Chap.111*Giving Him The Best Night*
"Put it here," I told the maid, who was decorating the room with me for tonight. I have planned to spend some quality time with Desmond while a nanny will take care of the kid for the night.
We badly needed some time together, some alone time together. Now that all the hurdles from our life had been pushed to the side, we were finally free to live a happy life together and I wanted to make new memories with him, the memories that could overshadow the harsh memories from the past.
When Desmond arrived from his office, he was told to take a shower and get ready for the night in my old bedroom while I waited for him in our own bedroom with white lingerie on and the candles lighting up the room.
"Ayleen, why is the nanny staying o--," he must have gotten out of the bathroom just now because as he opened the door to my room, he was all wet with the black shirt unbuttoned and black boxers on.
He halted when he saw me on the bed. I was lying straight with my face turned towards him and my eyes glued to his face.
He didn't speak anything, just silently got inside and closed the door after him without breaking eye contact with me. While our eyes were still in contact, I ran my hand down between my legs and moaned as I pleasured myself.
Biting my lower lip, I closed my eyes and breathed heavily. I couldn't hear his footsteps any longer but my eyes opened when I found his face between my legs.
As he pleasured me with his tongue, I moaned louder and louder. He planted little kisses from my stomach till my neck and then began to leave love bites all over my chest.
I could not believe how desperately my body wanted him. He too was eager to be inside me, so without wasting another minute, he thrust inside me and a loud moan left my lips.
I must say, the tension-free se* was the best se* we had.
"I love you so much," I uttered on his face when he finished inside me and laid on top of me.
"I do more," he mumbled while not lifting his face from my chest.
"We are finally happy, and free from all the evilness around us," I uttered and he only moved a little.
"When are we meeting my sisters? Did you speak to them?" I murmured again but when no reply came from his side, I knew he had fallen asleep. I didn't want to wake him up so I dozed off as well.
The next day started off pretty well. We did the breakfast together and even took Roy out for a walk in his stroller.
"Did you speak to Cierra?" I spoke while walking with Desmond, who was pushing the stroller along.
"I tried calling her," he responded and kept his face straight, his eyes around to cherish the pretty weather.
"And?" It was annoying that every time I needed some answers, I had to push him to respond to me.
"The call wouldn't connect," He replied very calmly.
"Did you try again?" I questioned and this time a bit seriously.
"I did, I guess she has changed her number." it might have been something very small to him because he didn't seem like he cared.
But I did care because it was my sisters we were talking about. I could not believe that they changed the number without informing me or trying to talk to me.
"Then how are we going to connect with them now?" I felt like talking to a robot with no feelings of his own, just answering whatever I was asking.
"Desmond!" I stopped moving and remained behind him, finally able to get his attention.
"What if they don't want to talk to you or meet you again?" He turned around to watch my face very tiredly, "Ayleen, why do you have to bring one thing after another, why can't we just live peacefully?" his voice had so much tiredness in it that I had begun to feel guilty of the way I was.
"I mean I'll give it another try but if they don't wanna talk to you again th---," his voice suddenly changed when he noticed my mood but that's when a name popped up in my mind.
"Garret!"
My sister might have changed the number, but Garret wouldn't be able to change his home address and everything.
"What did you say?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at me.
"Garret! Why don't you contact him?" I suggested and his face went red even more, "What?" I shrugged my shoulders to ask him. What was wrong with him?
"I don't wanna hear his name again, Ayleen." he warned before turning around and walking away with Roy, "Don't just stand behind," he voiced to unfreeze me.
I did as he said but my mind was lost at this point. Why did he react like that to Garrett's name?
Wait!
Did he believe me when I said Evan was the one flirting with me? What if he thought it was my trait to fall for every new man?
The walk was awkwardly silent afterward and once we got back home, he didn't speak to me and went straight into the kitchen to warm up some food for us.
"Where is Maria?" I asked him when found him in the kitchen. Maria was our new cook, she was young but better than Mrs. Brown in every single way.
"I gave her two days off." He responded, microwaving the food for both of us.
Now that he seemed to be in a better mood, I wished to speak to him about my sisters once more.
I cleared my throat and grabbed as much confidence as I can get to bring up that topic again.
"Desmond! Why won't you talk to Garret and ask him ab---," I haven't even finished speaking when Desmond twirled around to me and slammed the dishes on the kitchen floor very angrily.
I was so startled at his reaction that a scream escaped my lips and I shrank away to the side.
"WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHY DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN I SAY NO?" He shouted like there was no tomorrow.
My eyes were fixated at him ghastly. I've never seen him talk to me like that.
"Listen to me very carefully Ayleen, if I heard you talking about your so-called sisters or that G---" he took a pause to grind his teeth, "Garret again, I'll put you on pills again." He muttered and pointed his finger at my face. I was shrunken to the back from him.
Who was he? Surely not my Desmond because my Desmond would never talk to me like that.
"You are threat--ning m--me?" when tears filled my eyes, I uttered in a desperate tone.
He stepped back and then ran a hand through his hair.
"I didn't, I didn't want to yell at you, but you test my patience," he was walking to and fro in anger while grunting with himself, "I told you to forget about them but you wouldn't listen." He slammed the counter and I jumped in fear.
What was wrong with him? Why didn't he want to speak to my sisters? And why did he react so strongly towards Garret?
"Just go back to your room. I'll come back with food after I had cleaned up this mess." He muttered while picking up the broken pieces of the dishes.
I found no use in talking to him about this subject again. I did as he said and ran back to my room where Roy had already been sleeping now.
"Why?" I sat down on the chair in the corner and kept asking myself the same question over and over again.
"Why is he keeping me from meeting my sisters?" it was all so shady, I mean I haven't spoken to my sisters in so long and it was weird that they didn't try to approach me as well.
Were my sisters really this tired of me that they didn't even want to hear from me? Not even once?
Or was there more to the story than I know? Since he wasn't going to tell me anything, I had to find a way to contact my sisters myself.
All I needed was to get their number from his phone, which won't be hard as I planned to stay behind when he takes Roy for the evening walk the next day.
