Nash pov

“Okay now that we have everything settled and all the details we can go, but we need to go and change and get everything ready before we leave,” my father said. “Nash will you guys go in your car and then Ria or Andrew can ride with you and the rest of us can then go in the other cars and Berna and Kendrick will meet us there,” he said. “I’ll go with them Daddy,” Ria said excitedly. Everyone laughed at her excitement. “Yeah, we will take my car, and Dill don’t worry there are already car seats installed in the cars, Ria can sit at the back with the babies,” I said.

My father nodded his head. “Mommy we going to the zoo,” Maxi asked while smiling. Then his smile dropped, and he got tears in his eyes. “What’s wrong camp” my father asked him. “What about everyone” he asked us. We all smiled at him, and Andrew said, “We all are coming with you guys to celebrate your birthday.”

After he heard what Andrew said he smiled again and looked at Sage. “Zee, we go to see animals,” he said to her. She smiled and giggled at her brother who was jumping up and down. We all laugh at them. “Okay let’s go and get everything ready so that we can go,” my mother said.

Everyone nodded their heads and stood up to go and get ready to go to the zoo. Dillion then stood up with the babies. “You should probably go and change,” he said. I nodded my head and stood up. “Yeah, you are right” I replied and kissed his head. “Go with Daddy, please,” Maxi asked us. Sage then also nodded her head and said “Daddy” and made grabby hands at me.

“Okay, but you guys have to be good for Daddy and listen to what he says,” Dillion told them. They both nodded their heads. “We’ll be good,” Maxi said. Dillion then nodded his head and said, “Fine you guys can go with Daddy, but only if Daddy says it’s okay.” They both then looked at me with their puppy eyes. I smiled at them. “Yeah, you guys can come with me,” I said. They both then smiled and clapped their hands.

“Do you also want to come?” I asked Dillion. “No, thanks babe, but I have to pack their bags and make sure that they have enough of everything” he replied. I smiled and nodded my head. “Okay then babies, let’s go,” I said while taking the babies from Dillion. He smiled and then he quickly got out his phone. He then took a picture of us. I looked at him confused.

“Why did you take a picture” I asked him. He smiled at us and said, “It is your first picture with our babies.” I smiled at that. “Please send me the photo,” I asked him. “Sure” he replied. After that, I then went upstairs to my room in the packhouse with the babies.

Dillion pov

After Nash took the babies with him to his room, to change his clothes, I got their bags ready. I checked that there were enough diapers for both babies. I then packed extra diapers in the extra bag that I always leave in the car. I also made sure that there were at least 3 sets of clothes for each baby. One change of clothes, one warm set of clothes and just an extra set of clothes.

I also put an extra warm jacket in their extra bag. I also checked that there were enough wipes in the bag and put an extra pack of diapers in the extra bag. Then I got their snack bag ready. I got out the small containers that were in the bag and put them next to me. Just as I was about to pack the snacks, Andrew, Ria, Kasey, Zain, and Keiran came into the living room.

“Where are the little chipmunks” Zain asked. I laughed at the nickname. “They went with Nash to his room, while I packed their bags for the zoo” I replied. “Well, is there anything we can help you with” Kasey asked. “Well, I am just packing their snack bag” I replied. “Okay, we can help,” Ria said. Then Kasey and Ria sat next to me and helped me while Andrew, Keiran and Zain sat on the couches and watched us.

I then made sure that their bottles were full and ready for them. I put 2 bottles for each of them, Kasey filled one with juice and one with water for them. When they were ready, she placed them into the bag. Ria took the containers and went to the kitchen to fill them with some fruit for them. She cut the fruit into cute little shapes.

Ria cut up some watermelon, grapes, pears, apples, and strawberries. She then came back and placed the containers into the bag. I then put squishes in for them when they get a little hungry while we are walking at the zoo. I also picked two toys for them. One for the car ride and one for when we are there. Just as we finished packing the bags, Nash came downstairs with the babies.

He had put on some black jeans, and a dark blue shirt with his black leather jacket over it. He looked like the typical bad boy. I smiled at them and when Sage saw Keiran she smiled and made grabby hands at him “Uncle Ran” she said. We all laughed at her. Kerian smiled and stood up to take her from Nash. “Hey little girl,” he said to her when he had her in his arms. Nash then put a squirmy Maxi on the ground.

When Maxi's feet hit the ground, he started running and we all turned to see where he was running to. He then ran straight into Granny Claire’s arms. “Hey baby” granny Claire said when she picked him up. “Hi Gigi, we go zoo,” he said excitedly. Everyone cooed at him. “Yes, I heard we are going are you ready to go” she replied. “Go, go,” Maxi said. We all laughed. “Yes, we are ready, I just need to get their strollers and place them into the cars,” Nash said. Everyone nodded their heads. Nash and Zain went to get the strollers and me and Ria took the bags and went to place them in the truck.
