hearing Alessia mention deer meat made some of her friends want to look at her. However, it didn't last long. They returned to their original attitude as if they didn't see Alessia's presence.
"Okay. If you don't all want it, I'll throw away all the meat," she said a little intimidatingly, and it turned out that her intimidation worked. One by one, they started to move forward to take the meat that had been divided equally. She smiled when she saw it.
However, suddenly they all moved to the side. Alessia, who saw it, was confused. "What's wrong with you all?"
"Welcome, Alessia." Suddenly, a masked male lycan with his gang came into the residential area.
Alessia immediately turned her head, staring at the gang of lycans walking towards her. Instead of being afraid and moving to the side with the others, she just stood still in the middle of the yard. "Who are you?" she asked loudly.
