I was so happy. I had never been so happy in my life. It's crazy how much my life has changed. How much I had changed. I spend my life not caring for any female. I used them to satisfy my desire. That was until I laid eyes on Eliana. That night in the kitchen, my life changed. I found the woman I was meant to be with. The only one that would have had my heart. At first I was so worried she wouldn't accept me. Not after everything I did in the past. But she did. One thing I knew was that I was never going to let her go. I would never give her a reason to want to leave me. I knew there was no way I would be able to live without her.

"Congratulations, Killian. I mean, King Killian," Liam said. I smiled. I still couldn't believe my dad decided to hand the crown to me at my marking ceremony. I knew he would be handing it to me soon, but I thought he would wait a while. It seems so unreal
"Thanks, man," I said

"I am not going to lie. I never thought this day would come. I never thought in a million years you would be marking your fated mate. You are so lucky to find your other half," Liam said

"I know. Trust me, I know," I replied. Suddenly, Eliana walked over to me. She had changed from the dress she had worn at the marking, and now she had on a light blue sundress. The room was full with guests. Some were dancing while others were conversing or eating. We had two hours until the mating ceremony would begin. I knew Eliana was nervous about us having sex in front of others. I told her that we didn't have to do it that way but she told me that she knew it was an important tradition and we weren't going to break it. I told her numerous times that I didn't care about the tradition. That her feelings were all that mattered and I meant it. She still told me that we were not going to break the tradition.

"Hello, Love. You look Beautiful," I said as I hugged her tightly

"You told me that already," Eliana said

"And I will keep telling you that," I replied

"How about a dance?" I said

"Sure," Eliana replied we made our way to the dance floor. Dancing with Eliana was so natural. We moved in sync. I loved the way she let me lead. I loved how I could feel her emotions. I could feel her love for me. I could feel how happy she was with me. How thankful she was to have me. I wanted to tell her that she had no reason to feel thankful. That I was the one who should be thankful but I decided not to say that. I could feel how aroused she was. How much she wanted me to take her. After a while, I couldn't hold back a groan

"Yoou need to calm down, LViolet," I said

"What do you mean?" Eliana asked

"You know what I mean. I can feel how much you want me. Trust me, I want you too. We don't have much time until we finally mate," I said

"You mean in front of the council?" Eliana said

"We don't have to do it in front of everyone," I said

"Yes, we do. I am not changing my mind, Killian," Eliana said

"You know when we mate and mark each other, the bond will become even stronger than it is now," I said

"But we already marked each other," Eliana replied, confused

"Yes, but once we mate and mark each other after I cum inside of you, the bond will be fully complete," I whispered. I couldn't help but smile when I saw her cheeks redden from embarrassment.

"Oh," Eliana replied

Eliana and I danced to slow music. Once the music had finished, Cayson asked to dance with Eliana, and I had danced with Tiara. While we were dancing, Tiara spoke

"I have never seen Eliana this happy in my life. You know she has gone through a lot?" Tiara said

"Yes, I do. I hate that she had to go through so much. I wish I had met her sooner, I replied

"I believe you. I can tell you love her. If you ever hurt her, I will kill you. I might be a human, but I am stronger than you think," Tiara said, and I couldn't help but laugh

"I believe you," I said. I didn't need her to threaten me. There was no way I would ever hurt Eliana. I would kill myself before I let that happen
