Chapter 37 Seraphine, Why Did You Leave Me?
Naida's pov
I didn't even know what I was doing any longer. The fear that rushed through me. I stood there stiffened, and I noticed the confusion in his eyes.
“No, no, we have to leave here, we have to leave!!!" I yelled, and was worried about the whole thing. This was the time I was worried about the rage I noticed.
He wasn't himself. He seemed like a beast, half wolf, and half human.
I was worried about the whole thing. I didn't even know what else to say anymore.
Now was the time when I needed to wake up my wolf. Wasn't she seeing what was going on?
I was worried about the whole thing. I tried my bed to calm myself, closing my eyes as I turned my head away.
I was in a peak of fear, and tears gathered in my eyes. I didn't know what else to do other than cry.
I wished there was a way for things to be fine. I wished there was a way for me to get back at him, I wished I listened to Jayden at this point.
The energy that came from him was too much. I knew that there was already a lot involved. I just didn't know what else was going on.
I tried to control myself, fisting my hands for when he would come near me. I was prepared to do anything, but I wasn't really going to accept death.
I knew it wasn't easy. I needed to be prepared for the whole thing. I wished there was a way to make this all a dream.
I closed my eyes, and was worried waiting for when he was going to touch me.
There wasn't a way for me to escape, and all that was left was for me to be eaten up.
Slowly, I heard his footsteps. I was worried about my life. I wished there was a way for me to do things well.
“Open your eyes, and face him. Show him you're not scared of him, show him!" I yelled, and immediately frowned my face. I didn't believe that things were this way.
I didn't want to open my eyes, I didn't want to. I was too scared, but the fact was that he was already towering over me. I felt his presence.
"You don't have to worry I have got you covered. There's nothing to be scared of.”
My mind drummed, but when I opened my eyes, my heart sank.
I didn't even know what else to do about the whole thing. I stood there cold, my forehead cold as sweat. I didn't know what else to say about the whole thing.
“I wished there was a way to make things easier for me. I don't know what to do. I'm scared…" I said to my wolf, and was worried about the whole thing.
“You have to face him. Don't be scared.” my wolf urged. It seemed she so much belonged to him.
I stared right at him in the eyes, and he immediately looked at me confused.
However, there was something about the whole thing. I wished there was a way for me to read what was on his mind, but I couldn't. It was obvious that there were things involved.
The silence between us was so much, and I didn't know what I was doing anymore. All I knew was that there was something wrong.
He wasn't attacking. Well, maybe he wanted to, but there was something stopping him. The moment I faced him, he seemed to stop growling, and just stared at me blankly.
Maybe there was something that he wanted to tell me, but he wasn't able to say it to my face in the first place. Well, whatever it was, I was prepared to make things work out.
I tried to make sure that things were in order, but then I decided to keep calm, and watch how things were going.
“You need to calm down, and relax. You need to tell me what is needed. I know it's not as easy as expected, but you need to do something about it.”
I was calm, and tried to relax. I wished there was a way I could explain the whole thing happening, but I was also really confused. I didn't even know if I could do this.
I swallowed, and for some reason, the way he stared at me pulled me in. I found myself stretching my hands, maybe it was because I wasn't expecting what was supposed to be happening.
“I know you want to touch him, to tame him…” my wolf said, and I nodded. Well, that was what I found myself doing.
It wasn't my fault, but when she repeated the same thing again, I found myself snapping away from the thought almost immediately..
“You aren't serious. I know you aren't. Can't you see how beastly he looks, what if he wants to kill me?” I asked, and immediately swallowed.
For some reason I noticed how the rage in his eyes calmed, but I knew he wasn't back to normal, at least not yet.
I really wanted to touch him now. I stretched my hands, and no matter how I tried to tell myself that I didn't want to tough him, the more I found myself being so invested in whatever was going on.
“You can't tell me to touch him, I don't want to.”
"Do it!” This time, her voice left no room for argument which caused me to swallow. I was already feeling so tense, why was she making me feel so weird about it?
I wished there was a way for me to be able to resist the urge, but it was stronger than I was. I took in a deep breath, and closed my eyes immediately, stretching my hands towards him.
It felt right, it felt good. It felt like something I had done before, and it felt so real, too real.
"Seraphina, why did you leave me?”
