Chapter 179 Heartfelt Acceptance

Chapter 179 Heartfelt Acceptance
Greeting her family, my eyes were desperately seeking her.

“Wait, she is going to be all yours in a moment,” Asad whispered, glaring at me to stop scanning their hall like this.

“You look like a fine gentleman, I wonder what made that silly girl leave you. I can see why she was regretting,” Her grandmother laughed, holding my hand.

I smiled nervously, “People made wrong choices, Allah always gives a chance to redeem.”

“Skills of the tongue, hmm?” She laughed, making me sit and not leaving my side.

My brother smirked at me, knowing how impatiently I was waiting to see my bride and after challenging my limits, they finally made her come.

“Here is your bride, Zaviyaar,”

Mrs. Niyaz called happily and my eyes fell on Aalifa, wearing a maroon gharara.

‘Uff, uff, haseen. (Beautiful.)’ I thought, mesmerized.

I heard she was having difficulties finding a traditional dress in NYC.

But, ya Allah, she looked exquisite.

As if my beloved has descended from above just for me, I wanted to imprison her in my world for eternity.

Placing my hand over my heart, I rose from the seat gradually, observing her closely to etch this moment into my core so it could serve as my solace.

“You’re looking-”

“Ah, ah, Mister, wait until you are officially married. Sit down,” Erhan called, breaking our moment and forcing me to sit.

“Did you guys have tea?” She asked sheepishly, turning to her father.

“Yeah, yeah, you were taking too long to get ready. We had eaten,”

“And-”

“And give your gluttony snacks too, now, sit down, once again, Bhabi,” Asad sighed.

“Good,” She chuckled, sitting right before me.

Keeping her gaze lowered with timidness collecting as with all our hearts and desire, we were once again gathered.

To become one and seal our tale.

“Aalifa Niyaz, daughter of Shahid Niyaz,  do you accept yourself in nikah with Zaviyaar Sheikh, son of Jafar Sheikh, with an agreed haq meher of 250 grams of gold?”

She smiled shyly, beautifully, “I accept.

Her smile grew wider, hiding her face in her hand timidly.

“I accept.”

And with her feelings scattering across her stunning features, she murmured.

“I accept.”

Sending a satisfactory shiver down my spine, providing me with all the serenity I required. Ah, so divine…

“Sign here,”

According to the rules, it should be to my values then it would make around 100 million dollars but she refused, saying she only wanted me.

Now by today time, that would make it to 20,000 dollars.

Leaning back, my lips curled in a smirk,  seeing my woman wants me only.

Well, all of me was labeled as hers so she didn’t need meher anyways.

After she was done, they turned to me. I could feel my heartbeats pounding madly against my ribcage, anticipation draining my energy.

Too much happiness made me numb.

“Zaviyaar Sheikh, son of Jafar Sheikh, do you accept yourself in nikah with Aalifa Niyaz, daughter of Shahid Niyaz, with an agreed haq meher of 250 grams of gold?”

Taking a deep breath, I enunciated firmly, grinning purely.

“I accept.”

“I accept.”

My heartbeats grew wilder along with my smirk, a thrill, an excitement traveling to my core.

It was wildly electrifying this time. I was not hesitant, I was not worried. Everything was so delightful.

“I accept.”

And pouring all my affection, I wholeheartedly accepted her as my future, as my wife, as my compassionate partner.

“Sign here,”

“Alhamdulillah. (Praise to God) Congratulations to you two,”

After we both signed to seal our lives with each other forever, Aalifa gradually lifted her dupatta and met my gaze.

I could feel my whole being freezing when our gaze collided.

Forgetting my past, all my times, my sorrow was being annihilated in the moment. I felt so light.

“Go, brother,” Asad and Erhan smiled, patting my back, allowing me to go and greet my beloved.

Maintaining contact for two seconds, Aalifa ended up chuckling before lowering that gaze again as she got up as well.

“Congratulation, Darling,”

Using my most affectionate tone, I held her hands. Causing her to blush, evoking a flare in my heart.

She gave my hand a firm squeeze with her cold hands.

Ah, how nervous and shy.

“You too,” She mumbled, letting out a barely audible tone. Her hands were shaking, her lips started to shake.

Grinning at her reaction, considering it was from overwhelming felicity, I embraced her tightly before everyone.

Holding her provided me with my lost warmth, it was the safest and satisfactory feeling. Kissing the top of her head, I kept her to my chest.

She placed her palm over my chest but soon I heard a muffled sobbing sound. Furrowing my brows in perplexity, I pulled away a little but not leaving her waist.

“Aalifa? What happened, Darling?” I asked softly, placing my one hand under her cheek.

“I love you, Zaviyaar, I love you so much,”

She gripped my wrist and kissed my knuckles and began to cry, shutting her eyes and kissing for a while that soothed my very soul.

“Don’t let me go away again. I don’t know what is good or right for me. I am stupid. Don’t let me stray from you again,”

Smiling at her sweet apology, kissing my hand to show her veneration as all the remorse she felt flashed in her eyes. She kept crying, causing my gaze to soften.

“I am sorry, I won’t leave you again.”

Running my fingers down her locks, I kept her pressed rigidly against my chest, allowing her to sob in my chest, wiping her tears with my thumb.

“I won’t. I have held you to never let go this time,” I murmured endearingly, kissing her forehead, allowing her to relax in my arms.

“Thank you for accepting me again,” She whispered, holding my hands hopelessly and placing them under her cheek for a while.

Everyone smiled when she found her lost emotions with me.

Well, to be honest, It was me who stole them from her in the first place by killing Asim so I returned that to her…

Pulling her gradually into a side hug, I kept her pressed against me, “Are you hungry, Darling?” I whispered.

“I am starving,”

“Me too,”

During lunch, I fed Aalifa with my hands, resting my elbow on the table. I stared at her intensely with a never ending smile.

“You have your whole life to stare, Brother,” Asad and Erhan called, clearing their throats.

Utterly lost in my woman, offering her a bite, I whispered, “And it starts from today,”
