Chapter 114
“Well, that’s good news, I guess I will need to cook things high in iron.” I respond and then take a bite of the potato salad I made.  
“We will make sure you eat what you need to and rest when you need to. I am sure this crazy family of ours will help all the time. Everything will be just fine, don’t stress to much it’s not good for you or the baby.” Kane tells me, getting worried, that I will stress myself out too much. 
“Yes Liv, I am your father I will make sure you guys are safe. When things get to tough just ask for help instead of stressing so much.” My dad says, giving me a side hug from the chair next to me.  
“Yeah sweetheart, I will be my here every day to visit and bring you the one cup of coffee you are allowed to have. I promise it won’t be until your lunch time, Kane said you aren’t super hungry in the morning right now so might as well save it until your stomach settles later in the day.” Yolanda says with a hug smile and a spoon full of potato salad.  
“Hey Yaz, what happened to William and Zane?” I ask because they should have been here by now. 
“Oh, his dad fell off the ladder when he was there with Zane. His mom has Zane while William went with his dad to the hospital.” Yaz says looking conflicted. 
“Yaz, if you want to go get Zane and check on them, we understand. I am sure William is stressed out and would love to have you there with him.” I tell her, now I am worried, “is he ok, did he hit his head?” 
“Yeah, he hit the ground hard and fell onto something hurting his ribs and stomach. I should probably go but I didn’t want to disappoint you.” Yaz tells us. 
“Oh, we wouldn’t be disappointed. Go be there for him and take him a plate of food.” I tell her worried about William being alone with all of that going on. 
“Thank you, Liv, he is so stressed out, and I am worried about him sitting there alone.” Yaz says with a half-smile. 
“We all understand that you want to be there for him and his parents. If you would like to make plates for all of them so his mom doesn’t have to worry about dinner tonight. I am sure you all will have your hands full with everything.” I tell her, with everyone nodding in agreement. 
“I will help you sis.” Joseph stands and walks over to the table with food and starts making four plates. 
“Thank you, guys, this will help a lot. Thank you, Joseph.” She hugs us all before going to make plates with her brother. Joseph helps her take everything to the car after grabbing a bag that will keep the food warm out of the house. 
Things went how they normally go when we get together, we laughed, ate and made plans for the future. They all have things they want to do for the new baby. Link wants to read baby books to learn how to act with a baby, so he doesn’t do anything wrong. I told him we would help him learn as well and that I was sure he would be an amazing uncle. He smiled so wide; you could see the excitement on his face. He started adding tons of books to his wish list on Amazon and told Yolanda about it. She smiled and told him she would pick the most appropriate ones for him because he will pick anything that says baby and we don’t need him to read the ones about childbirth. Yolanda asked if she could do the nursery and we told her of course. Harry wants to make sure we are safe and have help, so he is going to do extensive background checks on nannies/housekeepers so when I must go to the B&B, they can help me with the baby. We don’t need a baby to get burned by accident. Yolanda also said she might take a break from work for a while so she can help. She said with everything going on, she didn’t trust others. Harry agreed and said that it would give him longer to find someone because he could see what they were like for a year before he picked. He said he would interview them and let them know he would check in sometimes, so it wasn’t stocking. He also wanted them to know he would continue watching them if hired just so no one could hurt them. He wants them to know what it would be like to have a guard nearby for help or safety reasons. 
Selena and Kenda plan on buying tons of clothes and learning toys for the baby. Kendra wants to come over after school to help with dinner since the baby will keep us busy. I told her she was welcome whenever she liked to show up. She said she was going to look for recipes after I gave birth to help both me and the baby. I thanked her and knew she was going to use the menu for one of her classes. If her menu is good, I might let her add it to ours for pregnant and post-partum guests. She is going to be a good chef one day. Selena plans on making clothes more than buying them saying it would be safer because she could choose the best fabric and she will know no one messed with the baby's clothes. My dad said he just gets to be grandpa and bodyguard. I told him he could spend as much time as he wanted with us. Life will change but hopefully nothing bad happens.
