Chapter 66 What's Your Plan For My Friend?
Ariana's POV
I bit my lips anxiously as I followed the man in front of me who was taking large strides and I was wondering why I was that anxious.
This is not the first time I met someone cold and aloof as Gael Robert but this is the first time I have bad-mouthed that kind of person and I was caught.
'I mean it's not my fault that I was badmouthing him and I got caught…maybe if Astral had said something and stopped me from embarrassing myself maybe I would have not gotten into this mess' I thought but knew that was a lie.
I was not even giving the girl any opportunity to say anything.
"Mr. Robert, can you please, tell me where we are going because I can't afford to be seen by people," I say slowly looking at the ground so that the people passing by would not see me.
"What! Why can't people see you?" I heard Gael ask and that was the first word he had said to me ever since we both went out of Astral's room.
I looked at the man like he was an alien and wondered if the reason I said that wasn't obvious. Even if the paparazzi caught a whiff of me visiting this hospital it would be a field feast for them.
"I can't let people see me that would make this place a mini concert hall," I said, biting my lips I watched as the man raised his eyebrow at me and I smiled awkwardly.
'Goodness! It's so awkward! Why do I have to be a blabbermouth and be stuck with a clueless man like this' I thought.
"Oh, don't worry I am taking you to somewhere silent and a place that I can easily... push you off from," the man says with a smirk and I get taken aback.
'What! A place that he can easily push me off from? Is he a psychopath or something?' I bombarded myself with questions but I shook my head his voice jolted me out of my thoughts.
"That's a joke, or don't tell me that you can't take a joke," he says walking ahead and I chuckle awkwardly.
Who the hell makes a joke with a straight face? I wondered and I followed the man until we reached the hospital's rooftop.
"You can let go of your disguise here, no one is going to take a sneak," he says and I nod my head as I remove the baseball cap on my head and the breeze hits my face.
"So you are like a singer?" He asked and I wondered who doesn't know that.
"Yes, I guess you can say that," I say and I decide to not beat around the bush and apologize for all that I said in the room but he beat me to it.
"So about all that you said in the room…how true is all of it?" He asked and that got me dumbfounded wondering why his question was different from what I was expecting.
"What did you mean?" I asked, raising my eyebrow and at the time I already regained my elegance as I looked at the man with clear eyes.
"I am asking you if Astral planned to get together with someone else?" He asked and I was taken aback by that.
'He was not angry at my words but instead, he was more inquisitive with questioning the validity of my words' I mulled over it.
"I don't know why you are asking Mr. Robert but I think that should be a question you should be asking my friend instead because I am not in the position to answer that," I responded.
I decided to leave the rooftop seeing that his inquisitiveness was not something I could solve but my steps ceased when a question skipped to my mind.
"But can I ask you a rather insensitive question, Mr. Robert?" I asked and he whizzed in reply to go on.
"What is your plan for my friend? I know what agreements between the two of you but I am simply curious, what's your plan for her?" I repeated my question.
After seeing that the man was not saying anything I decided to walk away and let him access his thoughts as I walked away I bumped into a suspicious lady who I suspected was coming out of Astral's room.
"Watch where you are going b^tch!" She spat and before I could retaliate she sauntered away angrily.
"What! Where does that rude brat come from!" I huffed angrily entering Astral's room to see her deep in thought and I concluded that her being in so much thought had something to do with the girl.

Gael's POV
I watched as Astral's friend walked away and my mind went back to the question she asked me and I wondered why I couldn't answer it.
"What's your plan for my friend?" I blurted out and I fell into deep thought but I decided to find that answer myself.
Her friend must have looked for something that warranted that question so I decided to work on it too.
'What's my plan for Astral?' I pondered but a smile crept up to my face when her face crossed my mind.
Maybe the answers were not that far-fetched and it us something that I was nurturing, that could always explain why I called in an innocent girl for interrogation.
I do not comprehend why I brought her out and asked those disturbing questions but I knew if I didn't ask I might be losing my mind.
Listening to the girl's words about Astral replacing me with someone else made my blood boil and I knew that I needed to do something fast or else my worst nightmare might come to pass.
"It's wild how I have found myself here," I mumbled to Myself and I knew that I could not deny the attraction anymore so I decided to not fight it but instead hold on to it.
I decided to go back to the hospital room before the lady started asking Astral to leave me again.
"Mr. Robert!" I heard someone call my name and that halted my steps...
