Alpha King's sex slave

Galina's POV.

The sound of swords clashing against each other woke me up from sleep. I yawned, stretching my body with a pout sliding out of bed as I tiptoed to the door to listen to what the present pandemonium was all about.

Alpha Asrian kept me locked up in my room for months. I wasn't allowed to attend events or watch the sunset I loved. The maids brought my meals and that was it.

I missed Hades. I know we weren't the best in our relationship but he never hurt me like Asrian has done.

The sound of someone falling to the floor raised my heartbeat. Asrian has taken enough of me and has a mission to kill. I ran away from the door hiding at the corner of the curtain curling my body.

The door opens followed by footsteps.

“Please don't kill me, I'll give you diamonds and gold to spare my life.” I shivered with my eyes closed as I depicted the footsteps coming close in my direction.

“Galina.”

Wait. Did I hear my name… and that voice?

No it isn't true. I saw Hades's lifeless body. I shouldn't be deceived.

“Galina I'm alive it's Hades…”

My eyes tore open to see the biggest surprise of the century. Everything happened so fast in ways I couldn't explain in minutes I was screaming, shedding tears of joy and hung my hands around his body with his arms wrapped around me.

“I thought I lost you. I still can't believe you made it to be here for me. I can't believe our love is this special.” My lips connected to his in a hot kiss. He opened up tasting my fresh pomegranate juicy lips from the juice I ingested.

“I’m glad he didn't hurt you fatally. He is gone and I'm promising you this time he won't bother you and anyone special to me ever again.”

He nods and I get the message. Asrian my mate was dead. A light sting hit my chest. I was responsible for his death, the trolling, rejection pushed him to this madness but on a second thought I never told him to carry out his evil deeds it was his cross so let him carry it.

“Follow me.” He dragged me softly to the door without waiting on me, obliging or declining but I followed nevertheless. He was my king, he could command me as he wanted.

“You brought me to the healers chamber?” I asked unimpressed. If there is anywhere to be found certainly not the Healer that old woman irks me. Her acceptance of the slave over her Queen was a low blow but I couldn't get her to leave. Her job in the kingdom was too monumental coupled with her wisdom.

Hades didn't reply as he twisted the door knob and walked into the room. I sighed and followed suit.

The sight of her had me almost slipping to the floor in a dazed manner. Hades searched for her first. Rumours had it Asrian caught her and sent her over to the dungeon to suffer, it pleased me that she would never come out of that shit hole except in death but the stubborn witch persevered. She refused to die, despite the evil things meted to her. Amari was busy treating her cuts and casting heavy spells to heal her body faster.

“Greetings Queen.” Amari acknowledges my presence with a cast down look, her gaze still printed on the young woman lying lifeless with a bump.

The child.

Venom rose in my tongue. I tried suppressing the vile worlds from spilling out of my lips. How could mother and child be this stubborn? Lolita and I still kept our relationship as Queen and servant. She gave me the latest gossip and in her words. “Worry not the witch's heir is gone.” I took it with a pinch of trust but a guard who allegedly took her to the dungeon confirmed the blood and it meant one thing.

She miscarried.

“She isn't responding to the herbs or the spells. I'm afraid your highness. Her body is rejecting all I've done and if she doesn't wake up from her unconsciousness I'm afraid she's going to lose the baby and die from her sleep.”

“Why is she refusing to heal?”

“I don't know your highness but in popular saying healing comes from the mind. In her case she doesn't want to heal. I think it has to do with the tortures she has been subjected to in her frail state, she's been through back and forth from your brother and this time she feels ending it all is better.” The healer explains with sadness in her tone.

I bit my bottom lip gently rubbing my tongue on the lower flesh. Her words were honey to my ears.

I pray the moon goddess grants Talitha’s wish and she never wakes up from this terrible fall.

“How much longer does she need?”

“A day maximum. Her body has lost strength, her pulse is weak and her heartbeat has slowed down. I could hardly hear it beat.”

“Get me a towel and warm water. I'll attend to her myself.” He says shocking me out of the moon. Did I hear correctly… Hades had her head on his lap as he stroked her hair.

“As you command your highness.” The healer says with a smile slanting her head to the side to catch me staring at them with venom. Her smile spread wider as we clicked gaze before she left to get the water and cloth.

“Stop standing and gawking, Galina. I brought you here to look after her. It's a new page of our life at this point, take her with importance and do good by her.”

“Where is this coming from?”

“This is coming from a place that has learnt and was given a second chance. Keeping Talitha as a slave has done more harm than good. The young woman had no hand to the Clan she was born in and everything I've done to her wasn't her crime but that of her mother's. If I was cast out by the Kingdom for all my father's crimes I won't be king and I'll be killed on sight because Syrian commited the worst crimes. He went against the law a lot of times disrespecting the law of conduct.”

“She is getting free?” I asked in disbelief with a wavy voice. It has never happened before. A slave remains a slave till the death buried with their collars a mark of servitude until their end.

“In conclusion I haven't decided on that but the slave duties and rules I'm ready to bend it for her for the sake of my heir. They have been through a lot during my absence and I owe them.”

I sniffed back the hurt forcing a smile. “As your Queen all I pray is for you to grow wiser and more powerful and today I can't be more proud. You defeated Asrian’s evil vices and saved the kingdom I'm so proud of you.” This time real tears flooded my eyes and I let them fall. I wished all this happened just like Asrian would never be part of our life the same fate applied to her but she survived nevertheless if she has given up a few hours from now she'll be dead.

“Thank you Galina I never expected you to understand this quickly but I'm glad you do.”

“Anything for you and I mean it.”

He has no idea on the incoming storm.
