Charlotte

I am mad! Why did she laugh!? I am just trying to help her. I am also telling the truth! No way I would tell a lie that Kalsey cursed me! How could I blame her anyway? She's stupid and a fool. She's still a child for me.

I slammed the door when I arrived at my room and there I saw Wayang sitting and reading books. "What happened? You seemed angry." I sat on the bed and released Nini from my hands.

"She just laughed at me!"

"That's a surprise that nothing happened. I thought she would try to pull your hair or humiliate you in public." I looked at Wayang when she spoke and didn't bother to look at me.

"No, she's not. I am afraid that Klasey has been talking and manipulating her now. What will happen to her soul if ever Kalsey takes over her body anyway?" Wayang stops reading and looks at me.

"We don't know, it may be caged in a pitch darkness or will become sacrificed for Kalsey to be reborn again. We witches can be reborn without sacrifice and when I studied Kalsey, she can't do it anymore. She needed a sacrifice to be reborn. I guess too much dark magic made her something like that." It's obvious though because if she really can be reborn without that, well maybe she wouldn't waste her time to manipulate Kalsey to be her new body of her soul.

"Or, she just wants Kalsey's body so Karsen won't know if the Kalsey that he knew is someone else," Wayang added. I press my lips. If ever Kalsey would be able to control that lady's body, it would be hard for us, for me. "We can't force the lady to believe us too. We can do at least help her, that is why I am telling you, before that thing happened you needed to tell Karsen about your curse."

"But, I don't want him to die."

"It's a sacrificial thing so everything would be fine. It will always be a sacrifice to complete one thing, Charlotte." I let out a sigh as I hold my hands tightly, I don't know what to do anymore. What choice do I need to make?

I am cleaning Karsen's whole room before he comes back home. He told me that he would be home at eight in the evening, he had a night schedule. After I finished his room, I started walking to head to my room and saw Nini, Wayang, and her cat sleeping on my bed. I smiled after seeing that.

I looked outside from the window and saw a full moon. Will Karsen be right? The full moon gives a witch more power than usual. I hope he'll be fine.

Kalsey

I didn't think the last subject, in my minor subject Karsen would be my classmate. I swear I didn't know. I barely attend this class so it is really a surprise for me. I looked at him and he was seriously taking notes while our professor was discussing. He always looks so handsome in my eyes.

The class finally ended and I was fixing my things so I could get out now but when I looked around, Karsen was still there writing about something. I guess, that is one of the reasons why I love him. He is a hardworking man and loves to study and read different kinds of books.

I could remember how we met for the first time. It was when I tried to find a book but I couldn't reach and he was the one who helped me with that. I don't know, maybe I was in love, at first sight, seeing his beautiful face for the first time!

"Darling." I heard her again. "Do you mind controlling your body now? This is our chance to take something from him. We are alone with him." I thought about it.

"How could you do that? When I don't even have the slightest inch of chance to be with him closer?" I whispered but she just giggled.

"Believe me, there is something that I can do that you can't do." I pressed my lips and looked at him again, still writing on the paper.

"Fine, just don't hurt him, okay?" I heard her say yes and that is when I closed my eyes after that, it felt like my soul was pulled beneath my body or so. I opened my eyes and saw only pitch darkness. Is this what she told me if I let her control my body for two weeks? That is way too long! But wait, why do I feel like I can sense that I was touching Karsen? What is she doing?

Karsen

I was busy writing all the notes that I wrote while the professor was discussing. It will only take time anyway so I have decided to do it here in this room. While I was writing I sensed someone was touching my arms causing me to look behind and stand up and move away from her. It was Kalsey but as I look at her face, she seems a bit different.

"What are you doing?" I saw her smile and then look at me.

"What? I am just trying to get your attention. I know you won't bother looking at me if I don't do that." She moves closer to me and tells her to stop but she's not listening to me causing me to grit my teeth.

"Didn't I tell you to stop!?" I looked into her eyes and it was glowing red causing me to be surprised. I don't know why but my mind was not working. I let her move closer to me. It was like she was controlling my body!

Kalsey was now touching my chest up to my neck and face causing me to glare at her but I couldn't move or even speak! She then moves her face closer to mine and kisses me passionately. I am disgusted, I wanted to shove her away but why I cannot do that!?

While she was kissing me passionately to torridly, she took something from my head, and then she stopped kissing. I look at her smirking at me. "I hope you love it, Karsen."

And just like that, my eyes gradually closed causing me to sleep and almost fall to the ground but Kalsey catches me.
