Chapter 245 You won't take my son!

**Asher's POV**

"Why do you think that he is so good? Why do you think that he wouldn't do anything against me?"

I asked Olivia in disbelief, who shook her head again.

"Asher, he is a doctor, he is a scientist. He fights for lives. Even if he doesn't like someone, he would not harm anyone."

"Oh, don't think that. I don't think there is worse than a jealous male."

"Asher!" she called my name while she held her forehead. "Can you just forget that, please? Maybe your thinking is true in the case of a werewolf, but he is a vampire."

She said, but she didn't convince me at all.

"A vampire is the same in nature as a werewolf."

"No, you are wrong." She said, "Okay, I don't want to continue this conversation. I hate that my child is in the other room, and he can hear everything. I don't want him to grow up with parents arguing all the time."

What she said made me think as well. Actually, in that part she was right.

"Okay, so let's stop this conversation, but I want you to know I won't change my mind about him. I will watch him."

Olivia sighed again. "Okay, then watch him. But please do not mention this any more."

We remained in silence for a little while, but we both looked at the door when Aiden appeared there.

He wore a shirt and shorts. For a moment, I thought he wanted to join our argument again, but this time I was happy to realise that he just came with us good night.

"That is horrible, how quick he grows up." Olivia said while she watched him leaving. That made me smile.

"Yeah. I agree. But if we could make one, then we can make another." I said, and Olivia rolled her eyes with a smile. She moved closer, and she sat on my lap. She leaned closer to my ear, and she whispered like I could just hear what she was saying.

"We must be very active in the future to be successful in that."

I laughed, then after she looked into my eyes again, I leaned closer to kiss her. However, soon Olivia stopped us.

"We should wait a few days, I guess."

I frowned. "I may not be that fit yet, but I think I could..."

She chuckled and shook her head.

"Not yet. But I promise soon you won't be able to escape from the bedroom, at least for a week."

There was a broad smile on my face after she said that, and I moved her to sit next to me, as my private part has gotten alive, and that made me feel uncomfortable enough.

"Look what you have done. I think now I need to take a cold shower." I said, which made Olivia laugh. She stood up, and she held my hand to pull me up as well. I took my crutches, and I followed her to the bedroom.

After we both showered separately, we went to bed. She made herself comfortable in my arms, and she closed her eyes.

I loved to keep her like that. However, I didn't want to sleep. I planned to keep myself awake, at least till the morning, when they were awake as well.

Even if Olivia didn't take my concerns so seriously, I did.

I was thinking about forcing them to go back to the pack, but as there were not many strong werewolves left in there, I wasn't sure if the territory's borders were secured enough. I hoped that William's guards would take care of us.

A few hours passed, and it was even harder for me to keep my eyes open. Olivia was sleeping next to me, but I tried to keep myself awake. However, my eyes closed for a second, and I was nearly falling asleep when I frowned. There was a strange wind blowing in the room, like a window would have stayed open in the flat. First, I was thinking that maybe Aiden felt warm, and he opened the window, but as soon as this thought appeared inside my mind, Nyco's discomfort made my eyes open suddenly.

While I moved, Olivia opened her eyes immediately.

"What is it, Asher?" She asked, but my eyes widened as suddenly I understood what could happen.

"Aiden!" I said, and I rushed out of our room. She understood me, as she quickly got out of bed, and she was in Aiden's room at the same time as me.

My heart nearly stopped when I saw the empty room. Aiden was nowhere, and the window was open.

"Aiden!" Olivia shouted, while we both ran to the window. There was a car that just left the car park. I didn't hesitate. I pushed the crutches, and even though I felt pain, I got out of the window.

I arrived at my feet, and even if I heard Olivia shout my name, asking me not to do that, I didn't care. Only one thing was on my mind. I needed to save my son.

I ran after the car. Nyco gave me the ability to run fast, so I was in the car in a second. When I reached it, I jumped on it. I climbed on the top, and even if they moved the steering wheel like they wanted me to fall off, they didn't succeed. When I reached the windscreen, I used my hand to break it without hesitation. The pieces of the glass fell inside, but they were quicker. The two figures got out of the car. Their faces were covered. I jumped down as well, and I felt confused for a moment, but fortunately Olivia arrived just then.

"Take care of Aiden. I'll get them."

"Asher!" She tried to stop me, but I didn't let her. I was paralysed for a long time, making me feel embarrassed to be saved by my mate and my son. It was the time for them to face the real me.

Even if that was painful, I ran after them, and just as I thought, they weren't quick enough to escape from an Alpha. I quickly reached them, and I punched one of them. I hit him well as he fell on the floor unconscious, then I grabbed the other one. The other fell on the ground, and I was ready to hit, when I heard a familiar voice.

"No, please, Asher, don't hurt me."

My eyes widened when I recognised the voice. I removed the cover off of her face, and I was stunned to see Eve's begging expression.
