Things

Natasha's POV

I couldn't miss the look on Connor's face, he was hurt which I still couldn't understand why he felt that way. Vanessa was branded on her forehead as a traitor and banished because she poses evil Intentions. The only reason why I didn't ask for her head was because Xavier was still alive, no lives were lost. I didn't do it because of Connor's plea.

The toast machine sounded pulling me away from my thoughts, I went ahead to serve the breakfast the guys would have been waiting for me.

"We shouldn't make Luna do this." Liam took the trays from me as I entered the dining room.

"Oh please." I rolled my eyes walking behind him.

"Good morning Natasha!" Lisa greeted followed by the rest of the family.

A smile appeared on my face as I watched them take the plates from the tray. I felt a tingling feeling of happiness and peace but it was for a while when I remembered my mom's words.

If I fail then what would happen to them?

Jayden's cry came harshly from the baby monitor and I sped to his room to check him.

"What's wrong?" I asked Ryan who had got there before me.

Surprisingly Jayden stopped crying when he saw me. Ryan gave him to me and I went to sit to breastfeed him. Ryan sat next to me and watched me feed his son.

"When will he stop that?" Ryan pouted and he pointed to Jayden's mouth on my nipple.

"Don't do that." I laughed out loud. "You…shouldn't be jealous." I nudged him.

"I miss you." Ryan said suddenly.

"What?" I didn't get him.

"I mean I miss us being alone, you know exploring each other." He winked at me and my face flushed.

"I will make it up to you tonight." I winked back.

"Ryan there is something I must tell you." It was high time I told him about what's going to happen.

Everything Elsa had told me about the dark one.

I told Ryan everything he was surprised and worried not for himself but for everyone, how I wish my mom had shown me an image of who the person was that would have been better.

"I want to start training Ryan, I want to be prepared for anything. I don't want what happened the last time to repeat itself." I told him as I placed Jayden in his crib.

"I know." He answered.

Ryan stood up and hugged me from behind, he rested his head on my shoulder.

"I don't want you in harm's way Tasha, you don't know what I went through when that son of a gun took you."

"I know." I turned to face him, my arms on his neck.

"That's why I want to be prepared to be trained. If you really see me as your Luna and not an Omega you will do this for me." I used my emotional trick on me.

"You know I don't see you as an Omega, not even when I first met you." He frowned deeply.

"Then?" I pressed my lips on his lips.

His lips parted slightly into a smile, I smiled knowing it worked on him.

"Fine!" He gave in.

"Thank you, so how do I train with you and Elsa?"

Ryan was about to answer when we heard a heavy thud, my eyes went to Jayden immediately and breathed a sigh of relief knowing he didn't fall.

Ryan and I stepped out of the room when we heard noises and arguments.

"What's going on here!" Ryan's voice thundered when we got outside.

Elsa was on the floor holding onto her right arm which looked like it was broken, Lisa was by her side. Liam and Dante pinning Connor down from the look of things Connor was the one who broke Elsa's arm.

But why?

"Connor and her had an argument leading to this" Lisa told Ryan.

I went to meet Lisa so we could help Elsa stand properly.

Ryan marched over to where Connor was and punched him hardly on the face, Dante and Liam stepped back.

"I'm sorry Alpha Ryan." Connor bowed his head in regret.

"You know the one thing I hate the most and you did it!" Ryan yelled at him.

"It's not his fault Alpha Ryan." Elsa spoke up and we looked at her surprised that she was standing up for him.

Elsa pulled away from us and walked over to where the guys were. I looked at Lisa who only shrugged as response before returning my attention back to Elsa.

"I didn't know he was battling with his wolf when I teased him, it's not like an argument or anything." She faced Ryan.

"But I heard-" Lisa wanted to go forward but I held her back.

She looked at me and I shook my head for her not to interfere.

I guess there was something that conspired between the both of them. Since Elsa wasn't angry then it shouldn't be an issue after all she was the one who got injured.

"Nevertheless if you were wrong or not Elsa, the rule is that you treat a woman with respect." Ryan snapped before returning his hard gaze to Connor.

"I will make it up to her Alpha Ryan." Connor knelt down and bowed.

"You had better." Ryan walked out angrily.

"Hey.. I'm sorry." Elsa went forward to help Connor stand up but he stepped back before she could.

"Um.. Elsa I think we need to get this treated. You aren't a wolf and I'm sure it's hurting like hell." I pulled away.

The curiosity to find out what led to their argument kicked in as I took her to where the first aid was.
