Chapter 0062:Xavier’s Career Is Over!

To say that he's angry was an understatement from how pissed off Xavier was, the moment he entered inside Anne's hospital ward despite the issues from the security outside the door that didn't want to let him in.

But it was the fact that while his career was about to be ruined she's here with her ex, and she had ordered that he shouldn't come inside. That was stupid, and it was going to take more than two security men to stop him from seeing Anne, and getting her to explain what was happening about him abusing her.

Maybe this was the heavens punishing him for having taken her seriously, for treating ladies like trash but then Anne was different, at least he made her know that. She's the only woman that he had known for a year despite his Casanova lifestyle.

She was a friend before they advanced to couples, and friends don't betray each other. But maybe he was wrong, she didn't take him in such a high regard as he took her. They are just the same like Becky, but he can't let history repeat itself.

He can't let a woman ruin everything that he had worked hard for.

He watched as the man standing behind Maryanne, who looked like she had seen a ghost the moment that she saw him raise his hands, towards the men who tried to stop him from coming in. Anne was crying and he didn't care to know why. She's a better actress than the rest in the industry.

After the guards left, it was just him, Anne and the supposed ex boyfriend who didn't look like an ex from the look of things. Shockingly, Xaviers eyes made contact with a red spot on her cheek but he didn't make any attempt to ask her about it.

He came closer to stand in front of her.”we need to talk..” He said, watching as she was acting nervous to him, giving him the proof that she has something to do with the false accusation against him. “Alone.” He concluded, while looking at Logan who has a smirk edged at the corner of his lips.

“I'm afraid she can't do that, I have been given orders not to let you around her.” Logan spoke up even before Anne could attempt to breathe, nor gather the strength to reply back to Xavier.

She nearly lashed at Logan, but when she remembered that he was the one playing this game, she had no idea how the outcome would be for Xavier. She controlled herself yet she turned to face Logan with a fake smile plastered on her face.

“It's okay, Logan. I can spare a few minutes for him.” she said, indirectly pleading for him not to make this a huge deal, because she didn't want Xavier to notice what was going on between them. He's going to look at her with pity and the last thing she wanted was him to make this a big deal, more than it is if he finds out that it's Logan that is the orchestrator of what was happening.

“Who the fuck is he to decide when i talk to you?” Xavier lashed at her, not caring that Logan was here. Yeah, he didn't care because he wasn't bothered about the nigga. But he felt insulted by him instigating when to talk to Anne as if he's her husband and shit!

“I need you to go back to the press and clear every misunderstanding that is happening, Anne. What the fick do you mean that i abused you?!” He raised his voice a bit at Anne who was lost in thought.

The worst part of it all, is that there was never a time that it came from Anne's social media account that he's an abuser. It was her fans that are going crazy yet she hasn't done anything about it, that's what made him mad.

“About that…”She said, sounding unsure of what to do, Logan himself said nothing but the look on his face said everything for him. She's not releasing any statement about the misunderstanding because it's not her fault.

Xavier grabbed her by her arm, “This won't do, we have to leave now…”

Halfway to his statement, Logan grabbed Anne's other arm. “She goes nowhere, like I said…”

Now that made Xavier mad. “Who the fuck are you?”

Logan smiled, before looking at Anne who was scared of what was about to happen. Xavier looked like he's on the verge of killing someone, well why won't he?

Logan is continuously asking for it.

“Why don't you tell him who i am?” He told Anne, before he was grabbed by his collar by Xavier.

“I don't care whatever it is that is going on between you guys, but this is between Anne and I, so piss off.” He said, pushing Logan that he nearly hit his head in the wall.

Bro, had no stamina!

Turning to grab Anne again, Logan turned him around and punched him, and the two started fighting.

“Stop!” Anne shouted, but no one was willing to hear her.

Xavier has been looking for someone to take his anger out upon, Logan did nothing but provide him with such an opportunity.

She watched as Xavier was beating Logan Black and blue. It would have given her immense satisfaction that after this, he will come back to his senses not to mess with Xavier, but this was only pushing it.

Logan won't be willing to hear her out to leave Xavier, out of his revenge plan to bring him down for associating himself with her after this.

“Stop fighting!” She cried, going to haul Xavier off Logan who was bleeding from his nose and mouth, yet, there was not even a single scratch on Xavier.

At this rate, he will kill Logan but the surprising thing about this all is that all Logan did was lay down and accept everything that Xavier was offering.

Without managing to throw even the slightest punch, neither did the guards come to separate the both of them after hearing the commotion but before anyone of them, Anne nor Xavier could suspect any foul play.

The door chooses to open at that moment and Mr.Black walked in with a few reporters following behind, to witness Xavier beating Logan Black and blue, while Anne was trying to seperate them.

“What the hell is going on here?!” Mr. Black shouted.

The cameras going off as realization dawned on both Xavier and Anne, this was a set up and he has fallen right into it.

Anne's plan to bring him down.

“You devil!!” Xavier roared at Anne, not caring about the cameras and everyone watching. He tried rushing to grab Anne but was subdued to the floor like a criminal by the guards who chose to come in at that moment.

Anne was still in shock.

“How did he come in here?” Mr. Black said, trying to make this more than a big deal as the reporters were now interviewing him, and also trying to get Anne to make a statement about Xavier coming here to harm her.

Anne watched the cold stare Xavier gave her lastly, as she shook her head trying to let him know that she was innocent, that she had no idea about what was happening.

“Miss, Anne, did he hurt you?”

A whole lot of questions trooping in, as Anne felt her eyes turn.

“He's.. innocent.” She tried saying, but it only came as a whisper as she saw her world spinning before she knew it, she was falling to the ground only for Logan to catch her before she could reach the floor.

The last thing she heard was Logan making a false statement about Xavier coming here to harass her, and him getting beaten up because he tried saving her.

Xavier’s career is over!
