Chapter 0058:Fake Pregnancy (2).

It was late in the night when Kelvin parked his car outside the hotel Liliana was staying. He didn't know why he came here instead of going home, to play the dutiful husband to his wife that was keeping secrets from him.

Maybe it has to do with the fact that Liliana said that it's urgent, or that he needed a distraction to hold in his anger just at the thought of Diana cheating on him.

He stepped out of the car, without knowing that he kept his phone in the car because at that moment Diana's call came in but he didn't pick up.

While he entered the elevator to Liliana's room, Diana had to stay awake waiting for him in the house, concern lacing her entire demeanor because she had no idea what was happening to him.

At first, she had thought of calling his mother, but swept the idea to the carpet because as much as she and Kelvin had reconciled, his mother's hatred towards her was on another level. So, she waited for him to be back.

After coming out of the elevator and pressing in the passcode to the hotel room that Liliana told him that she's staying. He walked in only for a delicious scent to fill his nostrils, and Liliana sitting on a chair while wearing a red robe.

“Babe, you are here.” She said, keeping her phone aside and rushed forward to hug him.

Kelvin sucked his teeth, trying to hide his impatience towards this visitation, but he pushed her away from him because she was taking a lot of his precious time.

“I have missed you so much.” she added, running her hands on his chest while tugging at his tie to lose it.

That's why he hates cooking to see her, she also uses every opportunity to have sex with him. He has vowed to stop being intimate with her but she's making it so hard to do that.

“I ordered dinner.” She added, only to be interrupted by Kelvin who seized her hand on her hand that was touching him in his own.

“What were you talking about on the phone? You said that it's urgent.” He asked, looking her in the eyes for her to see that he has no time to spare, nor would he be spending the night over here.

“Spend time with me baby, please. I have been lonely without you.” Liliana begged, throwing herself to him as her robe loosened and he saw that she was wearing a lingerie of his favorite color.

He sighed tiredly, before snatching her up by her hair as she whined at his hostility. “Do you think that i didn't have something important to do, yet I'm here because i don't fucking know why, Liliana. Since you don't have anything important to say, don't call my phone anymore, I'm married.” He said harshly, as Liliana's mood changed at him throwing it in her face that he's a married man.

Of course she knows that he's married, but he isn't happy in his marriage. She just doesn't know why he still insists on getting married to that barren wench.

She was pushed to the nearest couch, which she fell on and watched as he turned to leave, only for her to blurt out.

“I'm pregnant!”

Kelvin's footstep paused at her comment, as his face grimaced at his word as he tried hard not to think that it was truly what she just said.

“I'm carrying your baby, Kelvin. That's what's important, that's why i called you.” Liliana added, not caring that this was all a lie. But you see a desperate woman is a dangerous woman, she had had everything prepared with the hospital and doctor that was in charge of making her words come through.

Kelvin laughed as if what she said was funny,isn't life funny enough that hid wife couldn't get pregnant, and now his side chick was carrying his child?

He turned to face her and watched as she stood up and threw the robe off her body while standing in nothing but lingerie, while approaching him as his eyes were still on her stomach that was still flat.

“Don't play with me, Liliana. You don't know the kind of man you are trying to play with.” He warned her, he wasn't even sure that he's happy that she's the one carrying his child.

Yeah, he wanted a child desperately to prove to his mother and everyone that had suspected that something was wrong with him. But it was Diana that something was wrong with all this time.

“Why will i lie about something that you truly want?” She asked, before going to the table to get the doctor's report to show it to him.

Her mother is the first person to know about her lie, which was a mistake on her part. She will have to put in more work to seduce Kelvin, into her bed to actually get pregnant if she wants her lie to have a backup.

“I wanted to call your mother and tell her about it when you didn't pick my calls. But i figured out that you are the first person who deserves to know. I told you that i will do anything for you Kelvin, this is me keeping my promise.” She added, taking his hand to place it on her stomach while her other hand kept his face on hers.

“Please, don't leave me.” She begged, hugging him this time he didn't push her

He was still in shock over her confession, if there's anyone who knew how desperate that Liliana was to be with him, it was him.

So, he didn't actually believe that she's carrying his baby, but if there's another thing he knew about Liliana, it was her devotion to him. Unlike his wife who was secretly seeing a man behind his back, Liliana worships the place he matches on thah to think of carrying another man's baby to prove that it's his own.

He should have been angry that Diana won't like the sound of this, but he's about to be a father.

This was his earnest wish in many years, so he wasn't angry at Liliana, rather was he stupid to believe her words so soon.

He pulled away from her before speaking. “We will be going to the hospital tomorrow, don't fail to pick my calls.” He said, turning to leave.

“Why? You don't believe me?” she asked. “ I'm not your barren wife, Kelvin, and I'm also not your slave that you can order anyhow. If you don't want to step up and do your part as the father of my child, don't bother looking for me any longer.”

She stormed her way to the door and yanked it open for him to leave, he's getting on her nerves tonight.

Kelvin looked at her one more time before leaving, when he was gone she fell to the floor while holding her racing heart.

He didn't believe her!

Why?

She had done everything for him to love her, what's for him to love her?

“Diana, you won't take Kelvin away from me, never!” She confessed, while wipiñg the tears on her face.
