The Human On Pack Lands

Kori, a single mother reeling from her husband’s betrayal, inherits an old Victorian house deep in the woods from a mysterious uncle she never knew. Struggling with limited resources, she moves to the property with her eight-year-old daughter, Megan, hoping for a fresh start. However, the house comes with more than she expected: eerie wolf sightings, unexplained disturbances, and the unsettling presence of Carter, a young boy Megan befriends, who reveals himself to be the rightful heir of the bear shifter clan. Jared, the local wolf pack Alpha, initially wants to drive Kori and her daughter away to protect his territory, but his plans change when he realizes Kori is his fated mate. As Jared falls for her, he commits to protecting her from the dangerous bear clan and an unknown human intruder haunting her property. The mysterious figure's midnight visit leaves Kori shaken, and Jared swears to keep her and Megan safe. Alongside his pack, Jared uncovers a dark conflict involving Carter’s cruel uncle, who may also be tied to Kori’s long-lost uncle's disappearance. Amid secrets, danger, and supernatural intrigue, Jared and Kori must navigate this unknown threat while contending with their growing bond.
