She put her hand on his neck acting cute, "Richard, i want to transfer to another school in Los Martinez" She told him
Richard smiled knowingly, Love smiled back.
Richard removed her hand from his neck, he stood up and walked out of the office, Love quickly followed him.
"Richard, Richard listen" She followed him.
Once Richard got to his office door, he pushed her out gently, "Stop bothering me " He told her and closed the door.
She kicked the door angrily
"I'm not your soldier, why did you get mad at me?" She stomped her feet on the floor angrily.
Richmond was standing behind her.
"Miss Give up he won't agree" Richmond told her.
"I want to transfer to another school in Los Martinez, why won't he agree? He is so unreasonable, ``she said angrily.
Richmond replied, "Marshal Stanley will attend the celebration party in Los Angeles, why are you going to Los Martinez?"
They all knew the reason why she wanted to transfer school.
Love looked at him surprised.
"Is he going to attend the celebration party?"
Richmond realized that he had revealed the secret he was not supposed to.
"Well…. No… Wait.."
Love patted his shoulder and gave him thumbs up. She turned away and left.
"Where.. Where are you going?" Richmond asked.
"I'm going back to school," she replied.
Richmond hurriedly left the door so Richard wouldn't scold him.

The Celebration party
Richard was just made the commander of the Los Angeles so he organized a celebration party for people to know him and for more connections.
He stood outside the door with Richmond behind him as the host of today's celebration.
The Lincoln family's car came third.
Mr Lincoln came down from the car first before Dawn and Runa followed, Arci last.
"Commander Richard, you are young and promising. You have taken such a heavy responsibility. It's really admirable. Congratulations" Lincoln commented..
"I'm flattered Mr Lincoln. I still need your support to stabilize the situation in Los Angeles" Richard replied politely
"I'm just a businessman. I can only do business and I don't have prejudices against different parties but I think whoever can make Los Angeles safe and let us do business in Peace I'll support him" he told him with a knowing smile.
Richard smiled in understanding, "You are right I'll keep it in mind"
Lincoln gave a nod.
"Please" He stretched out his hand to lead him into the hall.
"Okay" Lincoln followed.
"Mrs Lincoln, Miss Runa you don't look like mother and daughter but sisters" Richard said.
"You are kidding again, You guys are at the height of your youth and vigor, I'm old" Dawn replied.
"Please get in," Richard told them.
They walked into the hall.
Arci approached him. She was putting on a white gown with light makeup on her face, carrying a bag.
"Miss Arci, why are you in your pajamas?" Richard asked.
Arci glared at him and refuted with a smile, "It's better than someone who is wearing something like a member of the honor Guard" she said and walked into the hall.
Richard glanced at his clothes dumbfoundedly.
"Commander" Richmond called out.
"What?" He replied
"Miss Arci is wearing a beautiful dress, what is wrong with your taste?" Richmond asked.
"You have a good taste alright?" Richard told him.
"Well… A little better than yours" he said.
Richard glared at him.
"Is Love still in her dormitory?" He asked
"Yes"
"I'm telling you. Keep a close watch on her. If she comes out again, you'll be her attendant" He told him.
A car stopped at the gate.
A Japanese man with an entourage, a man looking like a Japanese person beside him and his secretary and his guards behind them came down from the car.
He shaked Richard's hand immediately.
"Chairman Philip, nice to meet you. I look forward to working with you in Los Angeles" Richard smiled.
"Commander Richard, I've been looking forward to meeting you" Mr Phillip smiled. "By the way let me introduce you to him, This is Mr Samuel, a well known businessman in Japanese '' Mr Phillip introduced the person beside him.
"Mr Samuel, Nice to meet you" Richard smiled and shook hands with the second man.
"Commander Richard, nice to meet you too" He replied back in English.
"Mr Samuel, come in please" He showed them the way.
They walked into the hall together.
Bremo, Stanley and Michael parked their car and walked towards Richard.
"Supervisor Bremo"
They hugged each other.
"Finally you are here. I keep welcoming guests. I'm exhausted. As I just took the office and I'm young, I'm afraid they won't be kind to me, a stranger to them. If they make things difficult for me you must help me" Richard said as they released each other.
"I'll do fine, as a matter of fact you're a subordinate to the Military Governor office too, don't worry as long as you protect the reputation of the Military Governor office I'll protect your reputation" Bremo told him.
"Sure, come in," Richard replied.
Bremo walked into the hall with his two friends.
"Commander, what Supervisor Bremo said…." Richmond started.
"Richmond, sometimes we need to fight for our reputation" Richard patted his shoulder.
Inside the hall, Arci stood at a corner listening to piano as they played piano inside the car.
Bremo walked up to her and gave her a glass of orange wine.
"Why are you here alone? Why don't you chat with those ladies?" Bremo asked.
"I'm unfamiliar with them. Moreover, they are talking about jewelry and I knew nothing about it," Arci replied.
Bremo gave a nod, "Without a common topic, you really didn't need to chat together it is good to stay here listening to piano"
Runa called her mother aside.
"Look at Arci, isn't she deliberately making me angry?" Runa told her mom as she pointed at Arci and Bremo.
"What is wrong with you? Pay attention to the occasion when you speak. Calm down" Dawn told her.
