Chapter 116 Julia And Blake Unite
Julia's POV
As I woke up, my head was spinning. I tried to look around but everything was spinning around. I was about to stretch my arms, but a hand stopped my right arm.
"Julia!"
I looked at him, flickering my eyes a couple of times and saw Vernon.
"Julia, don't touch Blake. His burns are not dressed." Vernon said with worry in her eyes.
"Blake? Burns? Dressed? What are you talking about, and how did I come here? I was--"
"At the altar offering prayers. And then you fainted, in reality you got poisoned by the Tiger Angelica. To minimize the effects, we needed to put hot water on you. For that we took you to the river hot spring. Blake held you in his arms and took you into the water."
"I'm not burnt??" I said as I was looking at my arms.
"Yes, the poison prevented that, but Blake--"
"Blake??? Where's he??" I said frantically.
"Beside you." Vernon said in a little sad voice.
As I looked towards my side, I saw Blake laying beside me. His face was calm, but when my eyes fell on his arms and legs, they were open wide with shock.
"What??"
"As I said, he took you in the water. You didn't get burnt cause of the poison, but Blake, he's burnt. He refused to take treatment until you were asleep. Now, he's in a coma, and I hope he wakes up in a day or--"
"Hope??? What do you mean 'hope?" I said frantically. 
"Julia, he missed his best treatment time. That caused his body temperature to drop. You may not like this, but that's why you're in the same bed. It helped in raising his temperature. I hope you're--"
"What? Angry? Blake is my mate, my husband. I know, I haven't had a normal mating relation with him, but that was cause I was too obsessed with being immortal. Now, I realized my mistake and it finally happened. She told me, this would harm my loved one, I still went along. Now, look, Blake is suffering cause of me."
Just then Jenna, Dustin, and Gabriel came in, and smiled on seeing me.
"Julia, thank Moon Goddess, you're fine."
I broke out in her arms, "But Blake?"
"Julia, how are you?" Claude said as Jennifer was holding onto his arm.
"Fine, thanks. You must be Jennifer, Claude's mate. Nice meeting you." I said smiling. Then I looked towards Vernon. "Vernon, what now?"
Then I began to stroke Blake's hair and then kissed him softly on his forehead.
"Julia, thank Moon Goddess you woke up. Here, take this ring and put it on Blake's finger." Owen said as he came over with a ring.
"His finger? But, Owne--"
"I know, his hand is burnt, but this ring will protect him. Morena gave it. She said it will reduce the poison effect."
"Poision? But isn't he burnt?" I said, confused.
"Yes, but when he was holding you, your blood mixed with his, meaning the poison entered his body as well. So, put this ring on, it will absorb the poison." Owen said explaining.
I took the ring and then slowly put the ring on his hand.
"What else?" I said, worried.
"Yes, me and Owen have made some potions and some pills. Give them on time, and a timely diet. It will take some time, but he will be okay."
So, I began to take care of Blake and did exactly as they told me to. 
In the night, the temperature dropped drastically, making it hard for Blake. So, to keep him warm, I laid beside him.
"Blake, I don't like the silent you. Please wake up, speak to me. Please." I whispered.
"Julia, are you okay?" Blake spoke in a barely audible voice.
"Blake!" I hugged him making sure I wasn't touching the burns.
"Blake, what could happen to me, when you're my mate. And, I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you. The witch told me, someone I loved would get hurt, I didn't know she meant it. I swear, I won't ever, ever do anything like this again."
"Julia, you've come back to me, that's all that matters." Blake said, smiling weakly.
"Leader," Wulfric's voice came through the door.
"Enter." Blake called out.
"Leader, Steelclaw Warriors have sent us a duel notice." Wulfric said in a worried voice.
"Steelclaw? Why do they want a duel with us?" Blake asked, confused.
"Leader, their alpha, Shaun said, if they lose, they will never bother Demonbite again, but if they win, Lady must tell them all she knows about immortality. And.."
"And what?" Blake asked as Wulfric looked down.
"And, Lady will stay at SteelClaw during the time."
"How dare he??" Blake growled as pain seared in his body.
"Blake, relax. Now, we're not alone anymore. First, get better, then we'll deal with the duel. Wulfric, tell them, "Our leader is injured and we will respond after he is well."
As Wulfric left, Blake sighed, "Julia, I'm grateful to Ashstone Forest for helping in saving you. But, do you think they'll help us? After all, we're omega's."
"Blake, I know your experience as an omega is not great, as is our members. But, Shadow Walkers, and Devil Claw are different. And Bloodvenom is no different. They will help us. But first of all, you have to get better. Then we'll decide what to do with those Steelclaw rogues."
"Julia, don't worry. As long as you're fine, I can deal with anything that comes my way." Blake said with a smile.
"Blake, don't worry. From now on, not only am I with you, but I will be your mate, the one I should have been from the beginning."
As I smiled, I could feel the chill in the air. Though Blake pulled me closer, somehow I felt like something was not right.
Like the silence before the storm. I knew the Steelclaw would not be easy to deal with, but at the same time I also knew our Demonbite warriors are no less when it comes to fighting.
