Part 25
Nash pov
Grandpa Ben picked him up and introduced him to my parents. “I will send someone to place your luggage in your house,” my father said. Dillion nodded his head. “Okay, let me just get their diaper bags and their bottles,” he said to my father. My father just nodded his head in answer. Dillion then got out their bags and we all went to the porch. I then look at Sage. “Do you want to say hi to everyone else?” I asked her.
Her eyes brightened and slowly nodded her head. I smiled and introduced them to everyone. “Okay, Mom and Dad, meet Maximilian Sawyer Storm and Mackenzie Sage Storm.” And everyone was happy to meet her, and she was happy to meet her grandparents. My mother then slowly walked towards Sage so as not to scare her and stretched her arms out to Sage, but didn’t move to take her, but waited for Sage to go to her. It took a few minutes but eventually Sage went to my mother.
After Sage went to my mother, I grabbed the bags from Dillion and then we all went inside to chat in the living room. When we arrived in the living room, I looked at my father and he just nodded his head, which means he had already mind-linked the pack to keep away from the living room for now. “Mommy bottle,” Maxi asked Dillion. “And what do we say” he asked Maxi. All of us looked confused at him. “Please Mommy,” he asked. Dillion smiled and said, “Sure baby boy.”
Dillion then got two bottles out of the bag and gave a green one to Maxi and a light purple one to Sage. “Thank you, Mommy,” Maxi said when he took his bottle from him. “Tha,” Sage said. All of us looked shocked at Sage who just spoke. “Did she just say her first word?” Ria asked. Dillion laughed. “No, that was not her first word,” he said. “She can speak but not as well as Maxi and she sometimes doesn’t speak in front of many people,” he said. That makes sense.
We all nodded our heads in understanding. After he gave them their bottles, I grabbed him around the waist and pulled him onto my lap. I then kissed my mark on his neck, and I could feel the shivers that went through his body. I smiled against his neck. I am the reason that those shivers went through his body. “Nash, stop it so that we can talk first,” my mother said.
She then sat Sage down slowly and my father did the same with Maxi. They both then went to their bag and opened it and pulled out some of their toys to play with on the carpet. I wined at my mother’s comment and nuzzled my face into Dillion’s neck. “Don’t whine at me young man” my mother said. After a few minutes, I placed my head on his shoulder so that I could see everyone.
“Okay first things first, Maxi and Mack we have something for you,” my mother said. Maxi and Sage looked at my mother. “How about I go show you” my mother asked them. I smiled at the way their eyes brightened up and nodded their heads. My mother then stood up and they followed her. After a few minutes we her happy screaming and heard a few feet running towards us.
Then 2 happy kids came running into the living room with their new toys. We all decided to buy one present together for them. For Maxi, we got a luxury robot and for Sage, we got a big unicorn stuffy. They played with their toys while we talked. “Okay now that is done, I thought you said it would at least take 6 weeks to get everything settled or are you going back after their birthday” Ria asked. I growled at the thought of them going back. I am never letting them go again.
“I am not letting you go ever again” I growled. Dillion laughed at that. “No, I am not going back again, I actually got everything settled a lot sooner because my friends helped me a lot,” he said. “Granny Claire said I could go anytime I am ready, and Macy said she will handle the rest so I should get my butt to my mate and keep it there, but I should come to visit with my mate sometime,” he said.
“After that, I thought that I would stay there until their birthday and then surprise both them and you guys,” he said. We all nodded our heads in understanding. I then saw a smile forming on my parent's faces, which confused us all. “That’s great, so you are back Dillion, I think Berna still has your old room ready and I am sure she has a room for the kiddos,” my mother said. I growled.
“There is no way they are staying in another room; they will stay with me,” I said to my parents while holding Dillion tightly against me. Everyone laughed at my possessive growl. “And if you don’t agree, then you can find another Alpha for this pack because then we are going away, and you will never see them again,” I said.
