The guys got into the car and tracked her on the GPS. Mel drove straight to the house and got out. She opened the kitchen door and walked straight in.

Lynn got up with her face full of blood. She was clearly very upset.

George stood next to her while holding her hair in his hand and she hit him hard in the tummy and he fell to his knees. She then took him by the ears and tapped his face on her knee hard three times.

George was laying in pain and in an instant his eyes was swollen. He tried to grab Mel but she was too fast for him.

Now you go and get my kids bitch Mel shouted to Lynn.

You don’t come and give me orders Lynn shouts back and Mel walked up to her.

She smacked Lynn so hard that she connected to the floor and then kicked her.

You will go and fetch my kids now Mel says and George grabbed her from behind with a knife in his hand.

You will never have the opportunity to hurt me again George Mel says and make a fast turn grabbed his arm and kicked him in the stomach. George fell over and so did Mel. He fell in the knife he had in his hand and laid in a pool of blood. Mel was laying on the floor after Lynn hit her with a baseball bat over the back. Luckily she was conscious even though she was in pain. She got on her knees then feet while Lynn was checking if George was okay.

You killed him she shouted and stormed down on Mel again but this time Mel was ready even though she had pain. She hit Lynn twice with the fist and this time harder than the first. Lynn was laying on the floor motionless and Mel made her way down the passage to see where her kids was. She opened every door as she moved down the passage and finally got them in the main bedroom tied up with rope. She could hear in the distance sirens and felt relieved. Today she didn’t care if George was alive or not she had her kids back that was crying nonstop when she got to them.

A police officer, Ethan and Dylan came storming in the room to check up on them and she was sitting between her kids holding them tight.

Mommy I want to go home Mike she’s.

We will be going home shortly babies, they just need to check and see if you doing okay.

Okay Mel say and stepped out with the officer.

When she entered the lounge Lynn was sitting there with cuffs on and George was on a stretcher. Giving her statement was the first time Mel went through all the emotions she was experiencing in this time. She finally hurt the man that used to hurt her. He stole from her and the money wasn’t even the reason why she felt so hurt but it was from her parents. She remembered the house she grew up in, all the lunches they had in their garden and how she and her parents used to play hide and go seek in the house. Mel couldn’t stop crying but it was a Chapter of her life that she could close. She didn’t say much just answered everything that was required of her.

He will be prosecuted for kidnapping and master minding the officer advised.

He handed it to the officer that looked through the paperwork and just shook his head.

That would only be in a good couple of years’ time but I’m sure with a good lawyer that can be organised.

My brother is a lawyer so I will ask of him to get this done Mel says.

Mel walked into the house and she started crying when Dave stood there waiting for her with open arms.

I was so scared daddy but I had to get my kids she says.

I know my darling child; I am so sorry for all the heartache you had to go through all this time because of a man Dave says.

The kids have been sorted Mel Olivia says. I gave each of them a nice warm bath and I made them their favourite Mac and cheese.
