As the unexpected howl echoed through the forest, Alpha Adam turned to his companions with a mysterious glint in his eyes.
"The chills won't run down my spine, but down yours," he said, sending a shiver down Oliver and Orion's spines.
"What is that alpha Adam?"
As if answering his question, a strong force smashed their car which sent the car Summersault with great force, they weren't expecting this to happen.
Alpha Adam was quick to hold the door and he broke the door with great force sending the door handle flying towards the sky.
Alpha Adam and his men came out from the car, and he had no single blood stain on him.
Standing in front of him were the deadliest creatures that he had never set his eyes on.
They have sharp scales all over their body, slimy and hairy body, they were huge with tales that made them look like a human animal,
"Who are you? I thought I was the demon, I was meant to look like the devil."
Alpha Adam grinned and his reaction caused them to growl with anger and they snarled at him and their actions caused mucus to escape from their nose.
"The fact that you cannot recognize the Rarewolves is quite astonishing, We can never take over the position of the real devil, we are not the devil, you are, you can't take us down."
One of the creatures said, glaring intently at him.
"You are the Rarewolves, do you develop how many creatures, I thought you were meant to be like us, you all wished to be like the werewolves, this is a blow to my kind. How dare you step foot into my pack, you bypassed my borders which have shields and are protected by magic!"
Alpha Adam said this time, his eyes turned dark and claws replaced his fingers, the Rarewolves seeing this transformation stepped back.
"You have spies, not everyone could be loyal to you, someone in the werewolf land isn't receiving enough credits and wants more power in your land."
One of the Rarewolf replied with a smirk.
"You look shocked, shocked to discover that your precious kind is not on your side, working for us and giving us access to your land."
"Why are you so interested in my land, you never attacked my land so why now?"
The alpha said solemnly, Oliver gave him a side eye, why was the alpha questioning them rather than just killing them and securing the borders.
"Isn't it obvious, she's the one who is causing so much chaos in your land, she is a weapon to our kind, and my Lord wants to make use of her."
"And who is she?"
Alpha Adam said, dreading the response that will come out from his lips.
"You know her, your betrothed wife, she will soon be one of us, she will fulfill the prophecy, her destiny to destroy your kind with my Lord and make us sovereign."
The Rarewolf said as he gnashed his teeth in a disgusting manner.
In a rush of the moment, alpha Adam rushed the Rarewolf and he smashed him against a tree, the Rarewolf gave him a silly smirk and he said,
"She is even closer to us than you can ever imagine, your beautiful and lovely Auro..."
Alpha Adam didn't give him the chance to finish his words and he struck his hands into her chest and he brought out his beating heart, the Rarewolf's eyes widened in shock and then he gave a little smile before slipping down from the tree as he fell on the ground with a heavy thud.
Alpha Adam turned to stare at the other Rarewolves who stood with shock and anger which was purely written on their faces.
"You killed him just like that,"
The Rarewolf whispered with rage all over his face.
Alpha Adam only gave him a smirk and he said,
"Do not ever try to mess with my wife again."
Alpha Adam said, he even sounded surprised at his words, he couldn't believe that he was the one saying all of this.
"Attack."
The Rarewolf said and quickly Oliver and his men watched as the Rarewolf rushed towards them with full force, their thorns stretched with full force, oliver grabbed the Rarewolf, quickly targeting his heart, he swiped his hand into his chest and pulled out his beating heart, the Rarewolf stared at him with shock and then he fell down with a loud thud.
Orion smirked at the Rarewolf standing in front of him after seeing how his counterpart was killed, he gave Orion an angry stare and he screamed with anger and lashed out his thorns towards him, Orion skillfully avoided him, the Rarewolf tried to make sure that Orion do not come or make contact near his heart, Orion understanding what he was doing transformed to his wolf form and in the twinkling of an eye he jumped unto the wolf, the Steelheart Pack have a very strong wolf skin in which thorns like the Rarewolf body are hard to penetrate.
Orion used his claws to tear the Rarewolf skin apart and the Rarewolf screamed with so much pain.
The Steelheart Pack loves pain and pain was what he gave the Rarewolf and in the next second he decided to end it all by digging his claws right into the Rarewolf chest which emitted a painful scream from his mouth before the Rarewolf slumped on the ground with a heavy thud.
Now only one Rarewolf was remaining standing and her eyes were dead shot, she had decided to face the alpha king.
"You have killed my kind, how dare you?"
The Female Rarewolf exclaimed with anger.
"You stepped into my pack without any invitation, and I will keep crushing you for doing such or trying to harm my wife."
He responded with a dark grin,
The Female Rarewolf screamed with anger and quickly like a flash, she seemed more faster than the rest of them, she rammed into him but he was quick to get hold of her and he snapped her head into two and dropped down on the ground, he gave her a smirk but she returned it with a heavy smile before she closed her eyes and got caught up in darkness.
He was taken aback by her smile.
"Alpha Adam?"
Oliver whispered as he approached alpha Adam, his eyes widened at what he saw.
"What is it?"
Alpha Adam responded as he turned to stare at Oliver.
"The Rarewolf... You have been injected with poison."
Oliver said, shivers of fear ran all over his body, alpha Adam looked down at his body and his eyes widened,
"The Female Bastard of A Rarewo..."
He didn't complete his sentence and he fell on the ground with a heavy thud.
