Chapter 1102: A Good Opportunity

On the way home, Victor had been sleeping the entire time.

After the car came to a stop, Nathan helped his boss into the villa.

"Be careful!"

As they went upstairs, Nathan stumbled accidentally, immediately scolded by Emma.

Nathan knew it was his own carelessness and silently endured it.

Sophia had been waiting in the room to talk to her father and couldn't fall asleep.

When she heard Emma's voice, she cautiously opened the door and looked out.

As soon as the door opened, she saw her father being supported by Nathan.

The little girl ran over with concern and gently tugged on Victor's clothes. "Daddy?"

Emma was in a good mood because of their interaction in the car.

Seeing how worried the little girl was, she smiled and reassured her, "Your dad was drunk, but don't worry, Sophia. Aunt Emma will take good care of him."

Sophia didn't even look at her. She stared at Nathan eagerly, waiting for him to explain.

Emma's smile froze as she followed the little girl's gaze to Nathan beside her.

The two of them looked at him, leaving Nathan feeling helpless.

Considering Sophia's feelings, he smiled and repeated what Emma had said.

"Miss Leer, Mr. Leer drank too much. He'll be fine after the sleep. It's getting late, so you should go to bed too."

Sophia pursed her lips and shook her head, following closely behind them.

Last time when her daddy had a cold, he wouldn't let her take care of him. This time, no matter what, she was determined to look after him!

As she followed them into Victor's bedroom, Emma subtly furrowed her brows and said to Nathan, "I can handle things here. You should take Sophia to rest."

Nathan hesitated. If Emma did something to his boss during this time, how would he explain it to him the next day?

Sophia also stubbornly clung to Victor's clothes, insisting, "No! I want to stay with Daddy!"

Seeing that both were uncooperative, Emma gritted her teeth but quickly adjusted her expression and smiled as she squatted down in front of Sophia.

"Sophia, your daddy is already fast asleep. There's nothing you can do here. You should go to bed early."

The little one looked up at her daddy, who indeed was deep in slumber.

Nathan chimed in, "Miss Leer, it's getting late. Let me take you to rest!"

Hearing Nathan's words, Sophia reluctantly nodded in agreement.

As she walked away from Victor, she turned back to glance at her daddy, ensuring he was still asleep before slowly following Nathan back to the bedroom.

Now, only Victor and Emma remained in the bedroom.

Emma's thoughts were swirling as she watched the man still asleep on the bed.

With just the two of them in the room, this was a good opportunity.

If she slept with him tonight, even if Victor was reluctant, he would have no choice but to give her the position of the Leer family's young mistress!

However, doing this involved a bit of risk. If Victor woke up in the middle of it, it could all backfire.

After weighing her options for a long time, Emma ultimately couldn't resist the temptation of being the young mistress of the Leer family. She walked to the edge of the bed.

"Victor, you can't be comfortable sleeping like this. Let me help you clean up a bit."
