Eliana's Point of View

We all walked down to the fighting field where the ceremony would be taking place. There were so many people there. Not just werewolves, witches, and warlocks. There were members of all the different supernatural beings and humans. The council members of all the different species were there, as well as the high-ranked members. I looked over to where the humans were sitting and saw that Charles and Vera were not there. I was shocked to see that Lillian was tough. When I looked at her, I was shocked that a warm smile came to her face. She had never looked at me like that. It was a mixture of sadness and regret. That confused me, but I decided not to think too much about it. Today was my day, and I wasn't going to let anyone ruin that.

"Are you ready?" Syrus asked me once it was time for me to walk down the field. I looked up at him and nodded

"Yes, I am ready," I said, and Syrus put his arm through mine, and we walked down the field. There was soft music playing as I walked. I knew everyone's eyes were on me but I didn't pay them any mind. My attention was on Killian. He looked so good in his white suit. His eyes were on me the entire time. He looked at me with so much love in his eyes. Once I was close to him Syrus put my hand in his and looked Killian in the eye

"I am trusting you to take good care of her," Syrus said

"I will. I will protect her with my life," Killian said

The ceremony began. Catherine and William were standing in the fighting ring right beside us. He started off by giving a speech about the Moon Goddess and how she blessed Killian and me to be fated mates. He then walked over to us with a dagger in hand. Then he said something I wasn't expecting

"As all of you know, Killian and Eliana are fated mates. Before we begin, I wanted to take the time to tell my son something. Killian, I am so proud of you. You have made so many changes in a short time, and I know that is because of Eliana. You went from a boy who didn't take things seriously to a man who cares about his people. I know that I have Eliana to thank for this. Eliana, thank you for showing my son the importance of life and love. I will never be able to tell you how thankful I am that you came into his life. Into our lives. With all of that said I would like to announce that I am stepping down as King. My son Killian will take my place from this day forward," William said, and everyone sighed

"Really, Dad?" Killian said. I knew he was happy. He wanted to be king. Killiian knew William was going to hand the king position to him, but he didn't expect him to do it right at that moment

"Yes, you are ready," William said

William cut his hand with the dagger and let his blood fall into a bowl. "Do you, Killian King, accept the honor of becoming king? Do you promise to take care of all of the werewolves? Do you promise to treat them all fairly?" William asked

"I do," Killian said. William handed Killian the bowl, and Killian took a sip. "I now introduce you to your new King. Killian, Killian," William said

"Long live the king," All the werewolves kept saying over and over again. After that, Kilian turned and looked at me with a smile on his face.

One of the werewolf elders came into the fighting ring and walked over to us. "Now we will begin the Marking Ceremony for Pri... I mean King Killian and Princess Eliana Rose. Do you, King Killian take Eliana Rose as your mate and Queen?"

"Yes, I do," Killian said

"Do you, Princess Elaian Rose take King Killian as your mate and king?"

"I do," I replied. The elder handed Killian a dagger. Killian took it and cut his arm. He let the blood fall into a golden cup that already had a clear liquid inside. Killian looked at me and held his hand out. I put my hand in his and he used the dagger to cut my hand. The cut he made was smaller than the one he made on himself. I let the blood drop into the golden cup. Killian drank out of the cup and then I did the same.

"Now, it is time for you to mark each other," the elder said and Killian walked voer to me. He placed his arms around me pulling my body close to his. I tilted my neck so that he would have better access and then he bend down and sucked on my neck causing me to moan from the feeling. Then, he bit down. I gasped from the sudden pain that quickly turned into pleasure. He extracted his fangs from my neck and licked the place he bit before sucking on it. I groaned from annoyance when he pulled away. He looked at me with a smile on his face.

"It's your turn," Killian said. He leaned down so I had better access to his neck. Though I wasn't a werewolf and didn't have fangs, I learned that I could still mark him as long as I bit down hard enough. I was a little nervous about biting his neck. I had never bit anyone before. I sucked on his neck for a moment until he let out a moan. Then, I bit down on his neck hard. Killian's grip on me tightened for a moment as if he didn't want to let me go. After a moment I pulled away from him. A lot of emotions started coming to me. I could feel lust, excitement, happiness, and love. I realized that they were not all of my emotions that I was feeling. They were also Killians. I couldn't help the tears that left my eyes. No one had ever felt that way about me. Most only felt hate and disgust. Now I finally had someone who really loved me genuinely.

"I now announce to you all your King and Queen. King Killian, and Queen Eliana."

Everyone started to cheer. I looked out at everyhone as they screams
