Chapter 36 Those Hungry Eyes

Naida
I didn't know what to think anymore. The fact that he loved me was something I couldn't even think about. I liked it, but then I was worried. What if Luciver finds out? That's the main reason why I didn't let things happen. I just wanted to make sure I made things work out no matter what.

“I think there's a way. If he says there's a way, there's definitely a way. I believe him,” I tried to encourage myself. There were a lot of things involved, and I knew there were a lot involved. We couldn't get too involved with the whole thing.

It didn't take long before we got to the pack house, and I noticed immediately that something was off. The guards weren't where they used to be, and it seemed as though the pack house had gone quiet.

“What the hell is happening?” I asked myself with raised brows, and moved slowly into the house.

The more I walked inside, the more I felt uneasy. I felt there were a lot of things involved. I didn't even know what else to do about it.

Suddenly I heard a voice. “There she is!" They yelled, pointing towards me, and I immediately felt the need to run.

Why?

I had no idea, but I knew danger was lurking around. Besides, the urgency at which they wanted to catch me was so much that I didn't know what else to do.

"I didn't know if I was ready to be caught, and I didn't know what I did, but I was sure something was wrong.”

I ran as fast as my legs could carry me stopping right in front of her. She stared at me with her eyes planted on me, and I noticed how hard she was breathing. It was obvious that there was something wrong. Something that I couldn't place my hands on.

“Olivia!" I called when I finally found her. I was taking a corner when I instantly found her, and she seemed to be breathing hard.

The moment she saw me, she rushed, holding my hands, and despite the fact that she was breathing hard, I sensed that she was worried about the whole thing, and was trying to do the best she could to communicate.

"Listen to me, you have to leave now. Leave the pack house if you have to. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Besides, it's obvious that there's something wrong.”

I wanted to ask her what the issue was, but before she could say something about it, the guards already surrounded us.

Olivia immediately came to stand in front of me. Her hands were outstretched like she was trying to hinder them from getting access to me.

“She needs to come with us. She needs to be given to the Alpha to calm his rage."

My eyes immediately widened, and I felt a lump in my throat, my forehead slowly started to develop droplets of sweat, and my hands slowly started to shake.

I wanted to speak, but words were failing me at this moment. How could they want to give me to the alpha, and what did they mean by rage?

I was so confused, but one thing was for sure. Whatever they were talking about wasn't so good. I could tell from the looks that were on their faces, and it was bothering me so much.

I tried to run, but I noticed that each path I wanted to take was blocked.

"Move out of the way Olivia, she's needed to calm the alpha down, and blocking our path can actually get you into serious trouble, so you better understand where you are."

Olivia didn't back down. She had a serious expression on her face. “Don't make this mistake. This isn't what the alpha wants!" She yelled, veins popping up from her head.

I didn't know what else to do about the whole thing. I was stuck and worried about the whole thing.

"Get her!!!” I didn't know what else to do about the whole thing. I tried her best to do the whole thing.

I tried to run, but they immediately held me down, and tried to pull me towards his room.

Olivia tried to fight for me. She tried to talk to me about the whole thing, but I didn't know what else to do.

She was pushed aside by the guards, hitting her head on the wall, and she was knocked out.

I gasped, yelling. I didn't know what else to do anymore. I was worried about the whole thing.

“Let me go!" I yelled, still struggling. I tried to pull my arms, but they held me so tight that I didn't know what else to do anymore.

My hands were fisted, and I tried my best to know what I was doing. I didn't know what else to do about the whole thing.

I tried to hurry up with the whole thing. I wished there was a way for things to do about the whole thing.

It didn't waste time for things to happen. I wished there was a way things were going to be better.

There were a lot of things involved. I tried to fight, I tried to struggle, but when I couldn't break free, I immediately started to sob.

It wasn't long before we got there, and it was a lot involved. I wished there was a way out, but there wasn't.

“Please, please don't do this!" I cried, and tears filled my eyes.

"We wish we could, but this has to be done.” They said, and immediately opened the door, pushing me inside, and closing the door behind me.

I screamed, slamming the door with my hands, and immediately trying my best to claw my way out, but there was no way out.

I swallowed, slowly twisting my neck over my shoulders. I really wanted to know what was happening, and it was then I saw them.

Those red eyes, those hungry eyes.
