She just nodded her head as she didn’t have the strength anymore but she needed to know which way he wanted to tell her which could teach Vishant a lesson.

"Dadu (grandfather) please tell me what should I do" she asked looking at him who after listening to her, unwrapped his arms from her and said in serious tone patting her head "Time child, the solution to every problem is time. You have to give time to yourself and your marriage and time is the biggest punishment for Vishant to make him realize your value. You are just 19 years old at which age you should focus on making your future and not on pleasing your husband. I want you to complete your studies first and focus on your career. I can help you with this if you want. I have an old friend who lives in New York with his family so I can arrange for your study and stay there. Give yourself a chance to fly and give Vishant time to realize his mistakes which he will not do till you are with him. Go child, achieve what you wanted to do in your life but the storm named Vishant snatched it from you. If you want others to respect you, first learn to respect yourself and Vishant will not value you until he loses you."

The thought of going away from him was breaking her heart, but she also believed that he was right but still she needed some time to think about it as she did not want to take any decision in haste "Dadu (grandfather) you are right but I need some time."

"Take your time and decide what you want to do and when you make your decision then tell me but make your decision keeping in mind what I told you and now it is too late so you should go to sleep and me too otherwise my wife won't let me enter the room" he told her to which she gave him a smile while nodding her head.

"God bless you my child" said he patting her head like a father before leaving. She too went her room.

When she opened the door to their room it was only darkness everywhere which didn’t surprise her. She made her way to the bed and turned on the lamp, in the light of which she saw him lying on the bed, covering his eyes with his one hand, pretending to sleep as his body was stiff like rock, not relax.

She got to know by his action that he didn’t want to talk to her and to be honest she didn’t want to talk to him either as it will only lead to another argument so she picked up the pillow and moved towards the couch.

She really needed time to think about what Neeraj told her.

She adjusted herself on the couch and closed her eyes once looking at him who was looking at her but as soon as her eyes clashed with his, he closed his eyes and started pretending to sleep again.

After many failed attempts, she finally fell asleep because this was the first time when she was sleeping alone in their room because no matter what happened, he took her to the bed either by her will or forcefully by picking up her in his arms.

When Vishant saw that she was asleep, he got up from the bed.

He came to her, brought her to bed lifting her in his arms and laid down beside her taking her in his arms.

"I'm sorry for making you cry but I can't leave him. he is venomous snake that will bite at the first opportunity he got." He kissed her on forehead and closed his eyes.

next day

Karan entered the restaurant with a big smile and looked around enthusiastically to find her for whom he had come and his eyes stopped at a corner where she was sitting, deeply engrossed in her thoughts.

Seeing her, his heart started beating fast and his eyes started shining with happiness that finally his wait was over. She was ready to accept his love.

He walked to her without wasting a single second who was so lost in her thoughts that she didn’t even feel his presence but for him it is as if time had stopped. He was ecstatic to see her. he wanted to hold her in arms but he controlled his overwhelming emotions.

He pulled the chair near her and sat down still looking at her with admiration and adoration in his eyes for her.

"Mahi" He called her name very lovingly hearing which made her snap out of her thoughts and saw him who was looking at her with a big smile.

A wave of guilt rushed inside her which started eating her from inside that when he came to know why she had called him here then this smile of his will be vanished.

She felt pang in her heart only thinking this.

"What happened?? why are you staring at me like this??? Am I looking so handsome that you can't take your eyes off me" Karan teased her wiggling his eyebrow when he saw her staring at him.

She didn’t give him any answer but didn’t stop staring at him intently to see how happy he was.

"Ok you stare me while I order something for us" Karan told her in flirty tone.
