I stopped in front of Alistair’s House. I came to know that maybe he isn’t in the house after all.
But I am not so sure about this. He might have done so preparation, right? Or is he so dumb to leave her like this wiyhut doing anything even after what happened?
Well, one way to figure it out.
I went and knocked on the door. I heard footsteps approaching and a smirk appeared on my lips.
You will regret taking his side, Alice.
The door opened. “Alis--” she stopped midway and gasped. She tried closing the door but I swiftly grabbed her hand and taking a look back at the road, I went inside and shut the door.
She was very afraid and I smirked. I locked the door.
“Wh-What are you doing?” I heard her and I went to her.
“You humiliated me,” I said, looking at her. “Time for revenge”
“Look… I-I… leave me alone!” she stuttered and I laughed.
“Oh, your so-called boyfriend is so stupid, he left you alone”
She looked here and there. “What? Are you gonna grab some knives and act like a heroine? Maybe kill me with a blow? You know that isn’t possible”
She looked down. “Look, just leave me”
“Why, baby?”
She looked at me and her eyes were moistening. I laughed.
“How I love to see you cry”
“Yeah?” she said, her voice breaking. She raised her eyebrows and scoffed. “You do?”
“Of course” I smirked.
“Then fine. Hurt me”
“Well, why?”
“Because you love it”
I was quite confused. Why would she ask me to hurt her?
I grabbed her hand and pulled her close roughly. She was breathing heavily. “Really? I will hurt you bad”
She didn’t reply, but her breath was audible. “Y-Yeah”
“Fine” I replied and turned her face towards mine. I pulled it close and as I was gonna kiss her, she punched me to ‘where the sun doesn’t rise’.
I groaned in so much pain and she got away immediately. She rushed to the table and called someone.
“I will not leave you!” I went to her anyhow and pulled her close. I looked into her eyes. “You called Alistair, didn’t you? He can’t do anything!”
“He can”
“What can he do?”
“You’ll know”
I grabbed her face with force and forced her to kiss me. She didn’t kiss me back but it felt good.
I got away and smirked while there were tears in her eyes.
“It was a kiss anyway. You know, even if he comes, even if I leave, I will come back again”
“You can't,” she said, in anger.
“You are showing anger?” I laughed. “Dreams, baby. You know you will--”
The doorbell rang and she somehow got out of my grip. I ran behind her. I know I will fight and win over Alistair--
“Hello, Police here. What’s wrong?” I heard and my face paled.
I literally never thought of this.
She was breathing heavily. “He… he is assaulting me” she said and the police marched towards me.
I knew I couldn't run so I was taken by them with no extra dramas. I stared at her and she smirked. My blood boiled but I couldn't do anything. I can’t do a single thing now that I am with the police. Even Selena hates me, there is no one who’d bail me out.
Even my hackers and mates have criminal records and are always hidden. How can I get out now?
I was taken to their car and sat down, while I didn’t seem to understand anything.
This can’t end like this. I can’t be arrested.
I looked around and two policemen were sitting with me. I tried to make an escape plan.
I looked around but didn’t seem to see a way out without getting shot.
“Don’t try to escape,” one of them said. “You will never get out, else”
I sighed.
This can’t end like this! I had to get Alicia! I wanted her!
The police stopped at the police station. I was taken to a cell. “You will stay here and two days later a statement will be made in the court”
I nodded. I was feeling so… weird. I was sad but not because I was arrested, but because I couldn’t hurt her.
When did I become like this? I had a family, I had Selena. I hurt her too! She hates me, and I am being arrested for assault…
This wasn’t me… this was never me! How can I…
“Someone is coming to meet you soon,” one of them said to me.
“Who?” I asked. Who would come now? Selena? No.
“We can’t tell you. You just have to wait a few hours”
I nodded.
I was… ashamed and maybe I was realising my mistake but… what did I do? I was gonna MARRY her for hurting her!? I can’t believe it. I hurt Selena and I… I ruined my friendship with Nick… what the hell?
When did I go on such a wrong path?
I looked at the front as tears welled up in my eyes. Self-realisation fell over me like a plane crash.
I couldn’t believe what I had become. A complete psychopath.
I stopped respecting women.
I was shit.
I cried as I realised everything. Is it too late to make up now?
I waited for a few hours and an officer came to me. “Someone is here”
I nodded. I wanted it to be Selena. I wanted to apologise to her and tell her how sorry I am.
I looked at the front.
